दीक्षाभूमीवर 'वीसा की प्रतीक्षा मे' पुस्तकाचे मोफत वितरण

नागपूर, २ :  शिक्षण आणि सामाजिक कल्याणाच्या उदात्त हेतूने, नागपूर येथील शक्ति स्थळ दीक्षाभूमी येथे स्टेट बँक ऑफ इंडिया (SBI) नागपूर प्रशासनिक कार्यालय आणि सेवा (SEWA - SBI SC/ST/BC WELFARE ASSOCIATION) यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने मोफत पुस्तक वितरण स्टॉलचा यशस्वीपणे आरंभ करण्यात आला आहे.

या उपक्रमांतर्गत, डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या आत्मचरित्रावर आधारित 'वीसा की प्रतीक्षा मे' (Waiting for A Visa) या महत्त्वपूर्ण पुस्तकाचे मान्यवरांच्या हस्ते अनावरण करण्यात आले.  जी २२८ आणि जी २२९ क्रमांकाच्या या निशुल्क पुस्तक वितरण स्टॉलचे उद्घाटन करताना, नागपूर पश्चिमचे क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधक सत्येंद्र कुमार सुधांशु आणि नागपूर पूर्वचे क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधक मनीष कुमार समदर्शी उपस्थित होते. त्यांच्यासोबत मुख्य प्रबंधक रुपेश मोरे, सेवा महा सर्कचे उपाध्यक्ष राहुलकुमार गजभिये, महासचिव गणेश वाघमारे, आणि नागपूर मॉड्युलचे उप महासचिव अमन दाभाडे हे देखील उपस्थित होते. 

यावेळी बोलताना, सत्येंद्र कुमार सुधांशु यांनी SBI आणि SEWA (नागपूर मॉड्युल, महाराष्ट्र सर्कल) यांचा हा संयुक्त प्रयत्न शिक्षण आणि सामाजिक कल्याणाच्या समाजात ज्ञानाची ज्योत प्रज्वलित करण्यासाठी अत्यंत महत्त्वाचा ठरला आहे, असे मत व्यक्त केले. 

ज्या नागरिकांना या मोफत पुस्तकाचा लाभ घ्यायचा आहे, त्यांच्यासाठी हा निशुल्क स्टॉल १ ऑक्टोबर २०२५ पासून ते ३ ऑक्टोबर २०२५ रोजी सकाळी ८ वाजेपर्यंत खुला राहणार आहे, अशी माहिती सेवाचे मॉड्यूलर अध्यक्ष दीपक बोदेले यांनी दिली.

कार्यक्रमाचे प्रास्ताविक सर्कल उपाध्यक्ष राहुल गजभिए यांनी सादर केले, तर महासचिव गणेश वाघमारे यांनी SEWA चा इतिहास आणि त्यांच्या सामाजिक कार्याची माहिती दिली. कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचालन व उपस्थितांचे आभार सेवाचे मॉड्यूलर अध्यक्ष दीपक बोदेले यांनी मानले.

हा उपक्रम डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकरांचे विचार लोकांपर्यंत पोहोचवण्यासाठी एक महत्त्वाचे पाऊल ठरला आहे. उपक्रमात  SBI आणि SEWA नागपूर मॉड्युल, महाराष्ट्र सर्कलचे  पदाधिकारी आणि सभासद मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थित होते.

SBI and SEWA Joint Initiative

Nagpur, २ : With the noble aim of promoting education and social welfare, the State Bank of India (SBI) Nagpur Administrative Office and SEWA (SBI SC/ST/BC WELFARE ASSOCIATION) have jointly launched a successful free book distribution stall at Shakti Sthal Deekshabhoomi, Nagpur.

As part of this initiative, the important book, 'Waiting for A Visa' ('वीसा की प्रतीक्षा मे')—the autobiography of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar—was unveiled by the dignitaries present.

Inauguration and Dignitaries

The free book distribution stall (Stall numbers G 228 and G 229) was inaugurated in the presence of several dignitaries. Among those attending were Satyendra Kumar Sudhanshu, Regional Manager for Nagpur West, and Manish Kumar Samdarshi, Regional Manager for Nagpur East. They were joined by Chief Manager Rupesh More, SEWA Maha Circle Vice President Rahul Kumar Gajbhiye, General Secretary Ganesh Waghmare, and Nagpur Module Deputy General Secretary Aman Dabhade.

Speaking on the occasion, Satyendra Kumar Sudhanshu stated that this joint effort by SBI and SEWA (Nagpur Module, Maharashtra Circle) is proving to be extremely crucial in igniting the torch of knowledge in society for education and social welfare.

Details of the Distribution

The free book distribution stall, open to all citizens who wish to benefit from the book, will be accessible from October 1, 2025, until 8:00 AM on October 3, 2025. This information was provided by Deepak Bodele, the Modular President of SEWA.

The program's introduction was presented by Circle Vice President Rahul Gajbhiye, while General Secretary Ganesh Waghmare shared the history of SEWA and details of its social work. The event was moderated, and the vote of thanks was delivered by Deepak Bodele, SEWA's Modular President.

This initiative marks a significant step towards disseminating the thoughts and philosophy of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. A large number of officials and members of SBI and SEWA Nagpur Module, Maharashtra Circle, were present for the successful launch of the program.
