नागपुरात बुद्ध जयंतीनिमित्त 'दयानंद पार्क मित्र मंडळ'तर्फे अभिवादन

नागपूर: शांती आणि करुणेचा संदेश देणारे महाकारुणिक तथागत गौतम बुद्ध यांची जयंती नागपुरात मोठ्या उत्साहात साजरी करण्यात आली. जरीपटका येथील दयानंद पार्क मित्र मंडळ ग्रुपतर्फे बुद्ध जयंतीनिमित्त विशेष अभिवादन कार्यक्रमाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. याप्रसंगी परिसरातील बौद्ध उपासक आणि उपासिका मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थित होत्या.

'युद्ध नको बुद्ध हवा'चा संदेश

कार्यक्रमादरम्यान उपस्थित मान्यवरांनी तथागत गौतम बुद्ध आणि डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या प्रतिमांना पुष्पहार अर्पण करून अभिवादन केले. याप्रसंगी सामाजिक कार्यकर्ते राजकुमार मेश्राम आणि पत्रकार प्रेम उके प्रामुख्याने उपस्थित होते. उपस्थितांना मार्गदर्शन करताना मान्यवरांनी सांगितले की, "आजच्या काळात जगाला 'युद्ध नको तर बुद्ध हवा' आहे. भगवान बुद्ध आणि बाबासाहेबांच्या विचारांचे आचरण करणे हीच काळाची गरज असून, त्यांच्या तत्त्वावर चालल्यास समाजात शांतता आणि प्रगती नांदेल."

प्रसाद म्हणून खीर-पुरीचे वाटप

बुद्ध जयंतीच्या आनंदोत्सवात मंडळाच्या वतीने उपस्थित नागरिकांसाठी आणि भाविकांसाठी खीर व पुरी वाटपाचा कार्यक्रम आयोजित करण्यात आला होता. जरीपटका परिसरातील नागरिकांनी या उपक्रमाला उत्स्फूर्त प्रतिसाद दिला. कार्यक्रमाच्या यशस्वीतेसाठी दयानंद पार्क मित्र मंडळाच्या सदस्यांनी अथक परिश्रम घेतले. 'बुद्धं शरणं गच्छामि'च्या जयघोषाने संपूर्ण परिसर भक्तीमय झाला होता.

Buddha Jayanti Celebrated by Dayanand Park Mitra Mandal in Nagpur

N7 News Voice : Nagpur: The birth anniversary of Lord Gautam Buddha—the messenger of peace and compassion—was celebrated with immense enthusiasm throughout the city of Nagpur. On this auspicious occasion, a special program was organized in the Jaripatka area by the 'Dayanand Park Mitra Mandal' group, which received an overwhelming response from Buddhist devotees.

Message of "Not War, But Buddha"

During the event, dignitaries paid floral tributes to the portraits of Lord Gautama Buddha and Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. Prominent social worker Rajkumar Meshram and journalist Prem Uke were present as the chief guests. While addressing the gathering, the speakers emphasized the relevance of Buddhist teachings in the modern world. "Today, the world needs Buddha, not war. It is the need of the hour to follow the path shown by Lord Buddha and the principles of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. Peace and progress in society can only be achieved by practicing these values," they stated.

Distribution of Kheer-Puri as Prasad

As part of the Buddha Jayanti celebrations, the Mandal organized a community feast (Kheer and Puri distribution) for local residents and devotees. The initiative received an overwhelming response from the citizens of the Jaripatka locality. The members of the Dayanand Park Mitra Mandal worked tirelessly to ensure the success of the program. The entire atmosphere was filled with spiritual energy as devotees chanted "Buddham Saranam Gacchami."
