कोरोना संकटकाळात १७ हजार ७१५ बेरोजगारांना मिळाला रोजगार : कौशल्य विकासमंत्री नवाब मलिक

बेरोजगार असाल तर आता चिंता करण्याचे कारण नाही, कारण प्रत्येक बेरोजगार तरुण- तरुणीची नोंद  महास्वयंम वेबपोर्टलमार्फत केली जाईल काय आहे ?? महास्वयंम वेबपोर्टल  बेरोजगारांची नोंद कशी केली जाणार सविस्तर वाचा. 

मुंबई, २६ : कोरोनाच्या संकटामुळे बेरोजगारीचीही समस्या निर्माण झाली आहे. पण असे असतानाही मागील ३ महिन्यात कौशल्य विकास विभागाने जिल्ह्याजिल्ह्यांमध्ये आयोजित केलेले ऑनलाईन रोजगार मेळावे आणि महास्वयंम वेबपोर्टलमार्फत तब्बल १७ हजार ७१५ बेरोजगारांना रोजगार मिळवून दिला आहे. मागील ३ महिन्यात कौशल्य विकास विभागाच्या विविध व्यासपीठांवर १ लाख ७२ हजार १६५ बेरोजगारांनी रोजगारासाठी नोंदणी केली असून या सर्व उमेदवारांना नोकरी मिळवून देण्यासाठी विभाग प्रयत्न करीत आहे, अशी माहिती राज्याचे कौशल्य विकास मंत्री नवाब  मलिक यांनी दिली. 

मंत्री मलिक म्हणाले की, बेरोजगार उमेदवार आणि उद्योजक यांच्यामध्ये सांगड घालण्यासाठी कौशल्य विकास, रोजगार आणि उद्योजकता विभागाने https://rojgar.mahaswayam.gov.in हे वेबपोर्टल सुरु केले आहे. या वेबपोर्टलवर बेरोजगार उमेदवार आपले शिक्षण, कौशल्ये, अनुभव आदी माहीतींसह नोंदणी करतात. त्याचबरोबर कुशल उमेदवारांच्या शोधात असलेल्या कंपन्या, उद्योजक, कॉर्पोरेट्स हे सुद्धा या वेबपोर्टलवर नोंदणी करुन त्यांना हवे असलेले कुशल उमेदवार शोधू शकतात. अशा प्रकारे बेरोजगार आणि उद्योजक यांच्यामध्ये समन्वय घडवून आणण्याचे काम या वेबपोर्टलमार्फत करण्यात येते. 

मागील ३ महिन्यात एप्रिल ते जूनअखेर या वेबपोर्टलवर १ लाख ७२ हजार १६५ इतक्या नोकरीइच्छूक उमेदवारांनी नवीन नोंदणी किंवा पुनर्नोंदणी केली आहे. यामध्ये मुंबई विभागात २४ हजार ५२०, नाशिक विभागात ३० हजार १४५, पुणे विभागात ३७ हजार ५६२, औरंगाबाद विभागात ३५ हजार २४३, अमरावती विभागात १४ हजार २६० तर नागपूर विभागात ३० हजार ४३५ इतक्या  नोकरीइच्छूक उमेदवारांनी नोंदणी केली आहे. यापैकी १७ हजार १३३ उमेदवारांना नोकरी मिळविण्यात यश आले असून यात मुंबई विभागातील ३ हजार ७२०, नाशिक विभागातील ४८२, पुणे विभागातील १० हजार ३१७, औरंगाबाद विभागातील १ हजार ५६९, अमरावती विभागातील १ हजार ०२२ तर नागपूर विभागातील २३ उमेदवारांचा सहभाग आहे. याशिवाय महाराष्ट्र राज्य कौशल्य विकास सोसायटीने त्यांच्या उपक्रमातून ५८२ उमेदवारांना रोजगार मिळवून दिला आहे.

