मुंबई येथे 'ओ.टी.टी. आणि फिल्मी दुनियाचे दुष्कर्म' या कार्यक्रमातून जनजागृती !

भारताची वैभवशाली संस्कृती वाचवण्यासाठी अश्लीलतेच्या असुराला संपवावे लागेल ! - उदय माहुरकर

मुंबई - अश्लीलता पसरवणाऱ्या माध्यमांच्या विरोधात कठोर कायदा व्हायला हवा, सिनेमातील वस्त्रसंहिताही ठरवायला हवी आणि जे त्याचे उल्लंघन करतील, त्यांना शिक्षा झाली पाहिजे. सरकारच्या सोबत सामाजिक स्तरावर पालकसंस्था, युवासंस्था बनवून त्यांनी या सूत्रावर एकत्र काम केले पाहिजे. ओ.टी.टी. प्लॅटफॉर्मवरील लैंगिक, विकृत आणि अनैतिक सामग्रीचा प्रसार रोखण्यासाठी कठोर कायदा करण्यासह 'एथिक्स कोड' (नैतिकतेची आचारसंहिता) लागू करा. विश्वगुरु बनणाऱ्या भारताची वैभवशाली संस्कृती वाचवण्यासाठी अश्लीलतेच्या असुराला संपवावे लागेल, असे प्रतिपादन 'सेव्ह कल्चर सेव्ह भारत फाऊंडेशन'चे संस्थापक आणि माजी केंद्रीय माहिती आयुक्त श्री. उदय माहुरकर यांनी केले, ते २५ फेब्रुवारीला दादर, मुंबई येथे 'ओ.टी.टी. आणि फिल्मी दुनियाचे दुष्कर्म' या विषयावर आयोजित केलेल्या कार्यक्रमात बोलत होते. यावेळी 'जेम्स ऑफ बाॅलीवुड'च्या सहसंस्थापक आणि प्रख्यात पत्रकार स्वाती गोयल शर्मा आणि हिंदु जनजागृती समितीचे राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ते श्री. रमेश शिंदे हे उपस्थित होते. सूर्यवंशी क्षत्रिय ऑडीटोरियम, वीर सावरकर मार्ग, दादर (प) येथे आयोजित केलेल्या या कार्यक्रमात 'जेम्स ऑफ बाॅलीवुड'चे संस्थापक संजीव नेवर, प्रसिद्ध अभिनेत्री भाषा सुंबली यांनी विडिओद्वारे उपस्थित प्रेक्षकांशी संवाद साधला. कार्यक्रमाला मान्यवर आणि जागरूक नागरिकांसह विविध महाविद्यालयांचे प्राध्यापक आणि विद्यार्थी मोठ्या संख्यने उपस्थित होते .  

  श्री. उदय माहूरकर पुढे म्हणाले, 'आज ‘ओटीटी’वर ७०० ॲपच्या माध्यमातून प्रतिदिन ३० अश्लील चित्रपट मुलांच्या भ्रमणभाषवर येत आहेत. ही देशद्रोही प्रवृत्ती आहे. ‘अश्लील चित्रपट हेच बलात्काराचे मुख्य कारण आहे. बलात्काराच्या गुन्ह्यातील ८० टक्के आरोपी सांगतात की, त्यांनी अश्लील चित्रपट पाहून उत्तेजित होऊन बलात्कार केले. त्यामुळे हे रोखण्यासाठी अश्लील फिल्म्स बनवणाऱ्यांवर ४ मासांत खटला चालवून १० ते २० वर्षांची शिक्षा होईल, ३ वर्षे जामीन मिळणार नाही, असा कायदा व्हायला हवा.

  'जेम्स ऑफ बाॅलीवुड'च्या सहसंस्थापक आणि प्रख्यात पत्रकार स्वाती गोयल शर्मा म्हणाल्या की, 'ओटीटी प्लॅटफॉर्म्सवर चित्रपट आणि वेब सीरिजच्या माध्यमातून अश्लीलता, हिंसाचार पसरवला जात आहे. हिंदी सिनेसृष्टीतील बहुतांश मोठमोठे कलाकार आपल्या देव, देश आणि संस्कृतीला वर्षानुवर्षे बदनाम करुन नवीन पिढीला नासवण्याचे काम करत आहेत. संस्कृतीद्रोही हिंदी सिनेसृष्टीला बळी न पडता या स्वयंघोषित 'स्टार्स'ना त्यांची जागा दाखवून द्यायला हवी. या खोट्या आदर्शांना आपल्या जीवनातून कायमचे काढून टाका तरच आपल्या कुटुंबाचे भले होईल.'

