एका इलेक्ट्रिशियन आणि गृहिणीची कन्या असलेल्या भाग्यश्रीची कहाणी धैर्य, चिकाटी आणि शांत निर्धाराची आहे जी आता राष्ट्रीय यशात फुलली आहे.

नागपूर,ता.२५: सिव्हिल लाईन येथील  सेंट उर्सुला हायस्कूलची माजी विद्यार्थिनी भाग्यश्री नैकाले  हिने UPSC सिव्हिल सर्व्हिसेस परीक्षेत अखिल भारतीय क्रमांक (AIR) ७३७ मिळवून आपल्या माजी शाळा आणि शहराचे नाव उंचावले आहे. 

तिच्या या उल्लेखनीय यशाबद्दल जाणून घेतल्यानंतर, सेंट उर्सुला शाळेचे कुटुंब - व्यवस्थापक  रचना सिंग, मुख्याध्यापिका, शीतल पीटर, उपप्राचार्य विशाल पीटर, पर्यवेक्षक  लता पळस्कर, तिच्या माजी वर्गशिक्षिका  सुहिता तनिकोंडा - तिच्या घरी भेट देऊन तिचे अभिनंदन केले तसेच  यशातील आनंदात सहभागी झाले.

ही भेट अत्यंत भावपूर्ण होती. छोट्याशा अभ्यासिकेला पाहून, जिच्या भिंतींवर स्टिकी नोट्स लावलेल्या होत्या, प्रत्येक नोट भाग्यश्रीच्या अविरत तयारीची आणि शांत निश्चयाची साक्षीदार होती, उर्सुला टीम भावुक झाली. कुटुंबाची साधी परिस्थिती असूनही, त्या जागेतून शक्ती, लक्ष आणि आशा प्रकाशित होत होती.

भाग्यश्रीच्या पालकांनी त्यांच्या दोन वेळच्या जेवणाची व्यवस्था करण्यासाठी केलेला दीर्घ संघर्ष सांगितला, पण त्यांनी कधीही परिस्थितीला तिचे स्वप्न चिरडू दिले नाही. तिच्या वडिलांनी भावनिक होऊन तिचा प्रश्न आठवला, "बाबा, माझे मित्र त्यांचे यश साजरे करत आहेत, साजरे करणे कसे असते?" जेव्हा शाळेने तिला शाल, केक आणि रोपटे - आदर, आनंद आणि विकासाचे प्रतीक देऊन सन्मानित केले, तेव्हा त्यांनी तिला सांगितले, "हेच तुझे सेलिब्रेशन आहे, माझ्या मुली."

भाग्यश्रीने आपल्या वर्गशिक्षिका  सुहिता तनिकोंडा यांना मिठी मारली, आणि त्यांच्या दयाळूपणा आणि प्रोत्साहनाबद्दल त्यांचे आभार मानले. तिने जीवशास्त्राच्या तासांची, आकृत्यांची आणि तिला मिळालेल्या वैयक्तिक लक्षाची आठवण केली. तिने तिच्या कडक पण प्रभावी इंग्रजी शिक्षिका, सोनाली रायबोले यांचाही आदरपूर्वक उल्लेख केला, आणि आपल्या गणित शिक्षक,  विशाल पीटर यांना पाहून ती उत्साहित झाली, "सर, मला तुमची स्पष्ट आठवण आहे!"

जेव्हा मुख्याध्यापिका शीतल पीटर यांनी भाग्यश्रीला शाळेतील विद्यार्थ्यांना संबोधित करण्यासाठी आमंत्रित केले, तेव्हा तिचे वडील वाहनाबद्दल आणि संभाव्य खर्चाबद्दल चिंतित झाले. पण जेव्हा त्यांना सांगण्यात आले की तिला घेण्यासाठी आणि घरी सोडण्यासाठी एक गाडी येईल, तेव्हा भाग्यश्रीच्या आनंदाला सीमा राहिली नाही. तिला माहीत नाही की लवकरच, तिच्या कष्टामुळे ती अशा दिवसापर्यंत पोहोचेल जेव्हा लाल दिव्याची (रेड बीकन) गाडी तिच्या सेवेत असेल, कारण ती प्रतिष्ठित भारतीय नागरी सेवेत प्रवेश करत आहे.

भेटीदरम्यान, व्यवस्थापक रचना  भाग्यश्रीशी मनापासून संवाद साधला. तिला आपल्या नवीन प्रवासात स्पष्टता आणि अचूकतेने माहितीपूर्ण निर्णय घेण्याचा सल्ला दिला. तिचा नम्रपणा आणि प्रामाणिकपणा पाहून भावूक झालेल्या रचना यांनी जाहीर केले की शाळा भाग्यश्रीला उत्तराखंडमधील आगामी प्रशिक्षणासह पुढील पावलांसाठी आर्थिक मदत देईल. कुटुंबाला प्रशिक्षण प्रक्रिया आणि अधिकृत आवश्यकतांबद्दल मार्गदर्शनही करण्यात आले.

Journey from General Background to UPSC Success: Bhagyashree Naikale

The story of Bhagyashree, the daughter of an electrician and a housewife, is one of courage, perseverance and quiet determination which has now blossomed into national success.

Nagpur, Date 25: Bhagyashree Naikale, an alumnus of St. Ursula High School, Civil Lines, has brought glory to her former school and city by securing All India Rank (AIR) 737 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination.

After learning about her remarkable achievement, the family of St. Ursula School - Manager Rachna Singh, Principal Sheetal Peter, Vice Principal Vishal Peter, Supervisor Lata Palaskar, her former class teacher Suhita Tanikonda - visited her home to congratulate her and share in the joy of her success.

The visit was very emotional. Seeing the small study, whose walls were covered with sticky notes, each one a testament to Bhagyashree’s relentless preparation and quiet determination, Ursula Team was moved. Despite the family’s humble circumstances, the space radiated strength, focus and hope.

Bhagyashree’s parents recounted the long struggle they had to arrange for two meals a day, but they never let the situation crush her dreams. Her father, moved, recalled her question, “Dad, my friends are celebrating their successes, how is it to celebrate?” When the school honored her with a shawl, cake and a sapling – symbols of respect, joy and growth, he told her, “This is your celebration, my daughter.”

Bhagyashree hugged her class teacher Suhita Tanikonda, and thanked her for her kindness and encouragement. She recalled the biology classes, the diagrams and the personal attention she received. She also mentioned her strict but effective English teacher, Sonali Raibole, with respect, and was excited to see her maths teacher, Vishal Peter, saying, “Sir, I remember you clearly!”

When Principal Sheetal Peter invited Bhagyashree to address the school students, her father was worried about the vehicle and the potential expense. But when he was told that a car would be coming to pick her up and drop her home, Bhagyashree’s joy knew no bounds. Little did she know that soon, her hard work would lead her to the day when a red beacon car would be at her service, as she was entering the prestigious Indian Civil Services.

During the visit, Manager Rachna had a heartfelt conversation with Bhagyashree. She advised her to make informed decisions with clarity and precision in her new journey. Touched by her humility and sincerity, Rachna announced that the school would provide financial assistance to Bhagyashree for her next steps, including her upcoming training in Uttarakhand. The family was also guided about the training process and official requirements.

Bhagyashree’s family’s gratitude was very emotional. Her father, with tears in his eyes, said, “The school family is God’s gift to bring joy to our home.” The entire Ursula team came together in prayer, blessing Bhagyashree and her family – a moment of deep connection and spiritual grace. The visit was not just a celebration of success; it was a celebration of values – of hard work, honesty and the power of nurturing guidance.
