जरीपटका पोलिस स्टेशन अंतर्गत वाढले गुन्हे

नागपूर : जरीपटका पोलिस स्टेशन अंतर्गत येणार्‍या बेझनबाग येथील लुंबिनीनगरात सराईत गुन्हेगारांने एका सर्वसामान्य नागरीकांना शनिवार दि. ६ ऑगस्टला रात्री ९.४५ च्या सुमारास मारहणार केली. राहुल चौधरी (वय ३०) रा. लुंबिनीनगर असे या गुन्हेगारांचे नाव आहे. तर फिर्यादी प्रदीप गणवीर (वय.४२) असे त्यांचे नाव आहे.

मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार लुंबिनी येथील राहणारे प्रदीप गणवीर हे आपल्या घरी टीवी पाहत होते. दरम्यान सराईत गुन्हेगार राहुल हा एक स्टीलची रॉड घेऊन वस्तीतून एका महिलेच्या घरावर जात होता. प्रदीप यांच्या घराजवळ त्याची रॉड पडली. यामुळे चिडून त्याने प्रदीप यांच्या राहत्या घरी खिडकीवर दोनदा रॉडचा जोरदार प्रहार केला. यामुळे खिडकीचे दोन्ही काच तुटली. जोरदार आवाज कशाचा पाहण्यासाठीr प्रदीप घराबाहेर आले. यावेळी गुन्हेगार राहुल हा रॉड घेऊन बाहेरच उपस्थित होता. प्रदीप यांनी खिडकीवर रॉड का मारली असा जाब विचारताच त्यांच्या शिवीगाळी करीत, त्यांच्या पायावर रॉडने हल्ला करीत जखमी केले. व मारण्याची धमकी दिली.े त्यामुळे दोघामध्ये बाचाबाची झाली. इतक्यात वस्तीतील नागरीक जमा झाले. त्यामुळे राहुल हा पळून गेला. नागरीकांनी शंभर क्रमांक डायल करीत पोलिसांना माहिती दिली. पोलिसही घटनास्थळी हजर झाले. त्यानंतर वस्तीतील नागरीकांनी जरीपटका पोलिस स्टेशन गाठले. यावेळी जरीपटका पोलिस स्टेशन येथील गुन्हे शाखेचे पोलिस निरीक्षक कुंभार यांनी नागरीकांना राहुल याच्यावर कारवाई केली जाईल असे आश्वासन दिले. दरम्यान पोलिसांनी राहुल यास अटक करून जरीपटका पोलिस ठाण्यात आले. त्यानंतर गणवीर वैद्यकीय तपासणी इंदिरा गांधी वैद्यकिय महाविद्यालय व रुग्णालय (मेयो) येथे करण्यात आले. प्रदीप गणवीर यांनी दिलेल्या तक्रारीवरून पोलिसांनी कलम ३२३,५०४,५०६ आणि ४२७ अन्वये गुन्हा नोंदविला आहे.  

राहुलच्या दहशतीत नागरीक

नागरीकांच्या माहितीनुसार राहुल चौधरीची वस्तीत मोठी दहशत आहे. अनेक सराईत गुंडाचा त्याच्यावर हात आहे. त्यामुळे तो इतके दहशत करत असतो. अनेकांच्या घरांवर हल्ला करणे, दुचाकी गाड्या फोडणे हे नित्तनियमाने त्याचे सुरु असते. त्यामुळे त्यांच्या दहशतीखाली नेहमी वस्तीतील नागरीक असतात. यापूर्वी येथील पाच ते सहा महिन्याअगोदर राहुल आणि त्यांच्या गँगने लुबिंनीनगरातील एका महिलेच्या घरावर हल्ला केला होता. त्यामुळे पोलिस आयुक्तांना मोठी कारवाई केली होती. मात्र त्यानंतरही राहुल यांच्यावर लुंबिनीनगरातील काही मोठ्या सराईत वरदहस्त अस्ल्यामुळे मोकळेपणाने तो कोण्हावरही केव्हाही मारायला धावत असतो. या घटनेमुळे नागरीकांमध्ये प्रचंड रोष आहे. काल झालेल्या घटनेत काही नागरीकांच्या दुचाकी गाड्याही त्यांने फोडल्या, शिवाय एका महिलेच्या घरात शिरुन तोडफोड केल्याचीही माहिती आहे.

At this time the criminal Rahul was present outside with a rod. When Pradeep asked why he hit the rod on the window, he abused him, attacked his leg with the rod and injured him. And threatened to kill. This led to an argument between the two. In the meantime, the citizens of the settlement gathered. So Rahul ran away. Citizens dialed 100 numbers and informed the police. Police also attended the spot. After that, the citizens of the settlement reached the Jaripatka police station. At this time, Inspector Kumbhar of Crime Branch of Jaripatka Police Station assured the citizens that action will be taken against Rahul. Meanwhile, the police arrested Rahul and brought him to Jaripatka police station. Ganveer was then medically examined at Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital (Mayo). Police have registered a case under section 323, 504, 506 and 427 based on the complaint given by Pradeep Ganveer.
