पदोन्नतीतील आरक्षण कायम राहिले पाहिजे : नाना पटोले

काँग्रेस प्रदेशाध्यक्ष नाना पटोले यांच्या नेतृत्वात राज्यातील काँग्रेसचे सर्व मंत्री मुख्यमंत्र्यांना भेटलो. पदोन्नतीतील आरक्षण प्रश्नी काँग्रेस कोणतीही तडजोड मान्य करणार नाही, हे त्यांना आम्ही सांगितले असे राऊत म्हणाले.

मुंबई,ता.२५ : पदोन्नतीतील आरक्षण कायम राहिले पाहिजे या मुद्यावर काँग्रेस पक्ष ठाम असून या प्रकरणी कोणतीही तडजोड केली जाणार नाही, पदोन्नतीतील आरक्षण रद्द करणारा ७ मे चा शासन निर्णय रद्द करायला भाग पाडू, अशी ग्वाही आज महाराष्ट्र प्रदेश काँग्रेस कमिटीचे अध्यक्ष नाना पटोले यांनी दिली.  

पदोन्नतीतील आरक्षण या विषयावर राज्यभरातील अधिकारी-कर्मचारी संघटना, विविध सामाजिक संघटना आणि लोकप्रतिनिधींसोबत झालेल्या ऑनलाईन चर्चेनंतर माध्यमांशी बोलताना पटोले यांनी ही भूमिका मांडली. या बैठकीस लोकप्रतिनिधी, विविध मागासवर्गीय अधिकारी- कर्मचारी संघटना व सामाजिक संघटटनांचे ५०० हून अधिक प्रतिनिधींनी हजेरी लावली. माजी खासदार हरिभाऊ राठोड, आमदार कपिल पाटील, आ. लहू कानडे, विचारवंत सुखदेव थोरात, घटनातज्ञ्ज डॉ. सुरेश माने, पूरण मेश्राम यांच्यासह विविध संघटनांचे प्रमुख या ऑनलाईन बैठकीत सहभागी झाले होते. काँग्रेसच्या अनूसूचित जाती विभागाचे अध्यक्ष विजय अंभोरे, कार्याध्यक्ष गौतम अरकाडे, जितेंद्र देहाडे यांची उपस्थिती होते.

७मेचा निर्णय हा असंवैधानिक आहे. शासन निर्णय म्हणजे कायदा नव्हे. शासन निर्णय काढून संविधानाने दिलेले आरक्षण रद्द कसे करता येईल? असा प्रश्न उपस्थित करत पदोन्नतीतील आरक्षण कायम ठेवण्याविषयी आपण मुख्यमंत्र्यांना पत्र लिहिणार असून सरकारने अनुसुचित जाती, अनुसुचित जमाती, भटके, विमुक्त व इतर मागासवर्गीय यांच्या पदोन्नतीतील आरक्षणाबाबत कायमस्वरूपी धोरण करावे असे पटोले म्हणाले.

 मुख्यमंत्री लवकरच निर्णय घेतीलः डॉ. राऊत

पदोन्नतीतील आरक्षण प्रकरणी मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांना आम्ही बैठकीची वेळ मागितली आहे लवकरच त्यांची भेट घेऊन चर्चा करू. या विषयावरील फाईलही मुख्यमंत्र्यांकडे येत्या एक दोन दिवसात जाईल आणि या विषयावर सकारात्मक निर्णय होईल अशी अपेक्षा आहे, असे यावेळेस पत्रकारांशी बोलताना डॉ. नितीन राऊत यांनी सांगितले.

काँग्रेस पक्षाचे मंत्री म्हणून मी विजय वडेट्टीवार, के.सी. पाडवी आणि वर्षा गायकवाड यांनी पदोन्नतीतील आरक्षण विषयावर मंत्रीमंडळात सातत्याने आग्रही भूमिका मांडली. त्यामुळे मंत्रीमंडळ उपसमिती स्थापन करण्यात आली. मात्र या उपसमितीची बैठक एक महिना घेण्यात आली नाही. यावर आम्ही आवाज बुलंद केल्यानंतर बैठक झाली. राज्य मंत्रीमंडळाच्या उपसमितीला विश्वासात न घेताच पदोन्नतीतील आरक्षण रद्द करण्यात आले. हा निर्णय बेकायदेशीर असून हे चुकीचे आहे.

The May 7 decision is unconstitutional. Governance is not a law. How can the reservation given by the constitution be canceled by removing the ruling? Presenting such a question, Patole said that he would write a letter to the Chief Minister to maintain the reservation in promotions and the government should formulate a permanent policy on reservation in promotions for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Nomads, Deprived and Other Backward Classes.

 CM to take decision soon: Dr. Raut

We have asked Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray for a meeting on the issue of reservation in promotion. We will meet him soon and discuss. The file on this issue will also go to the Chief Minister in the next one or two days and a positive decision is expected on this issue, he said. Nitin Raut said.

As a Congress Minister, I met Vijay Vadettiwar, K.C. Padvi and Varsha Gaikwad consistently insisted in the Cabinet on the issue of reservation in promotions. Therefore, a Cabinet Sub-Committee was set up. However, the meeting of this sub-committee was not held for a month. The meeting took place after we raised our voices. The reservation in the promotion was canceled without taking the sub-committee of the state cabinet into confidence. This decision is illegal and wrong.
