| डीबीएचा उपक्रम : जिल्हा न्यायालयात सात दिवस बुद्धिबळ स्पर्धेचे आयोजन |
नागपूर, ता. १८ : सिव्हिल लाईन आकाशवाणी चौक जिल्हा न्यायालयात स्वातंत्र्याचा अमृत महोत्सव निमित्त भव्य बुद्धीबळ स्पर्धाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले. भारतीय स्वातंत्र्याच्या ७५ व्या महोत्सवनिमित्त जिल्हा न्यायालयातील रुम नं. २१४ मध्ये इतिहासातील प्रथम भव्य बुद्धिबळ स्पर्धा जिल्हा बार असोसिएशनच्या वतीने आयोजित करण्यात आले.
या उद्घाटनाच्या वेळी जिल्हा न्यायाधिश जे.पी. झपाटे तसेच जिल्हा न्यायाधीश एच. सी. शेंडे, मुंबई बार कौन्सीलचे चेयरमन ॲड.आसिफ कुरेशी, जिल्हा बार असोसिएशनचे अध्यक्ष ॲड.कमल सतुजा, सचिव ॲड. नितीन देशमुख, ॲड.रोशन बागडे, बुद्धिबळ स्पर्धेचे सभासद व मुख्य आयोजक माजी जिल्हा सरकारी वकिल ॲड.विलास राऊत, ॲड.योगेश सोनी उपस्थित होते.
उद्घाटनाच्या पहिल्या दिवशी ८० वकिलांनी सहभाग नोंदवला असून या बुद्धिबळ स्पर्धाचे १६ आगस्ट ते २३ आगस्ट पर्यंत सायंकाळी ५ ते ७ या दरम्यान सामने होतील या स्पर्धेत वकीलांना निःशुल्क सहभाग घेता येईल. या स्पर्धेच्या प्रथम विजेत्यांना अकरा हजार रुपये , द्वितीय पाच हजार तृतिय तीन हजार, चतुर्थ- दोन हजार देण्यात रोख रक्कम स्वरूपात देण्यात येईल. वकिलांचा उत्स्फूर्त प्रतिसाद पाहुन जिल्हा न्यायाधीश व मुंबई बार कौन्सीलचे चेयरमन ॲड.आसिफ कुरेशी भारावून गेले त्यांनी डीबीएची व आयोजक ॲड. विलास राऊत ॲड. योगेश सोनी यांची भरभरून प्रशंसा केली.
यावेळी डीबीएचे सदस्य ॲड. श्रीरंग भांडारकर, ॲड. शैलेश नारनवरे, ॲड. विनोद खोब्रे, ॲड. शबाना खान यांचे सहकार्य लाभले.

DBA's Activity: Organizing chess tournament for seven days in District Court
Nagpur, 18: A grand chess tournament was organized on the occasion of Amrit Mahotsav of Independence at Civil Line Akashvani Chowk District Court. On the occasion of the 75th Independence Day of India, District Court Room No. In 214, the first grand chess tournament in history was organized by the District Bar Association.

On the first day of the inauguration, 80 lawyers have registered and the chess tournament will be held from 16th August to 23rd August between 5 pm to 7 pm. The first winners of this competition will be given 11 thousand rupees, 2nd 5 thousand, 3rd 3 thousand, 4th - 2 thousand in cash. Seeing the spontaneous response of the lawyers, District Judge and Chairman of Mumbai Bar Council Adv. Asif Qureshi was overwhelmed. Vilas Raut Adv. Yogesh Soni was highly praised.
