  ओबीसी प्रवर्गाची असलेली नविनतम लोकसंख्येची माहीती असणे गरजेचे असुन सदर ओबीसी बहुल जिल्ह्यात अत्यंत हलाखीच्या परिस्थितीतही या प्रवर्गातुन शिक्षण घेतलेले तरुण मोठ्या प्रमाणात बेरोजगार आहे, त्यात व्यवसायिक व उच्च शिक्षण घेतलेला बेरोजगार झाला आहे, जिल्हा पातळीवरील सर्व गटाच्या पदभरतीत आरक्षण निश्चिती संदर्भात उपाययोजना सुचविण्याची मागणी सामाजिक कार्यकर्त्या  यांनी केली आहे. 

आठ ओबीसी बहुल जिल्ह्यातील इतर मागासवर्गीय तसेच वि. जा. भ. ज प्रवर्गाच्या आरक्षण निश्चितीसाठी शासनाने उपसमितीचे गठन केले असून या समितीने आठही जिल्ह्यासह राज्यभरातील ओबीसींची जनगणना करावी सोबतच जिल्हा पातळीवरील सर्व गटाच्या पदभरतीत आरक्षण निश्चिती संदर्भात उपाययोजना सुचविण्याची मागणी सामाजिक कार्यकर्त्या व ओबीसीच्या जनगणनेचा मुद्दा न्यायालय, विधिमंड्ळ व संसदेत पोहचविणा-या तसेच ‘पाटी लावा’ मोहिमेच्या प्रणेत्या डॉ. ऍड. अंजली साळवे यांनी केली आहे. 

आरक्षणाबाबत सरकारद्वारे ओबीसींवर सातत्याने अन्याय होत असल्याच्या मागणीकडे लक्ष देत महाविकास आघाडीद्वारे आठ ओबीसी बहुल जिल्ह्यातील इतर मागासवर्गीय तसेच वि. जा. भ. ज प्रवर्गाच्या आरक्षणाची टक्केवारी ही जिल्ह्यतील या प्रवर्गाची लोकसंख्या लक्षात घेउन निश्चित करण्या संदर्भात उपाययोजना सुचविण्यासाठी उपसमिती गठीत करण्यात आली आहे.

      या समितीच्या कार्यकक्षेत या आठही जिल्ह्यातील ओबीसीसोबतच महाराष्ट्रातील इतर जिल्ह्यातील ओबीसी प्रवर्गाची सध्याची जनग़णना करुन ती जाहिर करावी व सदर जिल्हा पातळीवर जिल्हा प्रशासनाच्या अधिनस्त सरळसेवा पदभरतीत गट-क व गट-ड सोबातच गट-अ व गट-ब तसेच या सर्व गटाच्या कंत्राटी तत्वावर होणा-या पदभरती बाबत सुद्धा आरक्षण निश्चिती संदर्भात उपाययोजना सुचविण्याचा अंतर्भाव असावा अशी मागणी त्यांनी राज्याचे मुख्यमंत्री ना. श्री उद्धवजी ठाकरे, उपमुख्यमंत्री ना. श्री अजित पवार, गृहमंत्री ना. अनिल देशमुख, मा. मंत्री, अन्न व नागरी पुरवठा तथा या उपसमितीचे अध्यक्ष ना.छ्गन भुजबळ आणि बहुजन विकास, मदत व पुनर्वसन तथा चंद्रपूरचे पालकमंत्री ना. श्री विजय वडेट्टीवार मा. मंत्री,सामाजिक न्याय ना. धनंजय मुंडे यांना पाठविलेल्या निवेदनात केली आहे.

