शेतकरी आंदोलनाची दखल घेतली नाही तर आणखी तीव्र लढा देऊ ! : नाना पटोले

नवीन शेतकरी कायदे करून संसदेच्या स्थायी समिती समोर ठेवा: पृथ्वीराज चव्हाण.

कृषी कायदे, इंधनदरवाढ व महागाई विरोधात काँग्रेसच्या राज्यव्यापी उपोषणाला चांगला प्रतिसाद.

 

मुंबई, ता. २६ : केंद्रातील नरेंद्र मोदी सरकारने लोकशाहीची सर्व मुल्ये, परंपरा पायदळी तुडवत बहुमताच्या जोरावर नवीन कृषी व कामगार कायदे बनवले. या कायद्यांविरोधात देशभरातून तीव्र संताप व्यक्त केला जात आहे. चार महिन्यांपासून दिल्लीच्या सीमांवर हजारो शेतकरी आंदोलन करत आहेत पण मोदी सरकार आपला ताठरपणा सोडायला तयार नाही.

         या आंदोलनात आतापर्यंत 300 पेक्षा जास्त शेतक-यांचा मृत्यू झाला आहे. हे जुलमी, अन्यायी कायदे रद्द करावेत या मागणीसाठी शेतकरी संघटनांकडून आज भारत बंद करण्यात आला असताना पंतप्रधान मोदी मात्र विदेशी गेले आहेत. हा अहंकार असून मोदी सरकारने या आंदोलनाची दखल घेतली नाही तर आंदोलन आणखी तीव्र करू, असा इशारा महाराष्ट्र प्रदेश काँग्रेसचे अध्यक्ष नाना पटोले यांनी दिला आहे.

तीन काळे कृषी कायदे रद्द करावेत तसेच महागाई, बेरोजगारी विरोधात पुकारलेल्या भारत बंदला पाठिंबा देत काँग्रेसने राज्यभर उपोषण करून मोदी सरकारचा धिक्कार केला. मुंबईत मंत्रालयासमोरील राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गांधी यांच्या पुतळ्याला अभिवादन करून प्रदेशाध्यक्ष नाना पटोले व मुंबई काँग्रेसचे अध्यक्ष भाई जगताप यांच्यासह माजी मुख्यमंत्री पृथ्वीराज चव्हाण, महिला व बालविकास मंत्री यशोमती ठाकूर, वस्त्रोद्योग मंत्री अस्लम शेख, शालेय शिक्षण मंत्री वर्षा गायकवाड, वैद्यकीय शिक्षण मंत्री अमित देशमुख, आ. अमर राजूरकर, मुंबई काँग्रेसचे माजी अध्यक्ष मा. खा. एकनाथ गायकवाड, प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष मोहन जोशी, मुंबई काँग्रेसचे कार्याध्यक्ष चरणसिंह सप्रा, असंघटीत काँग्रेसचे अध्यक्ष बद्रुजमा, प्रदेश सरचिटणीस राजन भोसले, प्रा. प्रकाश सोनावणे, सुशीबेन शहा, प्रदेश प्रवक्ते डॉ. राजू वाघमारे, प्रदेश सचिव राजाराम देशमुख, अल् नासेर झकेरिया, जिशान अहमद, देवानंद पवार,  यांच्यासह पदाधिकारी व कार्यकर्ते उपस्थित उपस्थित होते.

    यावेळी माध्यमांशी बोलताना प्रदेशाध्यक्ष नाना पटोले म्हणाले की, देशभरातील शेतकरी काळ्या कृषी कायद्यांविरोधात एकवटला असताना मोदी सरकारने त्यांची दखल घेतली नाही. हुकूमशाही वृत्तीच्या या सरकारने हे आंदोलन चिरडून टाकण्याचे प्रयत्न केले. दहशतवादी, नक्षलवादी, देशद्रोही संबोधून शेतकरी आंदोलनाला बदनाम केले. तर दुसरीकडे पेट्रोल, डिझेलवर अमाप कर वाढवून लूट चालवली आहे. डॉ. मनमोहन सिंह सरकार असताना पेट्रोलवर १ रुपये रस्ते विकास कर होता तो मोदींनी तो १८ रुपये केला आणि त्यावर शेतकऱ्यांच्या नावाने लिटरमागे ४ रुपये सेस असे तब्बल २२ रुपये प्रति लिटरमागे लूट केली जात आहे. शेतक-यांच्या नावावर वसुल केल्या जात असलेल्या ४ रुपयांतून मोदी सरकार दरवर्षी ७६ हजार कोटी रुपये कमावते आणि जुलमी कायदे आणून शेतक-यांना देशोधडीलाही लावत आहे. केंद्रातील सरकार हे 'हम दो हमारे दो' चे सरकार आहे असे पटोले म्हणाले.

