नागरे कुटुंबावर प्राणघातक हल्ल्यातील आरोपीना अटक करा

निंबी येथील बौद्ध कुटुंबावर  झालेल्या प्राणघातक हल्ल्यातील आरोपीना तातडीने अटक करा : वंचित बहुजन आघाडी.

अकोला :  बार्शीटाकळी तालुक्यातील निंबी येथील रेती माफियांनी रेती चोरीची तक्रार केल्याचा राग मनात धरून सुगतानंद मोती नागरे व त्यांचे पत्नीला गावातील काल संध्याकाळी सशस्त्र हल्ला चढवून जखमी केले असून ह्या प्रकरणी आरोपीना वाचविण्यासाठी राजकीय दबाव आणला जात आहे.ह्या प्रकरणातील सर्व आरोपीना तातडीने अटक करून नागरे कुटुंबाला पोलीस संरक्षण देण्याची मागणी वंचित बहुजन आघाडी जिलाध्यक्ष प्रमोद देंडवे यांनी  केली आहे.

निंबी येथील बौद्ध कुटुंबावर काल संगनमताने हल्ला करण्यात आला आहे.तसेच ह्यात फिर्यादीचे पत्नीला जखमी करून तिचा विनयभंग देखील करण्यात आला आहे.संध्याकाळी घडलेल्या ह्या घटनेची माहिती पिंजर पोलीस स्टेशनला देण्यात आली होती.परंतु पिंजर पोलिसांनी ती गांभीर्याने घेतली नाही. 

   त्यामुळे फिर्यादीचे भावाने रात्री ९ वाजता जिल्हा पोलीस अधिक्षक श्रीधर ह्यांना मोबाइल वर सदर हल्ल्याची माहिती दिली.त्यानंतर आलेल्या पिंजरच्या पोलिसांनी जखमी असलेल्या महिलेला व फिर्यादीला घरी ठेवले आणि त्यांचे वडिलांना गाडीत बसवून घेऊन गेले.वंचित च्या पदाधिकारी ह्यांनी पुन्हा जिल्हा पोलीस अधिक्षक आणि पी एस आय भारसाकळे ह्यांना कॉल केला.

      त्यानंतर फिर्यादी स्वतः इतरांचे मदतीने जखमी अवस्थेत पिंजर पोलीस स्टेशनला पोहचला.गंभीर मारहाण झालेली असताना देखील पिंजरचे ठाणेदार हे शस्त्रांनी मारहाण झाल्याचे मान्य करायला तयार नव्हते.त्यांनी संध्याकाळी घडलेल्या सशस्त्र हल्ल्याची व विनयभंग आणि जातीवाचक शिवीगाळीची फिर्याद रात्री ३.२० मिनिटांनी नोंदविली.दाखल केलेल्या एफ आय आर ची परत देखील तक्रारकर्त्याला पोलिसांनी दिली नव्हती.

हा प्रकार अत्यन्त गंभीर असून पोलिसांवर राजकीय दबाब आणण्यासाठी गेलेल्या राजकीय व्यक्तीना ह्या प्रकरणी सहआरोपी करण्यात यावे तसेच हल्लेखोरांना तातडीने जेरबंद करून नागरे कुटुंबाला पोलीस संरक्षण प्रदान करण्यात यावे, अशी मागणी प्रमोद देंडवे ह्यांनी केली आहे. ह्या बाबत तक्रार जिल्हा पोलीस अधिक्षक, गृहमंत्री आणि मुख्यमंत्री यांना  करण्यात आल्या आहेत.

पिंजर पोलिसांनी तातडीने कार्यवाही न केल्यास पिंजर पोलिस विरोधात निषेध आंदोलन राबविण्यात येईल आणि कायदा व सूव्यवस्थेचा प्रश्न निर्माण झाल्यास त्याला सर्वस्वी पिंजर पोलीस स्टेशन जबाबदार राहील असा इशारा देखील वंचितचे जिल्हाध्यक्ष प्रमोद देंडवे यांनी  दिला आहे.

The plaintiff himself, with the help of others, rushed to the Pinjar police station in critical condition. Despite the serious beating, the police constable of Pinjar was not ready to admit that he had been beaten with weapons. 

       The FIR was also not returned to the complainant by the police. . Complaints have been lodged with the District Superintendent of Police, Home Minister and Chief Minister.

If the Pinjar police does not take immediate action, a protest movement will be launched against the Pinjar police and if there is a law and order issue, the entire Pinjar police station will be responsible for it, warned the deprived district president Pramod Dendwe.
