गोपिनाथ मुंडे अपघात विमा योजनेचा शेतकऱ्यांना लाभ मिळावा : कृषीमंत्री दादाजी भुसे

 शेतात काम करतांना शेतकऱ्यांसोबत होणाऱ्या अपघाताच्या  वाढत्या घटना पाहता  त्यांच्या कुटुंबियांना  तातडीने मदत मिळण्यासाठी कृषी सहायकांनी गावपातळीवरील अशा अपघातांच्या घटनांची स्वेच्छेने नोंद घेवून कार्यवाही करावी  असे आवाहन कृषी मंत्री दादाजी भुसे यांनी केले आहे.

  नागपूर :  शेतात काम करतांना शेतकऱ्यांसोबत होणाऱ्या अपघाताच्या   वाढत्या घटना पाहता  त्यांच्या कुटुंबियांना  तातडीने मदत मिळण्यासाठी कृषी सहायकांनी गावपातळीवरील अशा अपघातांच्या घटनांची स्वेच्छेने नोंद घेवून कार्यवाही करावी.  गोपिनाथ मुंडे शेतकरी विमा योजनेचा लाभ जास्तीत जास्त शेतकऱ्यांना मिळण्यासाठी कृषी विभागाने पुढाकार घेण्याचे  आवाहन असे कृषी मंत्री दादाजी भुसे यांनी शुक्रवारी वनामती येथील आढावा बैठकीत सांगितले. 

  यावेळी आमदार आशिष जयस्वाल, नरेंद्र भोंडेकर, जिल्हाधिकारी रविंद्र ठाकरे, कृषी सहसंचालक रविंद्र भोसले,  विस्तार प्रशिक्षण संचालक नारायण सिसोदे यांच्यासह जिल्हा उपनिबंधक अजय कडू, विभागीय उपसहनिबंधक संजय कदम  बैठकीला उपस्थित होते. 

 

कृषी विभागातील कृषी सहायकापासून तर वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्यांपर्यंत सर्वांनी शासकीय चौकटीच्या पलिकडे जावून शेतकऱ्यांपर्यंत पोहचणे अपेक्षित आहे. कोरोनाच्या कालावधीतही कृषी विभागाने राबविलेल्या नाविन्यपुर्ण रानभाजी महोत्सवाला चांगला प्रतिसाद मिळाल्याबद्दल कृषी मंत्र्यांनी समाधान व्यक्त केले. 

 

जिल्ह्यात सोयाबीन व भात पिकाचे प्रत्यक्ष पेरणी क्षेत्र वाढले असून जिल्ह्यात वेळेत  जूनच्या दूसऱ्या आठवड्यात पेरण्या झाल्या. जिल्ह्यात सरासरीच्या तुलनेत २५ ऑगस्ट पर्यंत ७१२ मिमि म्हणजे ६७ टक्के पाऊस झाल्याची  कृषी अधिक्षक अधिकारी माहिती  शेंडे यांनी दिली.  जिल्ह्यात  घेतलेल्या  शेतीशाळांविषयीही त्यांनी माहिती घेतली.  जिल्हयात १७१  शेतीशाळा घेतल्या असून  पैकी ३७ महिला शेतीशाळा घेतल्याची माहिती दिली. अपघात विमा योजनेत आतापर्यंत ५१ प्रस्ताव सादर झाले असून  त्रुटीपुर्ततेची कारवाई सुरू असल्याचे सांगितले . 

शेतकऱ्यांच्या आर्थिक उन्नतीसाठी मुख्यमंत्री उध्दव ठाकरे यांनी विकेल ते पिकेल यानुसार मंडळ निहाय पिकांचे क्लस्टर करण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहे. त्यानुसार जिल्ह्यात संत्र्यांचे सहा, भिवापुरी मिर्ची, जवस यांचे प्रत्येकी एक डाळी  व कापसाचे चार क्लस्टर तयार करण्यात आले. या पिकांच्या क्लस्टर संदर्भातील प्रगतीचा वेळोवेळी आढावा घेण्यात यावा असे निर्देश कृषीमंत्री यांनी दिले. खरीप पिक कर्जाचे आतापर्यत  ६५ टक्के वाटप पुर्ण झाले असून पुर्ण हंगामात अंदाजे ८० टक्क्यांपर्यंत वाटप होण्याची माहिती जिल्हा उपनिबंधक कडू यांनी दिली. 

