नागपूर : जल्लोष करताना निवडणुकीत विजयी झालेले उमेदवार.

नागपूर :  नागपूर जिल्हा वकील संघटनेच्या (डीबीए) अध्यक्षपदी अॅड. रोशन बागडे तर सचिवपदी अॅड. मनिष रणदिवे विक्रमी मतांनी विजयी झाले. ३ हजार ८०४ वकिलांनी मतदानाचा हक्क बजावला. शनिवारी सकाळपासून मतमोजणी सुरू झाली. दुपारनंतर अॅड. रोशन बागडे आणि अॅड. मनिष रणदिवे यांच्या विजयाची घोषणा करण्यात आली.

यानंतर न्यायमंदिर परिसरात वकिलांनी ढोलताशांच्या गजरात गुलाल उधळला. अॅड. बागडे यांची विजयी मिरवणूक जिल्हा न्यायालय परिसरातून वाजत गाजत निघाली. मिरवणूकीत शेकडो महिला व पुरूष वकील सहभागी झाले होते.

अध्यक्षपदासाठी अधिवक्ता रोशन बागडे, प्रकाश जैस्वाल, पंकज कोठारी, मदन सेनाड आणि प्रमोद उपाध्याय रिंगणात होते.

जिल्हा बार असोसिएशनच्या (डीबीए) निवडणुकीत शुक्रवारी ८२ टक्के मतदान झाले होते. ‘न्याय मंदिर’ परिसरात झालेल्या मतदानाच्या शेवटच्या क्षणापर्यंत उमेदवारांची महिनाभर चाललेली प्रचारफेरी सुरू होती.

या निवडणुकीत ४,६६६  नोंदणीकृत मतदारांपैकी ३,८०४  मतदारांनी मतदानाचा हक्क बजावला. जिल्हा न्यायालयातील चार खोल्यांमध्ये मतदानाची व्यवस्था करण्यात आली होती. खोली क्रमांक २०१ मध्ये ७८२  पैकी ६४३ मतांची नोंद झाली; खोली क्रमांक २२४ मध्ये ९०२ पैकी ७१० मतदान; १,५३३ पैकी १२१०  मतदान आणि १,४४९ पैकी १,२४१ मतदान तळमजल्यावर नोंदवले गेले. एकूण ८६२ मतदार गैरहजर राहिले.

उल्लेखनीय म्हणजे, २०१८ मध्ये,  (डीबीए)  निवडणुकीत ८४.२५ टक्के मतदान झाले होते कारण  ३,९०५ नोंदणीकृत मतदारांपैकी ३,२९०  मतदारांनी मतदानाचा हक्क बजावला होता. यंदा मतदारांची संख्या ७६१ ने वाढली आहे.

अॅड. रोशन बागडे यांना १ हजार ६८६ मते मिळाली तर, अॅड. प्रकाश जयस्वाल यांना १ हजार ३१९ मते मिळाली. अॅड. प्रशांत कोठारी यांना ३२६ मते, अॅड. मदन सेनाड यांना ३२६, अॅड. प्रमोद उपाध्याय १४१ मते मिळाली. सचिव पदाकरिता मनीषा रणदिवे यांना २ हजार ६३२ मते मिळाली. 

या निवडणुकीत  सर्वाधिक मताधिक्याने त्यांचा विजय झाला. त्यांचे सचिव पदाचे प्रतिस्पर्धी आशिष भिडे यांना ७२२ मते तर सचिन जयस्वाल यांना ३७६ मते मिळाली. ग्रंथपाल प्रमुख म्हणून मनोज मेंढे अशी चर्चा परिसरात होती. विजयी झाले. उपाध्यक्षपदी अॅड. उषा गुजर, अॅड. आशिष नागपूरे यांनी बाजी मारली. तर, कोषाध्यक्षदी अॅड श्रीकांत गावंडे विजयी झाले. सहसचिव म्हणून अॅड. वासुदेव कापसे, अॅड. संदीप बावणगडे विजयी झाले.

भांडारकर-सतुजांची जादू कायम

श्रीरंग भांडारकर आणि मावळत्या सभापती कमल सतुजा यांनी पाठिंबा दिलेल्या बागडे यांनी यावेळी ३६७ मतांनी विजय मिळवला. गेल्या डीबीए निवडणुकीत सतुजा स्वतः २७५ च्या फरकाने विजयी झाल्या होत्या. अशा स्थितीत या निवडणुकीतही या गटाची जादू कायम राहिली. जात, पंथ मक्तेदारी नाकारून स्वच्छ हवा आहे. या निकालांमुळे नागपूरच्या विधी वर्गात प्रस्थापित निवडक गटांची मक्तेदारी संपुष्टात येणार आहे

Manish Ranadive won with a record number of votes. 3 thousand 804 lawyers exercised their right to vote. Counting of votes started on Saturday morning. In the afternoon Adv. Roshan Bagde and Adv. Manish Ranadive's victory was announced.

After this, the lawyers in the Nyayamandir area chanted gulal to the sound of drums. Adv. Bagde's victory procession left the district court area with music playing. Hundreds of women and men lawyers participated in the procession.

Advocates Roshan Bagde, Prakash Jaiswal, Pankaj Kothari, Madan Senad and Pramod Upadhyay were in the fray for the post of president.

The District Bar Association (DBA) elections saw 82 percent voting on Friday. The month-long campaigning of the candidates was going on till the last moment of the polling held in the 'Naya Mandir' area.

Out of 4,666 registered voters, 3,804 voters exercised their right to vote in this election. Voting arrangements were made in four rooms of the District Court. Room No. 201 recorded 643 votes out of 782; 710 out of 902 votes in Room No. 224; 1,210 out of 1,533 polls and 1,241 out of 1,449 polls were recorded on the ground floor. A total of 862 voters remained absent.

Notably, in 2018, the (DBA) election had a voter turnout of 84.25 percent as 3,290 out of 3,905 registered voters exercised their right to vote. This year the number of voters has increased by 761.

On this occasion Prof. Babanrao Taiwade, Adv. Kamal Satuja, And. Shrirang Bhandarkar, Adv. Firdoz Mirza, Adv. Nitin Deshmukh, Adv. Shailesh Naranware, Adv. Ajay Nikose, Advt. Kishore Lambat, Adv. Young Parmar,Adv. Abhiyan Barahate, Adv. Nitin Rudhe, Adv. Sameer Sonawane, Adv. Gaurav Gadge, Adv. Vinod Khobre, Adv.Vilas Raut and others were present

Adv. While Roshan Bagde got 1 thousand 686 votes, Adv. Prakash Jaiswal got 1 thousand 319 votes. Adv. 326 votes to Prashant Kothari, Adv. 326 to Madan Senad, Adv. Pramod Upadhyay got 141 votes. Manisha Ranadive got 2 thousand 632 votes for the post of secretary.

He won this election with the highest number of votes. His rival for the post of Secretary Ashish Bhide got 722 votes while Sachin Jaiswal got 376 votes. Manoj Mende as head librarian was discussed in the area. Won. Vice President Adv. Usha Gujar, Adv. Ashish Nagpure won. So, Treasurer Ad Srikant Gawande won. As Joint Secretary Adv. Vasudev Cotton, Adv. Sandeep Bawangade won.

The magic of Bhandarkar-Satuj continues

Backed by Srirang Bhandarkar and late Speaker Kamal Satuja, Bagde won by 367 votes. Satuja herself had won the last DBA election by a margin of 275. In such a situation, the magic of this group continued in this election as well. Clean air by rejecting caste, sect monopoly. These results will end the monopoly of the established elite groups in the legal class of Nagpur