*ऑनलाईन मेळाव्यात ४० हजार नोकरीइच्छूक सहभागी*

कौशल्य विकास विभागाने मागील तीन महिन्यात राज्यभरात पंडित दीनदयाळ उपाध्याय ऑनलाईन रोजगार मेळाव्यांची मोठी मोहीम सुरु केली आहे. प्रत्येक जिल्हास्तरावर ऑनलाईन रोजगार मेळावे घेण्यात येत आहेत. मागील ३ महिन्यात २४ ऑनलाईन रोजगार मेळावे संपन्न झाले असून उर्वरित जिल्ह्यांमध्ये लवकरच मेळावे होणार आहेत. झालेल्या मेळाव्यांमध्ये १६७ उद्योजकांनी सहभाग घेतला. त्यांच्याकडील १६ हजार ११७ जागांसाठी त्यांनी ऑनलाईन मुलाखती घेतल्या. या मेळाव्यांमध्ये ४० हजार २२९ नोकरीइच्छूक तरुणांनी सहभाग घेतला. त्यापैकी आतापर्यंत २ हजार १४० तरुणांना रोजगार मिळाला आहे. उर्वरित जागांसाठी उर्वरित तरुणांमधून निवड प्रक्रिया सुरु आहे. सर्व उमेदवारांना रोजगार मिळवून देण्यासाठी विभागामार्फत प्रयत्न करण्यात येत आहेत, असे मंत्री श्री. मलिक यांनी सांगितले.

नोकरीइच्छूक तरुणांनी नोंदणी करण्याचे आवाहन

मंत्री  मलिक म्हणाले की, यापुढील काळातही रोजगार उपलब्धतेसाठी विभागामार्फत मोहीम पातळीवर काम केले जाईल. नोकरीइच्छूक तरुणांनी https://rojgar.mahaswayam.gov.in या वेबपोर्टलवर नोंदणी करावी. आधी नोंदणी केलेल्या उमेदवारांनी आपली माहिती अद्ययावत करावी, तसेच कुशल उमेदवारांच्या शोधात असलेले उद्योजक, कॉर्पोरेट्स यांनीही या वेबपोर्टलवर नोंदणी करावी, असे आवाहन त्यांनी केले आहे.

But in spite of this, in the last 3 months, the Skill Development Department has organized online job fairs in the districts and has provided employment to 17 thousand 715 unemployed people through the Mahasvayam web portal. In the last three months, 1 lakh 72 thousand 165 unemployed people have registered for employment on various platforms of the Skill Development Department and the department is making efforts to provide jobs to all these candidates, informed the State Skill Development Minister Nawab Malik.

Minister Malik said that the Department of Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship has launched a web portal https://rojgar.mahaswayam.gov.in to link unemployed candidates and entrepreneurs. Unemployed candidates register on this web portal with information about their education, skills, experience etc. Companies, entrepreneurs, corporates who are looking for skilled candidates can also register on this web portal and find the skilled candidates they want. In this way, the work of coordinating between the unemployed and the entrepreneurs is done through this web portal.

In the last 3 months from April to the end of June, 1 lakh 72 thousand 165 job seekers have registered or re-registered on this web portal. Of these, 24 thousand 520 are registered in Mumbai division, 30 thousand 145 in Nashik division, 37 thousand 562 in Pune division, 35 thousand 243 in Aurangabad division, 14 thousand 260 in Amravati division and 30 thousand 435 in Nagpur division. Out of these 17 thousand 133 candidates have got jobs, in which 3 thousand 720 from Mumbai division, 482 from Nashik division, 10 thousand 317 from Pune division, 1 thousand 569 from Aurangabad division, 1 thousand 022 from Amravati division and 23 candidates from Nagpur division are participating. Apart from this, Maharashtra State Skill Development Society has provided employment to 582 candidates through their initiative.

 40,000 job seekers participate in online fair 

The Skill Development Department has launched a major campaign of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay online job fairs across the state in the last three months. Online job fairs are being held in every district. In the last 3 months, 24 online job fairs have been held and fairs will be held in the remaining districts soon. 167 entrepreneurs participated in the fairs. He conducted online interviews for 16,117 seats. 40 thousand 229 job seekers participated in these fairs. Out of which 2,140 youths have got employment till now. The selection process for the remaining seats is underway from the remaining youth. Efforts are being made by the department to provide employment to all the candidates, said the Minister. Malik said.

Appeal for job-seeking youth to register

Minister Malik said that the department will continue to work at the campaign level for employment availability in the future as well.
