घरगुती वीजग्राहकांना वीजबिल भरण्यासाठी सुलभ हप्त्यांची सवलत

मार्चपासून ते जूनमध्ये रिडींग घेईपर्यंत एकूण वीजवापराचे एकत्रित व अचूक बिल ग्राहकांना देण्यात येत आहे. या बिलामध्ये ग्राहकांवर एका पैशाचाही भुर्दंड बसणार नाही याची काळजी घेण्यात आली आहे.

मुंबई,ता.  २३: लॉकडाऊनच्या कालावधीनंतर सध्या मीटर रिडींग घेऊन जून महिन्याचे वीजबिल देण्यात येत आहे. महावितरणच्या घरगुती वीजग्राहकांना या वीजबिलाची रक्कम भरण्यासाठी सुलभ हप्त्यांची सवलत उपलब्ध आहे व स्थानिक कार्यालयांकडून वीजबिलांचे सुलभ हप्ते पाडून देण्यात येईल, अशी घोषणा राज्याचे ऊर्जामंत्री डॉ. नितीन राऊत यांनी केली. महावितरणच्या फोर्ट येथील कार्यालयात आयोजित पत्रकार परिषदेत ते बोलत होते.

 

यावेळी डॉ. राऊत म्हणाले, महावितरणच्या ग्राहकांवर वीजबिलांच्या माध्यमातून कोणत्याही प्रकारचा भुर्दंड लादलेला नाही. जूनमध्ये देण्यात येत असलेली वीजबिले ही लॉकडाऊनच्या कालावधीत ग्राहकांनी वापरलेल्या युनिटप्रमाणेच आहे. या वीजबिलाची घरबसल्या पडताळणी करण्यासाठी महावितरणने विशेष लिंक उपलब्ध करून दिलेली आहे. त्यानंतरही काही शंका असल्यास ग्राहक आवश्यकतेनुसार https://billcal.mahadiscom.in/consumerbill/ या लिंकवरून वाढीव वीजबिलांची पडताळणी करू शकतात. तसेच महावितरणच्या कार्यालयातही जाऊन वीजबिलांची आकारणी समजून घेता येईल. तसेच ग्राहकांना मीटर रिडींग चुकल्याने किंवा अन्य कारणाने चुकीचे वीजबिल गेले असल्यास ते दुरुस्त करण्यात येईल, अशी ग्वाही ऊर्जामंत्री ना. डॉ. राऊत यांनी दिली.

ते म्हणाले, लॉकडाऊनच्या कालावधीत वीजग्राहकांकडील मीटर रिडींग घेता आले नाही. त्यामुळे एप्रिल व मे महिन्यात सरासरी वीजवापरानुसार वीजबिल देण्यात आले. मात्र या कालावधीत महावितरणच्या आवाहनानुसार स्वतःहून मीटर रिडींग पाठविणाऱ्या ग्राहकांना प्रत्यक्ष वीजवापरानुसार बिले देण्यात आली आहेत. आता जूनमध्ये राज्यात बहुतांश ठिकाणी मीटर रिडींग घेण्याची प्रक्रिया सुरु करण्यात आली आहे. मार्चनंतर प्रथमच थेट जूनमध्ये मीटर रिडींग घेण्यात येत आहे. त्यामुळे मार्चपासून ते जूनमध्ये रिडींग घेईपर्यंत एकूण वीजवापराचे एकत्रित व अचूक बिल ग्राहकांना देण्यात येत आहे. या बिलामध्ये ग्राहकांवर एका पैशाचाही भुर्दंड बसणार नाही याची काळजी घेण्यात आली आहे. एक महिन्यापेक्षा अधिक कालावधीचे वीजबिल असल्याने स्लॅब बेनिफिट देण्यात येत आहे. तसेच ग्राहकांनी एप्रिल व मेमध्ये सरासरी वीजबिलांची रक्कम भरली असल्यास त्या रकमेचे समायोजन करण्यात येत आहे, चुकीच्या बिलाची दुरुस्तीसाठी तत्परतेने कार्यवाही करण्यात यावी व ग्राहकांना चुकीच्या वीजबिलांचा कोणताही त्रास होऊ नये, अशा सूचना महावितरणला देण्यात आल्याचे ऊर्जामंत्री ना. डॉ. राऊत सांगितले. 

यावेळी ऊर्जा राज्यमंत्री श्री प्राजक्त तनपुरे, प्रधान सचिव (ऊर्जा) व महावितरणचे अध्यक्ष व व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक श्री. दिनेश वाघमारे आणि महावितरणचे इतर वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.

If there is any doubt after that, customers can verify the increased electricity bill from https://billcal.mahadiscom.in/consumerbill/ as required. You can also go to the MSEDCL office and understand the levy of electricity bills. Also, if the customer has missed the meter reading or due to any other reason, the wrong electricity bill will be corrected, said the Energy Minister. Dr. Raut gave.

 

He said meter readings could not be taken from consumers during the lockdown period. Therefore, electricity bills were issued in April and May according to the average electricity consumption. However, during this period, as per the appeal of MSEDCL, the customers who send the meter readings themselves have been billed according to the actual electricity consumption. Now the process of taking meter readings has started in most places in the state in June. Meter readings are being taken live in June for the first time since March. Therefore, aggregate and accurate bill of total electricity consumption is being paid to the customers from March to June. The bill seeks to ensure that not a single penny is spent on consumers. The slab benefit is being paid as the electricity bill is for a period of more than one month. Also, if the customer has paid the average amount of electricity bill in April and May, the amount is being adjusted. Dr. Raut said.