   हिंदु जनजागृती समितीचे राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ते रमेश शिंदे म्हणाले, 'आदर्श कुटुंबव्यवस्था आज केवळ भारतात शेष आहे; मात्र इथेही ‘लिव्ह इन रिलेशनशिप’ आणण्यात आली आहे. ‘लिव्ह इन रिलेशनशिप’ भारतात आणण्याचे कार्य हिंदी सिनेसृष्टीने केले आहे. हिंदी सिनेसृष्टीतील अनुचित प्रकारांना हिंदू जनजागृती समितीने वेळोवेळी विरोध केला आहे. समितीच्या विरोधामुळे 'अल्ट बालाजी'च्या एकता कपूरना क्षमा मागावी लागली. हिंदी सिनेसृष्टीतील अश्लीलतेविरोधात उदय माहुरकर यांनी उघडलेली मोहीम स्तुत्य असून येणाऱ्या काळात अश्लीलता रोखण्याचे काम सरकार करेलच मात्र आपल्या प्रत्येकाच्या हातात असलेल्या भ्रमणध्वनीवर येणाऱ्या माहितीतून काय घ्यायचे आणि काय नाही घ्यायचे, हे आज आपल्याला ठरवावे लागेल.

   'जेम्स ऑफ बाॅलीवुड'चे संस्थापक संजीव नेवर उपस्थितांशी विडिओद्वारे संवाद साधताना म्हणाले, 'मनोरंजनाच्या माध्यमातून गुन्हेगारी कृत्य करण्यास प्रवृत्त करणारा हा आतंकवाद ओटीटी प्लॅटफॉर्मच्या माध्यमातून घराघरात पोहोचला आहे. या प्लॅटफॉर्म्सवर पसरवल्या जाणाऱ्या अश्लील चित्रणातील कलाकार संरक्षणात असतात; मात्र त्याला बळी पडणाऱ्या सर्वसामान्य घरातील लहान मुली असतात. ओटीटी प्लॅटफॉर्म्स सेन्सर कायद्याच्या अंतर्गत येत नसल्याने हिंदी सिनेसृष्टी त्यामध्ये अश्लीलला आणि बीभत्सपणा पसरवत आहे.

हे थांबायला हवे. त्याचप्रमाणे 'द काश्मीर फाइल्स' चित्रपटातील प्रमुख अभिनेत्री भाषा सुंबली विडिओद्वारे संवाद साधताना म्हणाल्या, 'भारतीय हिंदी सिनेसृष्टीतील चित्रपटांतील, ओटीटी प्लॅटफॉर्म्सवर दाखवल्या जाणाऱ्या वेब सिरीजमधील अश्लील आणि बीभत्स दृश्यांनी आजच्या युवा पिढीला दूषित केले केले आहे. या विरोधात सामान्य जनतेला जागृत करण्याचे काम आज आवश्यक बनले आहे.

    या कार्यक्रमाचा प्रारंभ मान्यवर वक्त्यांच्या हस्ते दीपप्रज्वलन करून करण्यात आला. कार्यक्रमाच्या आरंभी उपस्थितांना 'संस्कृती वाचवा, भारत वाचवा' तसेच 'हलाल जिहाद' या विषयांवरील चित्रफित 'प्रोजेक्टर'च्या माध्यमातून दाखवण्यात आल्या. वक्त्यांच्या मार्गदर्शनानंतर उपस्थितांनी विचारलेल्या प्रश्नांना मान्यवर वक्त्यांनी उत्तरे देऊन त्यांचे शंकानिरसन केले.  हिंदी चित्रपटांतून दाखवण्यात येणारी अश्लील आणि अयोग्य दृश्ये यांच्या विरोधात कायदेशीर लढा देणारे अधिवक्ता वीरेंद्र इचलकरंजीकर यांचा सत्कार यावेळी करण्यात आले. जेम्स ऑफ बॉलिवुड'च्या वतीने प्रकाशित 'ओटीटी आक्षेपार्ह सामग्री संशोधन' नावाची एक व्यापक श्वेतपत्रिका आणि 'सेव्ह कल्चर सेव्ह भारत फाऊंडेशन'च्या 2023 वर्षाच्या वार्षिक अहवालाचे मान्यवर वक्त्यांच्या हस्ते प्रकाशन करण्यात आले. संपूर्ण 'वंदे मातरम'ने कार्यक्रमाची सांगता झाली.

