वैद्यकीय सल्ला आता घरबसल्या ई- संजीवनी ओपीडी मोबाईल ॲपवर

 कोरोनामुळे खासगी रुग्णालये बंद असल्याने सामान्यांना वैद्यकीय सल्ला, आरोग्य तपासणीसाठी सुरू करण्यात आलेल्या ऑनलाईन ई-संजीवनी ओपीडी सेवेचे मोबाईल ॲप तयार करण्यात आले आहे, राज्यातील कोणत्याही जिल्ह्यातून कुठल्याही जिल्ह्यातील वैद्यकीय अधिकाऱ्यांसोबत संगणक, लॅपटॉप यांचा वापर करून कुठल्याही आजारावर वैद्यकीय सल्ला, उपचार रुग्णाला घेता येतो.  

मुंबई, ता. २६ : कोरोनामुळे खासगी रुग्णालये बंद असल्याने सामान्यांना वैद्यकीय सल्ला,आरोग्य तपासणीसाठी सुरू करण्यात आलेल्या ऑनलाईन ई-संजीवनी ओपीडी सेवेचे मोबाईल ॲप तयार करण्यात आले आहे. याआधी ही सेवा केवळ संणकआधारीत असल्याने त्याच्या वापरावर मर्यादा होत्या. आता ॲण्ड्राईड आधारीत ॲप तयार झाल्याने त्याचा फायदा स्मार्ट फोन धारकांना घेता येईल. गुगल प्ले स्टोअरवरून हे ॲप डाऊनलोड करता येईल. दरम्यान, आतापर्यंत १६०० रुग्णांनी या सेवेचा लाभ घेतला आहे. 

राज्यात एप्रिलमध्ये प्रायोगिक तत्वावर सुरू झालेली ही सेवा मे मध्ये पूर्णपणे सुरू करण्यात आली आहे. त्यासाठी www.esanjeevaniopd.in या संकेतस्थळाला रुग्णांनी भेट देऊन तज्ज्ञांचा सल्ला घ्यावा, असे आवाहन आरोग्यमंत्री राजेश टोपे यांनी केले होते. त्याचबरोबर या सेवेचे मोबाईल ॲप महिनाभरात तयार करण्यात येईल असे त्यांनी जुनच्या पहिल्या आठवड्यात सांगितले होते. त्यानुसार एक महिन्याच्या आत हे ॲप तयार झाले आहे. 

राज्यातील कोणत्याही जिल्ह्यातून कुठल्याही जिल्ह्यातील वैद्यकीय अधिकाऱ्यांसोबत संगणक, लॅपटॉप यांचा वापर करून कुठल्याही आजारावर वैद्यकीय सल्ला, उपचार रुग्णाला घेता येतो. राज्यभरात आतापर्यंत १६०६ जणांनी यासेवेचा लाभ घेतला. ही सेवा आतापर्यंत केवळ संगणक आधारीत ॲप्लिकेशनवर असल्याने त्याच्या वापरावर मर्यादा होती. मात्र आता मोबाईल ॲप तयार झाल्याने त्याचा वापर सामान्यांकडून अधिक प्रमाणात वाढेल. त्यानुसार आवश्यकता भासल्यास डॉक्टरांची संख्या वाढविता येईल, असे आरोग्यमंत्री टोपे यांनी सांगितले.

केंद्र आणि राज्य शासनाच्या आरोग्य विभागाचा या संयुक्त उपक्रमात ऑनलाईन ओपीडी सकाळी ९. ३० ते दुपारी १.३० या काळात उपलब्ध असून त्यासाठी रुग्णाकडून शुल्क आकारले जात नाही. रविवारी ही सेवा उपलब्ध नसते.

असे आहे ई-संजीवनी ओपीडी ॲप :

१)    नोंदणी करणे- मोबाईल क्रमांकद्वारे नोंदणी केल्यावर ‘ओटीपी’ येतो. त्या माध्यमातून रुग्ण नोंदणी अर्ज भरतो. त्यानंतर टोकनसाठी विनंती केल्यानंतर आजारासंबंधी काही कागदपत्रे, रिपोर्ट अपलोड केले जातात. त्यानंतर एसएमएसद्वारे रुग्णाला ओळखक्रमांक आणि टोकन क्रमांक प्राप्त होतो.

२)   लॉगईनसाठी एसएमएसद्वारे नोटीफिकेशन येते. त्यानंतर रुग्णाला दिलेल्या ओळखक्रमांकाच्या आधारे लॉगईन करता येते.

३)  डॉक्टरांशी चर्चेनंतर  लगेच ई-प्रिस्क्रीप्शन प्राप्त होते.

, A mobile app of the online e-Sanjeevani OPD service launched for health check-ups. Previously, the service was limited to computer-based applications. Now that the Android-based app has been created, smart phone holders can take advantage of it. The app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. Meanwhile, 1600 patients have availed this service so far.

The service, which was launched on an experimental basis in April in the state, is fully operational in May. For this, patients should visit the website www.esanjeevaniopd.in and seek expert advice, appealed Health Minister Rajesh Tope. He also said in the first week of June that the service's mobile app would be launched within a month. Accordingly, this app has been created within a month.

Medical advice and treatment for any ailment can be availed to the patient from any district of the state by using computer, laptop with the medical officers of any district. So far 1606 people across the state have availed this service. The service has so far been limited to computer-based applications. But now that the mobile app has been created, its use will increase more than the general public. Accordingly, the number of doctors can be increased if the need arises, said Health Minister Tope.

Online OPD in this joint venture of Central and State Health Department at 9 am. Available from 30 to 1.30 pm and is not charged by the patient. This service is not available on Sundays.

Here is the e-Sanjeevani OPD app:

1) Registration - OTP comes after registration through mobile number. Through that the patient fills the registration form. Some documents, reports related to the illness are then uploaded upon request for tokens. The patient then receives the identification number and token number via SMS.

2) Notification for login comes via SMS. The patient can then login based on the identification number given.

3) E-prescription is received immediately after discussion with the doctor.