राज्यातील पालघर, धुळे, नंदुरबार, नाशिक, यवतमाळ, गडचिरोली, रायगड व चंद्रपूर या आठ आदीवासी बहुल जिल्ह्यातील इतर मागासवर्गीय तसेच वि. जा. भ. ज प्रवर्गाच्या आरक्षणाची टक्केवारी त्या प्रवर्गाच्या लोकसंख्येच्या तुलनेत इतर प्रवर्गापेक्षा कमी आहे. या बाबतीत विचार करीत या प्रचलित आरक्षणाची टक्केवारी व प्रवर्गाची नविनतम लोकसंख्या विचारात घेउन जिल्हास्तरीय सरळसेवेची गट-क व गट-ड संवर्गतील पदे भरण्यासाठी आरक्षण निश्चिती संदर्भात उपाययोजना सुचविण्याबाबत मंत्रीमंड्ळास अहवाल सादर करण्याकरिता महाराष्ट्र शासन, सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाद्वारे दिनांक 12 जुन 2020 रोजी शासन निर्णय क्रमांक बी.बी.सी.2020 /प्र.क्र.153 ऐ/16-बी नुसार मा. ना. छ्गन भुजबळ मंत्री, अन्न व नागरी पुरवठा यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली उपसमिती गठीत करण्यात आली आहे. 

गठीत उपसमितीच्या अनुषंगाने ओबीसी प्रवर्गाची असलेली नविनतम लोकसंख्येची माहीती असणे गरजेचे असुन सदर ओबीसी बहुल जिल्ह्यात अत्यंत हलाखीच्या परिस्थितीतही या प्रवर्गातुन शिक्षण घेतलेले तरुण मोठ्या प्रमाणात बेरोजगार आहेत, त्यात व्यवसायिक व उच्च शिक्षण घेतलेला बेरोजगार सुद्धा आहे. जिल्हा पातळीवर जिल्हा प्रशासनाच्या अधिनस्थ सरळसेवा व कंत्राटी तत्वावर अनेक पद भरत्या निघत असतात. यात जास्तीतजास्त पद भरत्या कंत्राटी तत्वावर असतात, याबाबीकडे आपल्या निवेदनातुन लक्ष वेधत सदर गठीत उपसमितीच्या कार्यकक्षेत सदर जिल्ह्यातील ओबीसी सोबतच महाराष्ट्रातील इतर जिल्ह्यातील ओबीसी प्रवर्गाची सध्याची जनग़णना करुन ती जाहिर करावी तसेच ओबीसी प्रवर्गाची सदर जिल्हा पातळीवर जिल्हा प्रशासनाच्या अधिनस्त सरळसेवा पद भरती सोबातच कंत्राटी तत्वावर होणा-या पद भरती बाबतसुद्धा आरक्षण निश्चिती संदर्भात उपाय योजना सुचविण्याचा अंतर्भाव असावा, तसेच जिल्हास्तरीय गट-क व गट-ड संवर्गतील सरळसेवेची पदे भरण्याबाबत आरक्षण निश्चिती संदर्भात उपाययोजना सुचविण्यासाठी सदर गठीत उपसमितीच्या कार्यकक्षेत गट-क व गट-ड च्या सरळसेवा पद भरती सोबत कंत्राटी तत्वावर आरक्षण निश्चिती करावी तसेच  गट-अ व गट-ब पदाचाही सरळसेवा तसेच कंत्राटी तत्वावर आरक्षण निश्चिती संदर्भात उपाय योजना सुचविण्याचा अंतर्भाव असावा ही आग्रहाची मागणी डॉ. ऍड. अंजली साळवे यांनी निवेदनात केली. 

डॉ. ऍड. अंजली साळवे यांची या बाबत तसेच सारथी व बार्टीच्या धर्तीवरील ओबीसी साठीचे ‘महाज्योती’ त्वरीत सुरु करण्याबाबत राज्याचे बहुजन विकास, मदत व पुनर्वसन तथा चंद्रपूरचे पालकमंत्री ना. श्री विजय वडेट्टीवार यांचे सोबत प्रत्यक्ष चर्चा झाली असुन सदर मागणी पुढ़ील उप समीतिच्या बैठकीत ठेवण्याचे आश्वासन देत सारथी व बार्टी प्रमाणेच महाज्योती सुद्धा लवकरच सुरु होत असल्याची माहिती त्यांनी यावेळी दिली.