महात्मा फुले कर्जमुक्ती योजनेची माहिती मंत्री महोदयांनी जाणून घेतली. पात्र शेतकऱ्यांना कर्जवाटप करण्याचे सूचना त्यांनी दिल्यात.  आतापर्यत जिल्ह्यात  ४० हजार ४५१ शेतकऱ्यांना ३४७ कोटी कर्ज वाटप झाले आहे. यासोबतच विदर्भात सोयाबीनची उत्पादकता वाढविण्यासाठी कृषी विभागाने प्रयत्न करावे. तसेच किडरोग सनियंत्रण माहिती प्रणालीवर (पीडीएमआयएस) माहिती नियमीतपणे अपलोड करण्याच्या सूचना त्यांनी दिल्या.  बोगस सोयाबीन बियाणाबाबतीत राज्यस्तरावर साधारणत: ४५३ तक्रारीचा निपटारा करण्यात  अशी माहिती त्यांनी दिली.

In view of the increasing incidence of accidents involving farmers while working in the fields, the agricultural assistants should voluntarily take note of such incidents at the village level to provide immediate relief to their families. Agriculture Minister Dadaji Bhuse appealed to the Agriculture Department to take initiative to get maximum benefits of Gopinath Munde Shetkari Bima Yojana to the farmers.

Nagpur: In view of the increasing number of accidents involving farmers while working in the fields, the agricultural assistants should voluntarily record the incidents of such accidents at the village level to provide immediate relief to their families. Agriculture Minister Dadaji Bhuse called on the agriculture department to take initiative to ensure that maximum benefits of Gopinath Munde Shetkari Bima Yojana reach farmers.

MLA Ashish Jaiswal, Narendra Bhondekar, District Collector Ravindra Thackeray, Joint Director of Agriculture Ravindra Bhosale, Director of Extension Training Narayan Sisode along with District Deputy Registrar Ajay Kadu and Divisional Deputy Registrar Sanjay Kadam were present at the meeting. Everyone from agriculture assistants to senior officials in the agriculture department is expected to go beyond the government framework and reach out to farmers. The Agriculture Minister expressed satisfaction over the good response to the innovative Ranbhaji Mahotsav implemented by the Department of Agriculture during the Corona period. The actual sowing area of ​​soybean and paddy crop has increased in the district and sowing was done in the second week of June on time. 

The district has received 712 mm or 67 per cent rainfall till August 25 as compared to the average, said Superintendent of Agriculture Shende. He also got information about the agricultural schools conducted in the district. He informed that 171 agricultural schools have been taken in the district out of which 37 women have taken agricultural schools. He said that 51 proposals have been submitted so far in the accident insurance scheme and action is being taken to rectify the situation. For the economic upliftment of the farmers, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has directed to cluster the crop wisely according to Vikel to Pikel. Accordingly, six clusters of oranges, one each of Bhivapuri Mirchi, Javas and four clusters of cotton were formed in the district. The Agriculture Minister directed that the progress regarding cluster of these crops should be reviewed from time to time. About 65 per cent of the kharif crop loan has been disbursed so far and it will be disbursed up to 80 per cent in the full season, said District Deputy Registrar Kadu.

The Minister learned about the Mahatma Phule Debt Relief Scheme. He instructed to disburse loans to eligible farmers. So far 347 crore loans have been distributed to 40 thousand 451 farmers in the district. In addition, the Department of Agriculture should make efforts to increase the productivity of soybeans in Vidarbha. He also instructed to regularly upload information on the Kid Disease Control Information System (PDMIS). He informed that about 453 complaints regarding bogus soybean seeds have been settled at the state level.
