विद्यापीठांच्या माध्यमातून नवनवीन संशोधन  व ज्ञानाची निर्मिती व्हावी - प्रो. ज्येष्ठराज जोशी.

विज्ञान व तंत्रज्ञानाच्या माध्यमातून भारत संपन्न होवू शकतो. त्यासाठी नवनवीन संशोधन व ज्ञानाची निर्मिती मोठ्या  प्रमाणावर आपल्या देशात व्हायला हवी, असे मत मराठी विज्ञान परिषदेचे अध्यक्ष तथा वरिष्ठ परमाणू वैज्ञानिक पद्मभूषण प्रो. ज्येष्ठराज जोशी यांनी व्यक्त केले

अमरावती. : विज्ञान व तंत्रज्ञानाच्या माध्यमातून भारत संपन्न होवू शकतो. त्यासाठी नवनवीन संशोधन व ज्ञानाची निर्मिती मोठ्या  प्रमाणावर आपल्या देशात व्हायला हवी, असे मत मराठी विज्ञान परिषदेचे अध्यक्ष तथा वरिष्ठ परमाणू वैज्ञानिक पद्मभूषण प्रो. ज्येष्ठराज जोशी यांनी व्यक्त केले.  विद्यापीठाच्या व्हर्च्युअल सीफोरद्वारा  'विज्ञान व तंत्रज्ञानाच्या माध्यमातून भारताची संपन्नता' या विषयावर व्याख्यान देताना ते बोलत होते.

विषयाची मांडणी करताना ते म्हणाले, "विद्यापीठे ज्ञाननिमिर्तीची केद्रं असावीत. सध्याचा विचार करता आपला देश श्रीमंतीच्या तुलनेत गरीब आहे. १५०  देशांच्या तुलनेत    भारताचा क्र.१३८ वा  आहे. गरीबी दूर करण्यासाठी आपल्या देशात नवनिर्मित्ती होण्याची गरज आहे.जगात आपल्या ज्ञानाची किंमत खूप मोठी आहे.आणि ती आपल्या विद्यार्थी व शिक्षकांकडे आहे.

    

    कुठलेही ज्ञान मिळवणे सोपे नसते  तर ते कणाकणाने मिळवावे लागते," हे  सांगताना  त्यांनी विविध शास्त्रज्ञांची उदाहरणे दिली. यांसह अनेक प्रयोगांच्या यशस्वी कथा त्यांनी सांगितल्या. समाजाचे प्रश्न समजून घेण्यासाठी व त्यांच्या गरजा जाणून घेण्यासाठी  विद्यापीठांनी समाजाच्या आणि उद्योगांच्या दारात जाण्याचे आवाहन केले.आणि त्यानुसार संशोधन करून नवनिर्मिती करावयास हवी ,याचा आपणच शोध घ्यायला हवा. 

जागतिक बाजारपेठेवर लक्ष ठेवायला हवी एक हजार प्राध्यापक ताठ मानेने उभे राहिले तर आपला देश ताठ मानेने उभा राहील,हा विश्वास विद्यार्थी व संशोधकांमध्ये निर्माण होणेअत्यंत आवश्यक असल्याचे ते बोलले. तीच  आपली ताकद असू शकेल. मात्र आपण त्यात मागे आहोत. देशाला औद्योगिक, शेती व सेवाक्षेत्राकडून उत्पन्न मिळते, पण यापासून मिळणारं उत्पन्न इतर देशांच्या तुलनेत अत्यंत कमी  असल्याचे त्यांनी सोदाहरण सांगितले.

उद्योगांसाठी बाहेरून तंत्रज्ञान विकत घ्यावे लागत असल्यामुळे तसेच आवश्यक त्या सोयीसुविधांची कमतरता असल्यामुळे पाहिजे तितके दर्जेदार उत्पादन कमी खर्चात आपण निर्माण करू शकत  नाही. याशिवाय शेतीक्षेत्रात सुद्धा दरहेक्टरी उत्पादनाच्या बाबतीत आपण कमी असून सर्विस सेक्टरमध्ये सर्व देशांची आपण चाकरी करतो आहोत, असे सांगून या तीनही क्षेत्रांमध्ये असलेले मागासलेपण दूर करण्यासाठी  व  नावीन्यपूर्ण संशोधनासाठी विद्यापीठांनी पुढाकार घ्यायला हवा. याप्रसंगी त्यांनी समाजोपयोगी नवीन संशोधनाची माहिती देवून भारताची संपन्नता वाढविण्यासाठी प्रत्येकाने स्वत:च आत्मपरिक्षण करून , हसतमुखाने सर्वांनी पुढे येण्याचे आवाहन केले.

कुलगुरू डॉ. मुरलीधर चांदेकर, प्र-कुलगुरू डॉ. राजेश जयपूरकर, कुलसचिव डॉ. तुषार देशमुख यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली ही  ऑनलाईन व्याख्यानमाला सुरू असून दररोज नवनवीन उपयुक्त विषयांवर नामवंत वक्त्यांची व्याख्याने विद्यापीठाच्या व्हर्च्युअल सी-4 वरून प्रसारित होत असतात. प्रो. जोशी यांचे व्याख्यान विद्यापीठाच्या वेबसाईटरवर उपलब्ध असून त्याचा सर्व नागरिक व विशेषत: विद्यार्थ्यांनी लाभ घ्यावा अशी विनंती मराठी विभाग प्रमुख तथा व्हर्च्युअल सी-4 च्या समन्वयक डॉ. मोना चिमोटे यांनी निवेदन, पाहुण्याचा परिचय व आभारप्रदर्शन करताना केली.
