देशात वकील संरक्षण कायदा लागू करा : अॅड. विलास राऊत

नागपुरात वकिलांचे आंदोलन

नागपूर :  राजस्थानप्रमाणेच महाराष्ट्रासह संपूर्ण देशात वकील संरक्षण कायदा (अॅडव्होकेट प्रोटेक्शन अॅक्ट) लागू करावा, या मागणीसाठी अखिल भारतीय संयुक्त अधिवक्ता मंच, नागपूरतर्फे जिल्हा व सत्र न्यायालयासमोर धरणे प्रदर्शन आयोजित करण्यात आले होते.

 आंदोलनानंतर अखिल भारतीय संयुक्त अधिवक्ता मंच महाराष्ट्रचे अध्यक्ष अॅड. विलास राऊत व नागपूर शाखेचे अध्यक्ष अॅड. सी.एच. शर्मा यांच्या नेतृत्वाखालील अशी एका शिष्टमंडळाने जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांची भेट घेऊन मागण्यांचे निवेदन दिले. या धरणे आंदोलनामध्ये अॅड. सुशांत पाटील, वी. व्ही. सोमकुंवर, आर. नायडू, चेतना मोर, संगीता मेश्राम, रेखा गोडबोले, पिंकी जगताप, सुजाता बागडे, सुशीला बागडे, ए.पी. सिंह, संजय पिंपळे यांच्यासह अनेक वकील सहभागी झाले होते. गेल्या काही दिवसांपासून राज्यात व देशात इतरत्र वकिलांवर हल्ले होत आहे. त्यामुळे वकील संरक्षण कायदा लागू करण्याच्या मागणीने जोर धरला आहे. राजस्थान सरकारने हा कायदा लागू केला आहे. त्यामुळे महाराष्ट्र सरकारनेही हा कायदा लागू करावा, मागणी राज्यभरातील वकिलांकडूनच केली जात आहे.

Nagpur: All India Joint Advocates Forum, Nagpur organized a dharna demonstration in front of the District and Sessions Court demanding that the Advocate Protection Act should be implemented in the entire country including Maharashtra as in Rajasthan.

After the agitation All • Indian Joint Advocate Forum Maharashtra President Adv. Vilas Raut and president of Nagpur branch Adv. C.H. A delegation led by Sharma Met the District Collector and gave a statement of demands. Adv. Sushant Patil, V. V. Somkunwar, R. Naidu, Chetna More, Sangeeta Meshram, Rekha Godbole, Pinky Jagtap, Sujata Bagde, Sushila Bagde, A.P. Many lawyers including Singh, Sanjay Pimple participated. For the past few days, lawyers have been attacked in the state and elsewhere in the country. Therefore, the demand for implementation of Lawyer Protection Act has gained momentum. Rajasthan government has implemented this law. Therefore, the Maharashtra government should also implement this law, the demand is being made by lawyers across the state.