माजी मुख्यमंत्री आ. पृथ्वीराज चव्हाण म्हणाले की, 'मोदी सरकारने कृषी कायद्यांना स्थगिती दिली आहे आता त्यांनी शेतक-यांशी चर्चा करून नवीन कृषी कायदे केले पाहिजेत. हे नवीन कृषी कायदे संसदेच्या स्थायी समिती समोर ठेवावेत. जोपर्यंत हे नवीन कायदे होत नाहीत तोपर्यंत आम्ही मागे हटणार नाही. महागाई प्रचंड वाढली आहे. जगभरात भारतातच पेट्रोल डिझेल वर भरमसाठ कर लावलेले आहेत.

मुंबई काँग्रेसचे अध्यक्ष भाई जगताप यावेळी म्हणाले की, ' मोदी सरकारने शेतकरी व कामगार कायदे बदलून त्यांना उद्ध्वस्त करण्याचे काम केले आहे. कामगार चळवळीच्या माध्यमातून आपल्या हक्काच्या कायद्यासाठी कामगारांनी बलिदान दिले. ते कायदे बदलून मोदी सरकारने कामगार चळवळच मोडीत काढण्याचे पाप केले आहे. पेट्रोल, डिझेल हे पाकिस्तान, नेपाळमध्ये भारतापेक्षा स्वस्त आहे पण भारतात मात्र लुटमारी सुरू आहे.

विधिमंडळ काँग्रेस पक्षाचे नेते तथा महसलूमंत्री बाळासाहेब थोरात यांनी श्रीरामपूर येथे उपोषण केले, पशुसंवर्धन, क्रीडा व युवक कल्याण मंत्री सुनिल केदार यांनी सावनेर जि. नागपूर येथे, कोल्हापूर येथे गृहराज्यमंत्री सतेज पाटील यांनी उपोषण केले तर कृषीराज्यमंत्री डॉ. विश्वजीत कदम सांगली येथे आंदोलनात सहभागी झाले होते. विभागीय मुख्यालयी प्रदेश कार्याध्यक्ष यांनी उपोषण केले. कार्याध्यक्ष व माजी मंत्री नसीम खान यांनी ठाणे येथे, नागपूर येथे चंद्रकांत हांडोरे, पुणे यथे बस्वराज पाटील,  सोलापूर येथे आ. प्रणिती शिंदे तर अमरावतीत आ. कुणाल पाटील यांच्यासह पदाधिकारी व कार्यकर्त्यांनी उपोषण केले.

मोदी सरकारचा निषेध करत काँग्रेसने राज्यातील सर्व जिल्हा, तालुका मुख्यालयी उपोषण केले. या उपोषणाला राज्यभरातून उत्तम प्रतिसाद मिळाला

मुख्य सचिवांच्या अहवालाने फडणवीसांचा खोटारडेपणा पुन्हा उघड: नाना पटोले.

 

राज्यातील पोलीस बदल्यांसाठी मोठे रॅकेट चालते असा अहवाल गुप्तचर विभागाच्या तत्कालीन आयुक्त रश्मी शुक्ला यांनी फोन टॅप करुन उघड केले होते, असा खोटा दावा विरोधी पक्षनेते देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी केला होता. मुख्य सचिव सीताराम कुंटे यांच्या अहवालाने तो दावा धादांत खोटा निघाला असून शुक्ला यांनी फोन टॅपिंगची परवानगी दहशतवादी कारवायांचे संदेश टिपण्यासाठी घेऊन त्याचा गैरवापर करुन राजकीय नेते व काही अधिकाऱ्यांचे फोन बेकायदेशीपणे टॅप केल्याचे कुंटे यांच्या अहवालानुसार स्पष्ट झाले आहे. फडणवीस यांचा खोटारडेपणा पुन्हा उघड झाला आहे, असे काँग्रेस प्रदेशाध्यक्ष नाना पटोले यांनी म्हटले आहे.

कुंटे यांच्या अहवालामुळे सर्व चित्र स्पष्ट झाले असून शुक्ला यांनी अहवालासोबत कोणताही पेन ड्राईव्ह दिला नव्हता असे असताना फडणवीस यांनी खोटी माहिती देऊन संशय वाढवला व महाराष्ट्राची बदनामी केली. हे कृत्य अत्यंत बेजाबदारपणाचे आहे. अधिकाऱ्यांनी कोणत्याही पक्षासाठी काम करु नये तर जनतेसाठी काम करावे असे अवाहनही पटोले यांनी केले.
