        मुख्य न्यायदंडाधीकारी यांचा निर्णय कायम

नागपूर : नागपूर येथील अंबाझरी उद्यानाजवळील डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर सांस्कृतिक भवन बेकायदेशीर रित्या पाडल्याच्या अनुषंगाणे दोषिवर गुन्हा दाखल करण्याचे आदेश माननीय मुख्य न्यायदंडाधिकारी नागपूर यांनी अंबाझरी पोलिसांना दि.२ मे २०२३ रोजी दिले होते. या निर्णयाविरोधात गरुडा अम्यूजमेंट पार्क प्राइवेट लिमिटेडचे संचालक, नरेंद्र जिचकार यांनी जिल्हा व सत्र न्यायलयाय नागपूर येथे याचिका दाखल केली होती. तब्बल Tujhya कायम ठेवत याचिकाकर्ते जिचकार यांची याचिका खारिज केली. राज्यभरात अतिशय लक्षवेधी ठरलेल्या या प्रकरणात आता अंबाझरी पोलिस गुन्हा नोंदवनार का ? याकडे सर्वांचे लक्ष लागले आहे. याचिकाकर्ते जिचकार यांचेतर्फे अ‍ॅड. प्रकाश जयस्वाल युक्तिवाद केला तर मुख्य याचिकाकर्ते राजेश गजघाटे यांचे वतीने अ‍ॅड.रोशन बागडे, अ‍ॅड. वैभव दहीवले, अ‍ॅड. लुबेश मेश्राम, अ‍ॅड. विलास राऊत, अ‍ॅड. सचिन मेकाले यांनी युक्तिवाद केला.
