कौशल्य विकास विभागातर्फे आता ऑनलाईन रोजगार मेळावे

कोरोनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर निर्माण झालेल्या संकटकाळात राज्यातील बेरोजगारांना रोजगार मिळवून देण्यासाठी कौशल्य विकास विभागाने पुढाकाराने १ हजार २११ उमेदवारांची झाली निवड

 मुंबई, ता.३० : कोरोनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर निर्माण झालेल्या संकटकाळात राज्यातील बेरोजगारांना रोजगार मिळवून देण्यासाठी कौशल्य विकास विभागाने पुढाकार घेतला आहे. सध्याचा लॉकडाऊनचा कालावधी बघता प्रत्यक्ष रोजगार मेळावे घेता येणे शक्य नसल्याने विभागामार्फत आता ऑनलाईन रोजगार मेळावे आयोजित करण्यात येत असल्याची माहिती राज्याचे कौशल्य विकास मंत्री श्री. नवाब मलिक यांनी दिली.

 

 या मोहीमेंतर्गत राज्यात आतापर्यंत एकूण १४ ऑनलाईन व्हर्च्युअल रोजगार मेळावे झाले असून त्यास उद्योजक व उमेदवारांचा प्रचंड प्रतिसाद मिळाला. ऑनलाईन मेळाव्‍यांमध्‍ये एकूण ११५ उद्योगांनी त्यांच्याकडे असलेली १२ हजार ३२२ रिक्‍तपदे अधिसूचित केली. २५ हजार ०४७ उमेदवारांनी ऑनलाईन भाग घेतला व त्यापैकी १ हजार २११ उमेदवारांची निवड झाली असून इतर उमेदवारांची निवड प्रक्रिया सुरु आहे, अशी माहिती मंत्री श्री. मलिक यांनी दिली.

 कौशल्य विकास विभागाने बेरोजगार तरुणांना नोकरी आणि उद्योजकांना कुशल उमेदवार मिळवून देण्याच्या अनुषंगाने तयार केलेल्या www.mahaswayam.gov.in या संकेतस्थळाचा प्रभावीपणे वापर करून हे मेळावे घेतले गेले. पुणे, सातारा, औरंगाबाद, नागपूर, सांगली आणि ठाणे येथील जिल्‍हा कौशल्‍य विकास, रोजगार व उद्योजकता मार्गदर्शन कार्यालयांनी प्रत्येकी १ ऑनलाईन रोजगार मेळावा घेतला. नाशिक आणि यवतमाळ येथील कार्यालयांनी प्रत्येकी २ तर उस्मानाबाद मॉडेल करिअर सेंटर यांनी ४ ऑनलाईन रोजगार मेळावे आयोजित केले.

मंत्री श्री. मलिक म्हणाले की, या ऑनलाईन मेळाव्यांमध्ये सर्व रोजगार ईच्छूक व ऑनलाईन अर्ज केलेल्या उमेदवारांना त्यांच्या पसंतीक्रमानुसार संबंधित उद्योगांकडे मुलाखतींचे नियोजन करुन संगणक प्रणालीद्वारे एसएमएस पाठवून अवगत करण्यात येते. तसेच त्यांच्या मुलाखती दूरध्वनी, व्हॉटस्ॲप, स्काईपद्वारे ऑनलाईन किंवा प्रत्यक्ष कंपनीमध्ये ऑफलाईन अशा दोन्ही पध्दतीने घेतल्या जातात. यास चांगला प्रतिसाद मिळत आहे.

  या सर्व बाबींचे समन्वय कौशल्य विकास कार्यालयांमार्फत केले जाते. महास्वयंम वेबसाईट यात महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका बजावते. यापुढील काळातही ऑनलाईन रोजगार मेळाव्‍याचे आयोजन करण्‍याबाबत कॅलेंडर तयार करण्‍यात आले आहे, असे त्यांनी सांगितले.

सर्व उमेदवार व उद्योग यांनी www.mahaswayam.gov.in या वेबसाईटद्वारे देऊ केलेल्या सुविधांचा लाभ घ्यावा. याबाबत काही अडचणी असल्यास आपल्या जिल्ह्यातील सहाय्यक आयुक्त, जिल्हा कौशल्य विकास, रोजगार व उद्योजकता मार्गदर्शन केंद्र यांचेशी संपर्क साधावा, असे आवाहन मंत्री श्री. नवाब मलिक यांनी केले.

The Skill Development Department has selected 1,211 candidates to provide employment to the unemployed in the state during the crisis created on the backdrop of Corona.

 Mumbai, 30: The Skill Development Department has taken initiative to provide employment to the unemployed in the state during the crisis created in the backdrop of Corona. As it is not possible to hold actual employment fairs due to the current lockdown period, the department is now organizing online job fairs. Presented by Nawab Malik. Under this campaign, a total of 14 online virtual employment fairs have been held in the state so far and it has received a huge response from entrepreneurs and candidates. 

  A total of 115 industries have notified 12,322 vacancies in the online fairs. 25 thousand 047 candidates participated online and out of them 1 thousand 211 candidates have been selected and the selection process of other candidates is underway, informed the Minister Shri. Given by Malik.

 The meet was organized using the website www.mahaswayam.gov.in, which was created by the Skill Development Department to provide jobs to unemployed youth and skilled candidates to entrepreneurs. The District Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Offices at Pune, Satara, Aurangabad, Nagpur, Sangli and Thane held one online job fair each. Offices in Nashik and Yavatmal organized 2 online job fairs each and Osmanabad Model Career Center organized 4 online job fairs.

Minister Shri. Malik said that in these online fairs, all the job seekers and candidates who have applied online are informed according to their preference by arranging interviews with the respective industries and sending SMS through computer system. Also, their interviews are conducted either online or offline in the company, via telephone, WhatsApp, Skype. It is getting good response.

  

 All these matters are coordinated by the Skill Development Offices. The Mahaswayam website plays an important role in this. He said that a calendar has been prepared for organizing online job fairs in the future as well.
