महावितरणमधील तंत्रज्ञांच्या सात हजार पद

विद्युत सहाय्यक व उपकेंद्र सहाय्यक पदाच्या 7 हजार जागांसाठी पात्र उमेदवारांची निवड यादी जाहीर करण्यात यावी, असे आदेश दिले आहेत. डॉ. राऊत यांच्या आदेशामुळे राज्यातील उमेदवारांना मोठा दिलासा मिळाला असून महावितरणमधील प्रलंबित भरती प्रक्रिया देखील पूर्ण होणार आहे

मुंबई, महावितरणमध्ये विद्युत सहाय्यक व उपकेंद्र सहाय्यक पदाच्या सात हजार जागांची भरती प्रक्रिया गेल्या आठ महिन्यांपासून प्रलंबित आहे. राज्याचे ऊर्जामंत्री डॉ. नितीन राऊत यांनी पुढील आठवड्यात या सर्व पदांसाठी पात्र उमेदवारांची निवड यादी जाहीर करण्याचे आदेश महावितरणला दिले आहे. यामुळे प्रलंबित निवड प्रक्रीयेतील उमेदवारांना दिलासा मिळाला आहे.

याबाबत माहिती अशी की, महावितरण कंपनीमध्ये जुलै 2019 मध्ये उपकेंद्र सहाय्यक पदाच्या 2 हजार आणि विद्युत सहाय्यक पदाच्या 5 हजार अशा एकूण 7 हजार पदांच्या सरळसेवा भरतीसाठी प्रक्रिया सुरु करण्यात आली. यामध्ये 25 ऑगस्ट 2019 रोजी उपकेंद्र सहाय्यक पदासाठी आयबीपीएस या संस्थेकडून परीक्षा घेण्यात आली आहे. तर विद्युत सहाय्यक पदासाठी परीक्षा न घेता केवळ दहावीच्या गुणानुक्रमानुसार निवड करण्यात येते. त्यानंतर या दोन्ही पदाच्या 7 हजार जागांच्या सरळसेवा भरतीची प्रक्रिया प्रलंबित आहे. राज्यातील सुमारे दीड लाख आयटीआय उत्तीर्ण उमेदवारांनी या सात हजार जागांसाठी अर्ज भरलेले आहेत. मात्र गेल्या आठ ते नऊ महिन्यांपासून भरती प्रक्रिया प्रलंबित असल्याने उमेदवारांनी राज्याचे ऊर्जामंत्री डॉ. राऊत यांचे निवेदनाद्वारे लक्ष वेधले होते.

ऊर्जामंत्री डॉ. राऊत यांनी ऊर्जा विभागाचे प्रधान सचिव व महावितरणचे अध्यक्ष तथा व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक दिनेश वाघमारे व इतर वरिष्ठ संचालकांशी या प्रलंबित भरती प्रक्रियेबाबत नुकतीच चर्चा केली. तसेच ग्राहकसेवेसाठी तब्बल 7 हजार कर्मचाऱ्यांची आणखी भर पडणार आहे.

The recruitment process for 7,000 posts of Electrical Assistant and Sub-Station Assistant in Mumbai, MSEDCL has been pending for the last eight months. State Energy Minister Dr. Nitin Raut has directed MSEDCL to announce the selection list of eligible candidates for all these posts next week. This has brought relief to the candidates in the pending selection process.

It is learned that in July 2019, MSEDCL started the process of direct recruitment for a total of 7,000 posts, including 2,000 for Sub-Center Assistants and 5,000 for Electrical Assistants. In this, IBPS has conducted the examination for the post of Sub-Center Assistant on 25th August 2019. So for the post of Electrical Assistant, selection is made only on the basis of merit without taking the examination. After that, the process of direct recruitment of 7,000 posts for both these posts is pending. About 1.5 lakh ITI candidates in the state have applied for these 7,000 seats. However, as the recruitment process has been pending for the last eight to nine months, the candidates have asked the state's energy minister, Dr. Raut's statement drew attention.

Energy Minister Dr. Raut recently discussed the pending recruitment process with Dinesh Waghmare, Principal Secretary, Department of Energy and Chairman and Managing Director, MSEDCL, and other senior directors. It will also add another 7,000 employees for customer service.
