कोरोना प्रतिबंधात्मक उपाययोजना मास्क न लावणा-यांना पाचशे रूपये दंड जिल्हाधिका-यांकडून आदेश जारी

 सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी थुंकण्यावर बंदी, चेहऱ्यावर मास्क कायम वापरणे तसेच सोशल डिस्टन्सिंग पाळणे बंधनकारक असून, आदेशाचे उल्लंघन करणाऱ्या व्यक्तीवर दंडात्मक व फौजदारी कार्यवाही करण्यात येणार आहे.

अमरावती,१० : कोरोनाबाधितांची जिल्ह्यातील वाढती संख्या लक्षात घेऊन दक्षता न पाळणा-यांवर कठोर कारवाई करण्याचे निर्देश पालकमंत्री ॲड. यशोमती ठाकूर यांनी दिले होते. त्यानुसार स्वच्छता व सार्वजनिक शिस्त न पाळणा-यांवर दंडात्मक कार्यवाहीसाठी पथके गठित करण्याचा आदेश जिल्हाधिकारी शैलेश नवाल यांनी जारी केला.  

     सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी थुंकण्यावर बंदी, चेहऱ्यावर मास्क कायम वापरणे तसेच सोशल डिस्टन्सिंग पाळणे बंधनकारक असून, आदेशाचे उल्लंघन करणाऱ्या व्यक्तीवर दंडात्मक व फौजदारी कार्यवाही करण्यात येणार आहे.

       रस्ते, बाजार, रुग्णालय, कार्यालय आदी सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी थुंकल्यास प्रथमवेळी आढळल्यास पाचशे रुपये दंड तर दुसऱ्यांदा आढळून आल्यास फौजदारी गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात येणार आहे. तोंडाला मास्क न लावल्याचे आढळून आल्यास प्रथमतः पाचशे रुपये दंड तर दुसऱ्यांदा आढळून आल्यास फौजदारी कार्यवाही करण्यात येणार आहे.

      दुकानदार, फळभाजीपाला विक्रेते तसेच सर्व जीवनावश्यक वस्तू विक्रेते व ग्राहकांनी सोशल डिस्टन्सिंग न पाळल्यास (दोन ग्राहकांमध्ये तीन फूटाचे अंतर न राखणे व विक्रेत्यांनी मार्किंग न करणे), ग्राहकाला तीनशे रुपये तर संबंधित दुकानदार, विक्रेत्याला तीन हजार रुपये दंड ठोठावण्यात येईल व दुसऱ्यांदा आढळल्यास फौजदारी कार्यवाही करण्यात येणार आहे. किराणा विक्रेत्याने वस्तूंचे दरपत्रक न लावल्यास तीन हजार रूपये दंड व त्यानंतरही तसे आढळल्यास फौजदारी कार्यवाही करण्यात येणार आहे.

       अमरावती शहर व जिल्ह्यातील कोणत्याही व्यक्तीने या नियमाचा भंग केल्यास भारतीय दंड संहितेच्या कलम 188 अन्वये कारवाई करण्यात येणार आहे.  कारवाई करण्यासाठी वीस पथकांचे गठन करण्यात आले असून,  साठहून अधिक अधिकारी व कर्मचा-यांचे मनुष्यबळ त्यासाठी तैनात करण्यात आले आहे.

Collector orders Rs 500 for non-wearing of Corona Prevention Mask

Amravati, 10: Considering the increasing number of corona victims in the district, the Guardian Minister Yashomati Thakur. It was given by . Accordingly, District Collector Shailesh Nawal issued an order to form squads for punitive action against those who do not observe cleanliness and public discipline.

Spitting in public places, permanent use of face masks and social distance are mandatory and anyone violating the order will be penalized and prosecuted.

If you spit in public places like roads, markets, hospitals, offices etc., you will be fined Rs. 500 for the first time and for the second time you will be charged with a criminal offense. If you are found not wearing a face mask, you will be fined Rs.

If shopkeepers, fruit and vegetable sellers as well as all essential commodities and consumers do not observe social distance (not keeping a distance of three feet between two customers and not marked by the sellers), the customer will be fined Rs. Is coming. If the grocer does not fix the price list of the goods, a fine of three thousand rupees and if found after that, criminal action will be taken.

Any person violating this rule in Amravati city and district will be prosecuted under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code. Twenty teams have been formed to take action and a manpower of more than 60 officers and staff has been deployed for the purpose.
