नागपूर,ता. १९ : मागील वर्षी कोरोना-१९ संकट कालीन  अत्यंत वाईट  परिस्थितीत नागपूर शहराला मनपाचे  आयुक्त  तुकाराम मुंढे यांनी आपल्या कौशल्याने नियंत्रणात आणली होती. परंतु भारतीय जनता पक्षाच्या महांपौरांनी त्यांचा बदनामीचा कट रचून त्यांना नागपूर मधून बदली करण्यास भाग पाडले. तेव्हा पासून त्यांच्या करीता भ्रष्टाचाराचे रान मोकळे झाले आणि जनतेची प्रचंड गैरसोय व्हायला लागली ती आजपर्यंत सुरूच आहें.

मागील वर्षी कोरोनाची लाट आली त्यामधून नागपूरकर ह्यांनी अनेक यातना सहन करीत, मृत्यू , गैरसोय अनुभवली. केंद्र आणि राज्य सरकार ह्यांनी अनेकदा कोरोनाच्या दुसऱ्या लाटेविषयी तयार रहा परंतु मनपा प्रशासन आणि नेते मंडळी पुर्णपणे ग़ैरव्यवहार करण्यात मग्न राहली. महापालिकेची अनेक रुग्णालये आहेत त्याच परिस्थिती गटांगळ्या खात आहेत. एकाही रुग्णालयात अद्ययावत उपकरणे, डॉक्टर, नर्सेस, वॉर्ड बॉय, ओषधी, व्हेंटिलेटर ची सोय करू शकले नाही.

ऑक्सीजन बेडची अवस्था तर ह्यापेक्षाही खराब होती आणि आहे, त्यात कसलीही सुधारणा नाही. वर्षभर ह्यांनी कुठलेही कोरोनाची दुसरी लाट येईल ह्या गंभीर विषयाकडे लक्ष दिले नाही. सिमेंट चे रस्ते बनविण्यासाठी सर्व पैसा खर्ची घातला. 

मनपा प्रशासनाला कोविडचे संकट दीर्घकाळ राहील याची जाणीव असून सुद्धा मनपा प्रशासनाने कुठलीही आर्थिक तरतूद केलेली नाही. तसेच विषयाचे गांभीर्य ओळखून जर रुग्णालये अद्ययावत केली असती तर आज नागपूरकरांची जी हेळसांड सुरू आहे ती झाली नसती. आज कोरोना महामारीच्या बाधित रुग्णांच्या संख्येने उच्चांक गाठलेला आहे त्यांना वेळेवर रुग्णवाहिका मिळत नाहीत, औषधांकरिता वणवण भटकावे लागते आहे, ही जी परिस्थिती आज नागपूर मध्ये निर्माण झालेली आहे त्याकरिता नागपूर महानगरपालिकेतील सत्ताधारी पक्ष बीजेपी, महापौर व माजी महापौर पूर्णपणे जबाबदार आहे आणि ते आपल्या कर्तव्यात अपयशी ठरले आहे.

आज त्यांचे उच्चपदस्थ नेते आणि पदाधिकारी नागपूर जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयासमोर बसून नौटंकी सादर केली आहे. त्यांना लाज वाटायला हवी होती की , नागपूर मध्ये माजी मुख्यमंत्री व विरोधीपक्ष नेता, खासदार व मंत्री, चार आमदार, मनपा मध्ये सत्ता गाजवीत असताना नागपूर मध्ये जो प्रचंड हाहाःकार उडालेला आहे त्याचे अपयश झाकण्यासाठी केविलवाणा प्रयत्न करीत आहे.

या परिस्थितीला सत्ताधारी भारतीय जनता पक्ष, पुर्णपणे जबाबदार असून राज्यसरकारने तात्काळ महानगरपालिका बरखास्त करून प्रशासक नेमावा आणि नागपूरकरांची होणारी गैरसोय टाळावी अशी मागणी पत्रकाद्वारे मा. मुख्यमंत्री महोदयांना करण्यात आली.
