शनिवार, रविवार नागपुरात दोन दिवस ‘जनता कर्फ्यू’ कसा असेल वाचा.....

नागपुरात  ‘जनता कर्फ्यू’च्या घोषणेनंतर  नागरिकांनी किराणा  दुकानात गर्दी केली.  

  शहरातील कोरोनाग्रस्तांची संख्या दररोज वाढतच आहे. वेळोवेळी आवाहन करूनही बेजबाबदार नागरिकांमुळे शहरात लॉकडाउनची स्थिती निर्माण झाली आहे. मात्र लॉकडाउन हा उपाय नसून नागरिकांनी स्वत: जबाबदारीने वागून सवयी बदलणे आवश्यक आहे. ‘जनता कर्फ्यू’मध्ये नागरिकांनी स्वत: स्वयंस्फूर्तीने घरातच राहावे.  दोन दिवस शहरात चोख पोलिस बंदोबस्त राहणार असून पोलिसांद्वारेही नागरिकांना रस्त्यावर न फिरण्याची विनंती केली जाणार आहे.

नागपूर : शहरातील कोरोनाग्रस्तांची संख्या दररोज वाढतच आहे. वेळोवेळी आवाहन करूनही बेजबाबदार नागरिकांमुळे शहरात लॉकडाउनची स्थिती निर्माण झाली आहे. मात्र लॉकडाउन हा उपाय नसून नागरिकांनी स्वत: जबाबदारीने वागून सवयी बदलणे आवश्यक आहे. याचाच एक भाग म्हणून नागपूर शहरात शनिवार २५ जुलै व रविवार २६ जुलै रोजी ‘जनता कर्फ्यू’ पाळण्यात येईल, अशी घोषणा करित महापौर संदीप जोशी आणि आयुक्त तुकाराम मुंढे यांनी जनतेला  याचे पालन करण्याचेआवाहन केले. या दोन दिवसात फक्त अत्यावश्यक वैद्यकीय सेवा वगळून अन्य सर्व सेवा बंद ठेवाव्या असेही त्यांनी आवाहन केले.

        लॉकडाउन संदर्भात असलेला जनतेच्या मनातील संभ्रम दूर व्हावा, त्यावर जनप्रतिनिधी आणि प्रशासनाच्या समन्वयाने निर्णय व्हावा यासाठी शुक्रवारी (ता.२४) मनपा मुख्यालयातील आयुक्त कक्षात बैठक घेण्यात आली. बैठकीत महापौर संदीप जोशी,  खासदार डॉ.विकास महात्मे, खासदार कृपाल तुमाने, आमदार सर्वश्री गिरीश व्यास, प्रा.अनील सोले, नागो गाणार,  विकास कुंभारे, कृष्णा खोपडे, मोहन मते, विकास ठाकरे,  प्रवीण दटके, उपमहापौर मनीषा कोठे, स्थायी समिती सभापती विजय (पिंटू) झलके, आयुक्त तुकाराम मुंढे,  सत्तापक्ष नेते संदीप जाधव, ज्येष्ठ नगरसेवक दयाशंकर तिवारी, अतिरिक्त पोलिस आयुक्त नीलेश भरणे, अतिरिक्त आयुक्त राम जोशी आदी उपस्थित होते.

        यावेळी झालेल्या चर्चेमध्ये सर्व लोकप्रतिनिधींनी लॉकडाउन न करण्याबाबत भूमिका मांडली. कोव्हिड संदर्भातील शासनाच्या दिशानिर्देशाचे पालन व्हावे यासाठी नागरिकांमध्ये जनजागृती होणे गरजेचे आहे. त्यादृष्टीने शहरात दोन दिवस ‘जनता कर्फ्यू’ लागू करण्याची संकल्पना यावेळी आमदार तथा ज्येष्ठ नगरसेवक प्रवीण दटके यांनी मांडली. त्यांच्या संकल्पनेवर महापौर संदीप जोशी, आयुक्त तुकाराम मुंढे आणि अतिरिक्त पोलिस आयुक्त नीलेश भरणे यांनी सर्वांशी चर्चा करुन शनिवार (ता.२५) व रविवार (ता. २६) दोन दिवस ‘जनता कर्फ्यू’ करण्याचा निर्णय सर्व संमंतीने घेतला.

