पुरावे मिटवून चोर पसार! समता नगरातील जाईबाई शाळेत धाडसी दरोडा; CCTV चा DVR ही पळवला

नागपूर : चित्रपटातील कथानकाला शोभेल अशा पद्धतीने सर्व पुरावे नष्ट करत चोराने शाळेचे कपाट आणि तिजोरी साफ केल्याची खळबळजनक घटना समता नगरमध्ये समोर आली आहे. चोरी केल्यानंतर आपली ओळख उघड होऊ नये म्हणून भामट्याने थेट CCTV चा DVR संचच पळवून नेला. या घटनेमुळे संपूर्ण परिसरात भीतीचे आणि आश्चर्याचे वातावरण पसरले आहे. 

नेहमीप्रमाणे २१ जुलैच्या सकाळी श्रीमती जाईबाई हिंदी प्राथमिक शाळेत कर्मचारी आणि शिक्षक पोहोचले. मात्र, कार्यालयाचे दार पाहताच सर्वांचे पाय थबकले. कार्यालयाचे मुख्य कुलूप तुटलेल्या अवस्थेत लटकत होते. आत काहीतरी भयंकर घडल्याची शंका आल्याने, मुख्याध्यापिका जयश्री सोनूले आणि कर्मचाऱ्यांनी घटनेचे गांभीर्य ओळखून आधी दार उघडतानाचा संपूर्ण व्हिडिओ मोबाईलमध्ये कैद केला आणि मगच आत पाऊल ठेवले.

कार्यालयात अस्ताव्यस्त पडलेला पसारा

कार्यालयाचे दार उघडताच समोरचे दृश्य पाहून सर्वांनाच धक्का बसला:

• तिन्ही कपाटांची (अलमारी) कुलुपे तोडलेली होती आणि आतील कागदपत्रे अस्ताव्यस्त पडली होती.

• कपाटात ठेवलेली शाळेची रोख रक्कम गायब होती.

• इतकेच नाही तर शाळेतील पाण्याचे अलार्म मशीन देखील चोराने सोडले नाही.

चोराची 'स्मार्ट' चाल: पुरावाच केला गायब!

या चोरीतील सर्वात धक्कादायक बाब म्हणजे चोराची हुशारी! चोरी करताना आपले तोंड किंवा हालचाली कॅमेऱ्यात कैद झाल्या असतील, या भीतीने चोराने कार्यालयात बसवलेल्या CCTV कॅमेऱ्याचा संपूर्ण DVR संचच मुळासकट उपटून नेला. त्यामुळे पोलिसांना तपासात कोणताही सोपा पुरावा मिळू नये, असा चोराचा डाव स्पष्ट दिसत आहे.

पोलीस तपासाचे चक्र वेगाने फिरले

घटना उघडकीस आल्यानंतर मुख्याध्यापिकांनी क्षणाचाही विलंब न लावता सुरुवातीला ऑनलाईन आणि त्यानंतर थेट कपिल नगर पोलीस ठाणे गाठले. पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक शिवाली अनिल उलमाले यांनी या प्रकरणाची गंभीर दखल घेत तात्काळ CCTNS प्रणालीवर गुन्ह्याची नोंद केली आहे. पुरावे मिटवून पसार झालेल्या या हुशार चोराचा माग काढण्यासाठी पोलिसांनी परिसरातील इतर CCTV फुटेज आणि खबऱ्यांचे जाळे सक्रिय केले आहे. या धाडसी चोरीतील आरोपीला पोलीस कधी बेड्या ठोकतात, याकडे आता सर्वांचे लक्ष लागले आहे.

"शाळेसारख्या पवित्र ठिकाणी आणि विद्यार्थ्यांच्या शैक्षणिक साहित्याशी संबंधित असणाऱ्या कार्यालयात अशा प्रकारे धाडसी चोरी होणे ही अत्यंत संतापजनक आणि चिंताजनक बाब आहे. चोराने केवळ रोख रक्कमच लांबवली नाही, तर पुरावे नष्ट करण्याच्या उद्देशाने CCTV चा DVR संचही पळवून नेला आहे. या घटनेमुळे शाळा प्रशासनाचे मोठे नुकसान झाले असून परिसरात चिंतेचे वातावरण आहे. आम्ही या प्रकरणी कपिल नगर पोलीस ठाण्यात रीतसर तक्रार दाखल केली असून, पोलीस प्रशासनाला आमचे पूर्ण सहकार्य राहील. पोलिसांनी या प्रकरणाचा गांभीर्याने तपास करून, पुरावे मिटवून पसार झालेल्या या आरोपीला लवकरात लवकर बेड्या ठोकाव्यात आणि शाळेचे नुकसान भरून काढून द्यावे, हीच आमची नम्र विनंती आहे."

Thieves Wipe Evidence, Strike School! 

Bold Burglary at Jaibai School in Samta Nagar; CCTV DVR Stolen

Nagpur: In an incident reminiscent of a movie scene, thieves broke into a school in Samta Nagar, cleaned out the office cupboards, and took off with the entire CCTV DVR system to eliminate all evidence. The daring burglary has spread fear and disbelief throughout the locality.

On the morning of July 21, staff and teachers arrived as usual at Smt. Jaibai Hindi Primary School, only to find the main lock of the office broken. Sensing that something was amiss, Principal Jayashree Sonule and the staff took a precautionary video recording on a mobile phone while opening the door before entering.

Mess and Chaos Inside the Office

Upon stepping inside, the staff was met with a disturbing scene:

• Locks of all three office cupboards (almirahs) were broken, with documents scattered everywhere.

• Cash kept inside the cupboards was missing.

• The thieves even stole the school's water alarm device.

Thief's 'Smart' Move: Evidence Erased

The most striking detail of the break-in was the culprit's calculated move. Fearing that their face or movements were caught on camera, the thief ripped out and stole the entire CCTV DVR unit from the office, clearly aiming to leave no easy leads for the police.

Police Investigation Underway

Without delay, the principal reported the incident online and subsequently approached the Kapil Nagar Police Station in person. Taking serious note of the matter, Police Sub-Inspector Shivali Anil Ulmale registered the case on the CCTNS system.

To track down the culprit who wiped the evidence, police have activated their local informant network and are scanning nearby CCTV footage in the area.

"A burglary at a school—a place dedicated to education—is deeply infuriating and concerning. The culprit didn't just steal cash, but also removed the CCTV DVR to destroy evidence, causing significant distress to the administration and local residents. We have lodged a formal complaint with the Kapil Nagar Police Station and will extend our full cooperation. We urge the police to investigate thoroughly, arrest the culprit at the earliest, and recover the school's losses."
