नागसेन विद्यालयाचे मुख्याध्यापक अनिल टेंभुर्णे सेवानिवृत्त

स्पर्धा परीक्षा मार्गदर्शनातून घडवले अनेक अधिकारी व पत्रकार; २९ वर्षांच्या ज्ञानसेवेचा गौरव

नागपूर,ता.५ :  कामठी  रोड येथील  नागसेन विद्यालयाचे ज्येष्ठ शिक्षक  आणि मुख्याध्यापक अनिल टेंभुर्णे हे तब्बल २९ वर्षांच्या प्रदीर्घ व उल्लेखनीय सेवेनंतर ३० जून २०२६ रोजी सेवानिवृत्त झाले. यानिमित्त विद्यालयात आयोजित करण्यात आलेल्या भावपूर्ण निरोप समारंभात त्यांचा व त्यांच्या पत्नींचा शाल, श्रीफळ, स्मृतिचिन्ह व पुष्पगुच्छ देऊन सन्मान करण्यात आला. या प्रसंगी शिक्षक, कर्मचारी, माजी विद्यार्थी आणि विद्यमान विद्यार्थ्यांची मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थिती होती.

सन १९९७ मध्ये नागसेन विद्यालयात शिक्षक म्हणून रुजू झालेल्या श्री. टेंभुर्णे यांनी केवळ अध्यापनापुरते कार्य मर्यादित न ठेवता विद्यार्थ्यांच्या सर्वांगीण विकासासाठी सातत्याने प्रयत्न केले. त्यांच्या पुढाकारातून विद्यालयात लिबर्टी स्पर्धा परीक्षा मार्गदर्शन वर्ग सुरू करण्यात आला. या उपक्रमामुळे अनेक विद्यार्थ्यांनी विविध स्पर्धा परीक्षांमध्ये यश मिळवून शासकीय सेवेत अधिकारी म्हणून स्थान मिळवले, तर अनेकांनी पत्रकारिता क्षेत्रातही उल्लेखनीय कामगिरी केली. समारंभाच्या अध्यक्षस्थानी संस्थेचे सचिव रूपक जांभुळकर उपस्थित होते. आपल्या मनोगतात त्यांनी सांगितले की, "शिक्षकाची खरी ओळख त्यांच्या विद्यार्थ्यांच्या यशातून होते. अनिल टेंभुर्णे यांनी नागसेन विद्यालयाला केवळ गुणवंत विद्यार्थीच नाही, तर समाजासाठी सक्षम अधिकारी आणि पत्रकार घडवून संस्थेचा लौकिक वाढविला आहे."

कार्यक्रमाला लिटिल स्कॉलर्स पब्लिक स्कूलच्या मुख्याध्यापिका  हर्षा पाटील यांची प्रमुख उपस्थिती लाभली. त्यांनी टेंभुर्णे सरांच्या शिस्तप्रिय, अभ्यासू आणि विद्यार्थीहितैषी स्वभावाचे कौतुक केले. यावेळी विद्यालयातील शिक्षक, शिक्षकेतर कर्मचारी व मान्यवरांनी सरांसोबतच्या आठवणींना उजाळा देत त्यांच्या कार्याचा गौरव केला.

सत्काराला उत्तर देतानाअनिल टेंभुर्णे भावुक होत म्हणाले, "१९९७ पासूनचा माझा प्रत्येक दिवस विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी समर्पित होता. स्पर्धा परीक्षा मार्गदर्शन वर्ग सुरू करण्यामागे एकच उद्देश होता—माझा विद्यार्थी कोणत्याही क्षेत्रात मागे राहू नये. आज माझे विद्यार्थी अधिकारी, पत्रकार आणि विविध क्षेत्रांत यशस्वी होताना पाहून माझ्या आयुष्याचे सार्थक झाल्याची भावना आहे. सेवानिवृत्ती ही केवळ सेवेतून आहे; विद्यार्थ्यांशी असलेले नाते कायम राहणार आहे."

कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचालन व आभार प्रदर्शन विद्यालयातील शिक्षकांनी केले. निरोप समारंभात उपस्थितांनी टाळ्यांच्या कडकडाटात टेंभुर्णे सरांना शुभेच्छा देत त्यांच्या पुढील आयुष्यासाठी निरोगी, आनंदी व दीर्घायुष्याच्या शुभेच्छा व्यक्त केल्या.

ज्ञान, संस्कार आणि स्पर्धा परीक्षांची प्रेरणा देणारे शिक्षक म्हणून अनिल टेंभुर्णे यांचे कार्य नागसेन विद्यालयाच्या इतिहासात कायम स्मरणात राहील, अशा भावना यावेळी उपस्थितांनी व्यक्त केल्या.

Anil Tembhurne, Headmaster of Nagsen Vidyalaya, Retires

Mentored numerous officers and journalists through competitive exam guidance; 29 years of dedicated service honored

Nagpur : Anil Tembhurne, a senior teacher and Headmaster of Nagsen Vidyalaya on Kamptee Road, retired on June 30, 2026, after an impressive and distinguished tenure of 29 years. At an emotional farewell ceremony organized at the school, he and his wife were felicitated with a shawl, a coconut, a memento, and a bouquet. A large number of teachers, staff members, alumni, and current students attended the event. Mr. Tembhurne, who joined Nagsen Vidyalaya as a teacher in 1997, did not limit his efforts merely to classroom teaching but consistently strove for the holistic development of his students. Under his initiative, a 'Liberty' competitive exam guidance class was launched at the school. Through this initiative, many students achieved success in various competitive examinations and secured positions as government officers, while others made significant strides in the field of journalism. Rupak Jambhulkar, the Secretary of the institution, presided over the ceremony. In his address, he remarked, "A teacher's true identity is revealed through the success of their students. By molding not only meritorious students but also capable officers and journalists for society, Anil Tembhurne has enhanced the prestige of Nagsen Vidyalaya." Harsha Patil, Headmistress of Little Scholars Public School, was present as the chief guest; she praised Mr. Tembhurne for his disciplined, studious, and student-centric nature. On this occasion, the school's teachers, non-teaching staff, and dignitaries reminisced about their time with Sir and lauded his contributions. Responding to the felicitation, an emotional Anil Tembhurne said, "Since 1997, every day of mine was dedicated to the students. There was a single objective behind starting the competitive exam guidance classes: to ensure that my students would not lag behind in any field. Seeing my students succeed today as officers, journalists, and professionals across various sectors makes me feel that my life’s purpose has been fulfilled. Retirement marks only the end of official service; the bond with my students will remain forever." Teachers from the school anchored the event and proposed the vote of thanks. Amidst thunderous applause, the attendees extended their best wishes to Tembhurne Sir, wishing him a healthy, happy, and long life ahead. Those present expressed the sentiment that Anil Tembhurne’s work—inspiring students through knowledge, values, and guidance for competitive exams—would always be remembered in the history of Nagsen Vidyalaya.
