हाथरस मनीषा वाल्मिकीवर बलात्कार व हत्याच्या आरोपीना फासी द्या : आयटक

नागपूर : वर्किंग वुमन्स फोरम (आयटक) , भारतीय महिला फेडरेशन, कामगार कर्मचारी संघर्ष युनियन तर्फे  हाथरस मनीषा वाल्मिकीवर बलात्कार व हत्या प्रकरणी आरोपीना  फासी द्या अशी मागणी करीत  योगी सरकारच्या निषेधार्थ संविधान चौकात  तीव्र निदर्शने करण्यात आले. 

   उत्तर प्रदेशच्या योगी सरकारने मनुवाद्यांच्या अंमली करण्याकरिता दलितांना दाखवण्याकरिता सवर्णांना-दबंगगाना खुलेपणाने दलितांवर अत्याचार करण्याची सूट दिल्याचे मनीषा वाल्मिकी प्रकरणातून समोर येत आहे.

        मनीषा वाल्मीकिवर १४ सप्टेंबर २० ला चार दबंग सवर्ण बलात्कार करतात. तिच्या पाठीचे मणके, तोडतात जीप कापल्या जाते. स्थानिक पोलिस स्टेशन एफ आय आर नोंदवत नाही. बलात्काराचे प्रकरण असल्यामुळे प्राथमिक मेडिकल तपासणी होत नाही. दबंगगाना अटक केल्या जात नाही. मनीषाच्या परिवारावर स्वतः बयान बदलण्याकरिता जिल्हाधिकारी दबाव टाकतात.

        दिल्लीला मृत्यू झाल्यावर अर्ध्या रात्री मनिषाचा मृतदेह गावात आणला जातो. पण तिच्या परिवाराला घरात कोंडून पोलिसच अर्ध्या रात्री अंत्यसंस्कार करतात. पोस्टमार्टम चा रिपोर्ट जाहीर करताना मनीषा च्या जोडी मध्ये स्पम किंवा सुकान आढळले नाही म्हणून निर्लज्जपणे बलात्कार झालाच नाही असे जाहीर करतात. 

      मुख्यमंत्री योगी चूप राहतात पोलीस यंत्रणा दोषी सर्वांना वाचवण्याचा प्रयत्न करतात हीम मनुवादाची अंमलबजावणी नाहीतर काय? असे वर्किंग वुमन्स फोरम संयोजिका ज्योतीअंडर सहारे यांनी निदर्शकांना संबोधित करताना सांगितले.

  यावेळी  आयटकचे राज्य सरचिटणीस कॉम्रेड शाम काळे, युगल रायलू , किसान सभेचे नेते कॉम्रेड अरुण वनकर ,  वर्किंग वुमन फोरमच्या   ज्योती अंडरसहारे कॉम्रेड,  भारतीय महिला फेडरेशनच्या  शीला मोहंती , कामगार कर्मचारी संघर्ष युनियनच्या यामिनी देवकर यांनी केले. आयटकचे सदस्य वनश्री मेश्राम, जयश्री चहांदे, अनिता गजभिये, गीता गौर, नम्रता सिरसाम, करुणा साखरे, वर्षा धारगावे, हसीना बानो, रमा वंजारी, शहीणा शेख, सुरेखा धारगावे, रजनी तायडे, मंगल उके, प्रतिभा गायकवाड, अंजली सावरकर, दीपा सावरकर, रिंकू दिवे, रामटेके, भगत रमाक , प्रतीक दडवे  आंदोलनात सहभागी  होते. 

Hathras Manisha Valmiki hanged for rape and murder

The Manisha Valmiki case shows that the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has openly allowed the Savarnas-Dabanggans to oppress the Dalits in order to show the Dalits that they are enforcing the Manuvadas.

Nagpur: Working Women's Forum (ITC), Indian Women's Federation, Kamgar Karmachari Sangharsh Union staged a sit-in protest at the Constitution Square against the Yogi government demanding hanging of accused in the rape and murder case of Hathras Manisha Valmiki.

The Manisha Valmiki case reveals that the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has openly allowed the Savarnas-Dabanggans to oppress the Dalits in order to show the Dalits that Manuvadis are enforced. Manisha Valmiki is raped by four domineering Savarnas on September 14-20. Her spine is broken, the jeep is cut. The local police station does not register an FIR. 

         There is no primary medical examination as there is a case of rape. Dabanggana is not arrested. The Collector himself puts pressure on Manisha's family to change the statement. Manisha's body is brought to the village in the middle of the night after his death in Delhi. But her family is locked in the house and the police conduct the funeral in the middle of the night. While releasing the postmortem report, Manisha's couple did not find any spam or steam, so they did not shamelessly rape her.

          Chief Minister Yogi remains silent. Police system tries to save all the culprits. This was stated by Working Women's Forum convener Jyoti Ander Sahare while addressing the protesters.