 

नागरिकांनी स्वत: स्वयंस्फूर्तीने घरातच राहावे : आयुक्त तुकाराम मुंढे

‘जनता कर्फ्यू’मध्ये नागरिकांनी स्वत: स्वयंस्फूर्तीने घरातच राहावे. स्वत:च स्वत:वर बंधन लादून त्याचे काटेकोर पालन करावे. फक्त अत्यावश्यक वैद्यकीय सेवेसाठीच घराबाहेर निघावे. येणा-या काळात नागपुरात कोरोना संसर्गाचा स्फोट होउ नये यासाठी आताच प्रत्येक नागपूरकराला आपल्या सवयी बदलणे आवश्यक आहे. दोन दिवस शहरात चोख पोलिस बंदोबस्त राहणार असून पोलिसांद्वारेही नागरिकांना रस्त्यावर न फिरण्याची विनंती केली जाणार आहे. त्यामुळे प्रत्येक नागरिकाने आपली नैतिक जबाबदारी म्हणून घरातच राहावे व पुढेही अत्यावश्यक कारणाशिवाय घराबाहेर पडू नये तसेच कोव्हिड संदर्भातील सर्व नियमांचे पालन करावे, असे आवाहनही महापौर संदीप जोशी आणि आयुक्त तुकाराम मुंढे यांनी केले आहे.

 

लोकप्रतिनिधीही करणार जनजागृती : महापौर संदीप जोशी

शनिवार आणि रविवार दोन दिवस ‘जनता कर्फ्यू’नंतर सोमवार ते गुरूवार (२७ ते ३० जुलै) दरम्यान सर्व लोकप्रतिनिधींनीही आपापल्या क्षेत्रामध्ये जनजागृती दौरा करावा. या दौ-यामध्ये लोकांना कोव्हिड संदर्भातील सर्व नियमांचे पालन करण्याचे आवाहन केले जावे. दुकानांमध्ये गर्दी होउ नये याचीही खबरदारी कशी घ्यावी, मास्कचा वापर, सॅनिटायजरचा वापर अशा सर्व बाबींचे महत्व पटवून द्यावे. महापौर आणि आयुक्तांच्या जनजागृती दौ-यांप्रमाणेच शहरातील प्रत्येक भागात नागरिकांच्या सुरक्षेच्या दृष्टीने सर्व नियमांचे पालन करून शहरातील खासदार, आमदार यांनीही जनजागृतीसाठी घराबाहेर पडावे, अशी विनंती यावेळी महापौरांनी केली. लोकप्रतिनिधींच्या या दौ-यानंतर ३१ जुलै रोजी पुन्हा मनपामध्ये संपूर्ण स्थितीचा आढावा घेण्यासंदर्भात बैठक घेण्यात येणार आहे. या बैठकीत शहरातील एकूण परिस्थिती लक्षात घेउन पुढील निर्णय घेण्यात येईल, असेही महापौर संदीप जोशी यांनी यावेळी सांगितले.

The city will be under heavy police security for two days and the police will also request the citizens not to walk on the streets.

Nagpur: The number of corona victims in the city is increasing day by day. Irresponsible citizens have created a lockdown situation in the city despite appeals from time to time. However, lockdown is not a solution but citizens need to change their habits responsibly. As part of this, Mayor Sandeep Joshi and Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe called on the people to observe the 'People's Curfew' in Nagpur on Saturday, July 25 and Sunday, July 26. He also called for the closure of all essential medical services during these two days.

A meeting was held in the Commissioner's Room at the Corporation Headquarters on Friday (24th) to remove the confusion in the minds of the people regarding the lockdown and to take a decision in coordination with the people's representatives and the administration. In the meeting, Mayor Sandeep Joshi, MP Dr. Vikas Mahatme, MP Kripal Tumane, MLA Sarvashri Girish Vyas, Prof. Anil Sole, Nago Ganar, Vikas Kumbhare, Krishna Khopde, Mohan Mate, Vikas Thackeray, Pravin Datke, Deputy Mayor Manisha Kothe, Standing Committee Chairman Vijay (Pintu) Jhalke, Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe, ruling party leader Sandeep Jadhav, senior corporator Dayashankar Tiwari, Additional Commissioner of Police Nilesh Bharne, Additional Commissioner Ram Joshi were present.

During the discussion, all the MPs expressed their views on non-lockdown. There is a need to create awareness among the citizens to follow the government's guidelines regarding covid. In view of this, MLA and senior corporator Praveen Datke proposed to implement a two-day 'Janata Curfew' in the city. After discussing their concept, Mayor Sandeep Joshi, Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe and Additional Commissioner of Police Nilesh Bharne decided to impose a two-day 'public curfew' on Saturday (25) and Sunday (26).

In ‘Janata Curfew’, citizens should voluntarily stay at home. Strict adherence to self-restraint. Only go out of the house for essential medical services. The mayor also requested the MPs and MLAs to go out for public awareness by following all the rules for the safety of the citizens in every part of the city like the public awareness tours of the mayor and the commissioner. After this visit of the people's representatives, a meeting will be held on July 31 to review the entire situation in the corporation. The next decision will be taken in this meeting considering the overall situation in the city, said Mayor Sandeep Joshi.
