वाढीव वीजबिलाच्या प्रत्येक तक्रारीची पडताळणी करू : ऊर्जामंत्री डॉ. नितीन राऊत

सामान्य ग्राहकांचा एकूण वापराच्या विजेच्या बिलाचा प्रश्न सोडवण्यासाठी प्रतिबंधित क्षेत्र सोडून त्या-त्या विभागात संबंधित कंपन्यांच्या अधिकाऱ्यांची नेमणूक करावी आणि तेथे वीज बिलाची पडताळणी करून त्यांच्या तक्रारी सोडवण्यात याव्यात, असे निर्देश डॉ. राऊत यांनी बेस्ट, टाटा, महावितरण व अदानी कंपनीच्या अधिकाऱ्यांना दिले.

मुंबई,ता. १४: जूनमध्ये मागील तीन महिन्यातील एकूण वापराचे बिल आल्यामुळे ग्राहकांमध्ये असंतोषाचे वातावरण आहे. लॉकडाऊन कालावधीत आधीच आर्थिक विंवचनेत अडकलेल्या ग्राहकांना दिलासा देण्यासाठी वाढीव वीजबिलाबाबतच्या तक्रारीची पडताळणी करून शंकानिरसन केल्याशिवाय थकीत वीजबिलप्रकरणी  कारवाई करण्यात येणार नाही. अन्यायकारकरित्या कोणाचीही वीजजोडणी कापली जाणार नाही, अशी स्पष्ट ग्वाही ऊर्जामंत्री डॉ. नितीन राऊत यांनी  दिली.

 

लॉकडाऊन कालावधीनंतर जून महिन्यात देण्यात आलेल्या वाढीव बिलांच्या शंकाचे निरसन करण्यासाठी आज मंत्रालयात परिवहनमंत्री अनिल परब यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली आमदारांची विशेष बैठक बोलावण्यात आली होती, त्यावेळी ते बोलत होते.

सामान्य ग्राहकांचा एकूण वापराच्या विजेच्या बिलाचा प्रश्न सोडवण्यासाठी प्रतिबंधित क्षेत्र सोडून त्या-त्या विभागात संबंधित कंपन्यांच्या अधिकाऱ्यांची नेमणूक करावी आणि तेथे वीज बिलाची पडताळणी करून त्यांच्या तक्रारी सोडवण्यात याव्यात, असे निर्देश डॉ. राऊत यांनी बेस्ट, टाटा, महावितरण व अदानी कंपनीच्या अधिकाऱ्यांना दिले. 

तसेच ग्राहकांना विजेचे बिल कशाप्रकारे देण्यात आले याबाबतची माहिती देण्याबाबतचे निर्देशही डॉ. नितीन राऊत यांनी सर्व वीज पुरवठाधारक कंपन्यांच्या अधिकाऱ्यांना दिले. एकूण वापराच्या वीज बिलाबाबत आर्थिक सहाय्य करण्यात येईल का याबाबतही उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांच्या सोबत चर्चा केल्याची माहिती डॉ. राऊत यांनी दिली.

लॉकडाऊन शिथिल झाल्यावर प्रत्यक्ष रिडींग सुरू करण्यात आले. राज्यात 2 ते 3 टक्के ग्राहकांनी आपल्या मीटर रिडींगचे फोटो पाठवले. ग्राहकांच्या तक्रार निवारण करण्यासाठी झोन निहाय व्हाट्सप ग्रुप, हेल्प डेस्क, बाजाराच्या ठिकाणी ग्राहक मेळावे सुरू करण्यात आल्याची माहिती डॉ.राऊत यांनी उपस्थित आमदारांना दिली. 

यावेळी ऊर्जा विभागाचे प्रधान सचिव दिनेश वाघमारे, संचालक (संचालन) दिनेशचंद्र साबू, बेस्टचे महाव्यवस्थापक सुरेंद्रकुमार बागडे, टाटा वीज कंपनीचे (वितरण) उपाध्यक्ष सुनील जोगळेकर, अदानी वीज कंपनीचे उपाध्यक्ष के. पटेल उपस्थित होते.
