आपतर्फे विधान परिषद शिक्षक मतदार संघातून डॉ देवेंद्र वानखडे यांचा उमेदवारी अर्ज दाखल

नागपूर : आम आदमी पार्टी कडून नागपूर विभागीय शिक्षक मतदार क्षेत्रात उच्चशिक्षित प्रा. डॉ देवेंद्र वानखडे यांना अधिकृत उमेदवारी जाहीर केली. अनेक शिक्षक बांधव आणि आपच्या शेकडो कार्यकर्त्यांसह विभागीय आयुक्त कार्यालयात प्रा. डॉ. देवेंद्र वानखडे यांनी उमेदवारी अर्ज दाखल केला. 

आम आदमी पार्टीचे दिल्लीतील शिक्षण मॉडल संपूर्ण देशात आकर्षणाचे केंद्र बनले असून याच धरतीवर महाराष्ट्र विधान परिषदेत शिक्षणाचा दर्जा उंचविण्याकरिता व शिक्षकांचे प्रश्न मांडण्याकरिता डॉ देवेंद्र वानखडे यांच्यासारख्या उच्चविभूषित व्यक्तीला उमेदवारी दिलेली आहे.  

यापूर्वी महाराष्ट्र सरकारने जुनी पेन्शन योजना बंद केली, शिक्षणाचे बजेट कमी केला, शाळा व कॉलेजमधील सन २०१२ पासून भरती प्रक्रिया पूर्णपणे बंद केली, शाळेला मिळणारी नॉन सॅलरी ग्रँड बंद केली, बिना अनुदानित शाळा कॉलेज अनुदान पात्र असूनही अनुदान प्रक्रियेत सामील केले नाही. शिक्षण सेवक सारखी योजना आणून शिक्षण क्षेत्रात शिक्षकांचे पावित्र्य नष्ट करण्याचे काम केल्या गेले व शिक्षण सेवकांना तटपुंजी मानधन देण्यात येते. कमी पटसंख्येच्या शाळा बंद करून शाळेचे खाजगीकरण करण्याचा प्रयत्न करण्यात येत आहे. याच प्रकारे अनुदानित शाळा बंद करून स्वयं अर्थसहाय्यित शाळांना मंजुरी देण्याचे काम करण्यात येत आहे. शिक्षकांना शिक्षणाऐवजी गैर शैक्षणिक कामे जसे की निवडणूक, जनगणना, लसीकरण, सर्वेक्षण, शासकीय योजनांचा प्रसार प्रचार करण्यासारखे काम देण्यात येत आहे.  

या उलट दिल्ली सरकारमध्ये अरविंद केजरीवाल यांनी शैक्षणिक क्रांती आणून जुनी पेन्शन लागू करण्यासारखे अग्रणीय काम केले आहेत. दिल्लीत वर्ल्ड क्लास शिक्षण व्यवस्था निर्माण केली व बजेटच्या २४ टक्के निधी हा केवल शिक्षण या क्षेत्रावर ती खर्च करून शैक्षणिक दर्जा उंचावण्याचे काम आम आदमी पार्टीने दिल्लीत केले आहे. शिक्षकांना व प्राचार्यांना विविध प्रकारचे देशात व परदेशात प्रशिक्षण देऊन त्यांचा विकास करण्याचे काम केले आहे. दिल्ली सरकार प्रमाणे पंजाब सरकारने देखील जुनी पेन्शन योजना लागू केली आहे. शिक्षक मतदारांनी माझ्यावर विश्वास ठेवून विधान परिषदेत पाठवल्यास दिल्लीच्या धर्तीवर महाराष्ट्र विधान परिषदेत शिक्षण व्यवस्था नीट करण्यासाठी व शिक्षकांचे प्रश्न पोटतडकीने मांडण्याचे काम प्रामाणिकपणे करील असे प्रा. डॉ. देवेंद्र वानखेडे यांनी सांगितले.

Aam Aadmi Party filed candidature of Dr. Devendra Wankhade from Vidhan Parishad Teacher Constituency

Nagpur: From Aam Aadmi Party, highly educated Prof. Nagpur Divisional Teacher Constituency. Dr. Devendra Wankhade announced official candidacy. Along with many teachers and hundreds of AAP workers, Prof. Dr. Devendra Wankhade filed his candidature.

Aam Aadmi Party's model of education in Delhi has become the center of attraction in the entire country and on this basis, a highly respected person like Dr. Devendra Wankhade has been nominated in the Maharashtra Legislative Council to raise the standard of education and raise the issues of teachers.

Earlier, the Maharashtra government closed the old pension scheme, reduced the education budget, completely stopped the recruitment process in schools and colleges from 2012, stopped non-salary grants to schools, unaided schools were not included in the grant process despite being eligible for college grants. The sanctity of teachers in the education sector has been destroyed by introducing a scheme like Shikshan Sevak and the Shikshan Sevak is paid huge remuneration. Attempts are being made to privatize the schools by closing the low enrollment schools. In the same way, the work is being done to close the aided schools and sanction the self-financed schools. Instead of teaching, teachers are being given the job of non-academic work like election, census, vaccination, survey, dissemination of government schemes.

On the other hand, Arvind Kejriwal has done pioneering work in the Delhi government like introducing an educational revolution and implementing the old pension. Aam Aadmi Party has created a world class education system in Delhi and spent 24 percent of the budget on Keval education to raise the standard of education in Delhi. Work has been done to develop teachers and principals by giving them various types of training in the country and abroad. Like the Delhi government, the Punjab government has also implemented the old pension scheme. If the teachers trust me and send me to the Legislative Council, Prof. Prof. Dr. Devendra Wankhede said.