To save the glorious culture of India, the demon of obscenity has to be ended! - Uday Mahurkar, Founder, Save Culture Save India Foundation

       

    MUMBAI - There should be a strict law against media that spreads obscenity, dress code in cinema should be decided and those who violate it should be punished. Together with the government, they should work together on this formula by making parent organizations, youth organizations at the social level. OTT Enforce a 'code of ethics' including strict legislation to prevent the spread of sexual, indecent and immoral content on platforms. The founder of 'Save Culture Save Bharat Foundation' and former Central Information Commissioner Shri. Uday Mahurkar did it on February 25th at Dadar, Mumbai at 'OTT'. And was speaking in a program organized on the theme of 'Film Duniya Che Dushkarm'. On this occasion, co-founder of 'Gems of Bollywood' and noted journalist Swati Goyal Sharma and National Spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti Shri. Ramesh Shinde was present. Sanjiv Nevar, founder of 'Gems of Bollywood', famous actress Bhasha Sumbli interacted with the audience through video at the event held at Suryavanshi Kshatriya Auditorium, Veer Savarkar Marg, Dadar (W). A large number of professors and students of various colleges attended the program along with dignitaries and conscious citizens.

   Mr. Uday Mahurkar further said, 'Today, 30 obscene films are coming to the children's mobile phone every day through 700 apps on OTT. This is a treasonous trend. "Obscene movies are the main cause of rape. 80 percent of rape accused say that they committed rape after watching pornographic films. Therefore, to prevent this, there should be a law that those who make obscene films will be prosecuted within 4 months and sentenced to 10 to 20 years, with no bail for 3 years.

   Swati Goyal Sharma, co-founder of 'Jams of Bollywood' and noted journalist, said, 'Obscenity, violence is being spread through films and web series on OTT platforms. Most of the big actors in Hindi cinema have been defaming their God, country and culture for years and are working to destroy the new generation. These self-proclaimed 'stars' should be shown their place without succumbing to the anti-culture Hindi cinema industry. It will only benefit your family if you remove these false ideals from your life forever.'

    Hindu Janajagruti Samiti National Spokesperson Ramesh Shinde said, 'The ideal family system remains only in India today; But here also 'live in relationship' has been introduced. Hindi cinema has done the work of bringing 'Live in Relationship' to India. The Hindu Janajagruti Samiti has time and again opposed inappropriate forms in Hindi cinema. Ekta Kapoor of 'Alt Balaji' had to apologize due to the committee's opposition. The campaign launched by Uday Mahurkar against obscenity in Hindi cinema is commendable and the government will work to prevent obscenity in the future, but today we have to decide what to take and what not to take from the information that comes on the mobile phone in each of our hands.

    Sanjeev Nevar, the founder of 'Jams of Bollywood', while interacting with the audience through video, said, 'This terrorism, which encourages criminal acts through entertainment, has reached every home through the OTT platform. Actors of pornographic images disseminated on these platforms are protected; But it is the little girls of ordinary houses who fall victim to it. Since OTT platforms do not come under the Censor Act, Hindi cinema is spreading obscenity and vulgarity on them. This has to stop. Similarly, Bhasha Sumbli, the lead actress of the movie 'The Kashmir Files' said in a video interaction, 'The young generation has been contaminated by the obscene and gory scenes in Indian Hindi cinema films, web series shown on OTT platforms. The task of awakening the general public against this has become necessary today.

     The program was started by lighting the lamp by distinguished speakers. At the beginning of the program, films on the topics 'Save Culture, Save India' and 'Halal Jihad' were shown through the projector. After the guidance of the speakers, the distinguished speakers answered the questions asked by the attendees and cleared their doubts. Advocate Virendra Ichalkaranjikar, who fought a legal battle against obscene and inappropriate scenes shown in Hindi films, was felicitated on the occasion. A comprehensive white paper titled 'OTT Offensive Content Research' published by Gems of Bollywood and Annual Report 2023 of 'Save Culture Save India Foundation' were released by distinguished speakers. The program ended with the complete 'Vande Mataram' .
