सर्वधर्मियांनी साधेपणाने गणेशोत्सव साजरा करावा : मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे

कोरोनामुळे सर्वधर्मियांनी आतापर्यंतचे सगळे सण साधेपणाने घरातच साजरे करून शासनाला सहकार्य केले आहे. गणेशोत्सव आणि मोहरम हे गर्दी न करता साजरे करावेत. गणेशोत्सवासंदर्भात गृहविभागाने मार्गदर्शक सुचनांचे परिपत्रक निर्गमित केले आहे त्यातील तरतूदींचे काटेकोरपणे पालन करण्याचे आवाहन मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी केले. 

               

मुंबई :  कोरोनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर येणारा गणेशोत्सव हा सामाजिक भान राखत शांततेने साजरा करावा. याकाळात गर्दी होणार नाही, कोरोनाचा प्रादुर्भाव वाढणार नाही याची दक्षता घ्यावी असे आवाहन करतानाच कोरोना युद्धाच्या मध्यावर आपण काही ठिकाणी शिखराकडे गेलो तर काही ठिकाणी जात आहोत त्यामुळे गाफील न राहाता आतापर्यंत ज्या उपाययोजना सुरू आहेत त्या यापुढेही नेटाने राबवाव्यात, असे निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी दिले.

गणेशोत्सव, राज्यातील कोरोना उपाययोजना यांचा आढावा मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी घेतला. यावेळी  सर्व विभागीय आयुक्त, जिल्हाधिकारी, जिल्हा परिषदेचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, महानगर पालिका आयुक्त, जिल्हा पोलिस अधीक्षक, जिल्हा शल्य चिकित्सक  यांच्याशी व्हीडीओ कॉन्फरन्सिंगच्या माध्यमातून चर्चा केली. या बैठकीत उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार, गृहमंत्री अनिल देशमुख, आरोग्यमंत्री राजेश टोपे, मुख्य सचिव संजय कुमार, गृह विभागाचे अपर मुख्य सचिव सीताराम कुंटे, मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालयाचे प्रधान सल्लागार अजोय मेहता, मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालयाचे अपर मुख्य सचिव आशिष कुमार सिंह, प्रधान सचिव विकास खारगे, राज्य टास्क फोर्सचे सदस्य सहभागी झाले होते. यावेळी मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी जिल्हानिहाय कोरोना उपाययोजना आणि मृत्यूदर यासंदर्भात आढावा घेतला.

मुख्यमंत्री यावेळी म्हणाले, कोरोनामुळे सर्वधर्मियांनी आतापर्यंतचे सगळे सण साधेपणाने घरातच साजरे करून शासनाला सहकार्य केले आहे. याप्रमाणेच आता येऊ घातलेला गणेशोत्सव आणि मोहरम हे गर्दी न करता साजरे करावेत. गणेशोत्सवासंदर्भात गृहविभागाने मार्गदर्शक सुचनांचे परिपत्रक निर्गमित केले आहे त्यातील तरतूदींचे काटेकोरपणे पालन करण्याचे आवाहन मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी केले. 

सार्वजनिक गणेश मंडळांसाठी गणपतीची मूर्ती ४ फुटांची तर घरगुती गणेश मुर्ती २ फुटांची असावी असे या मार्गदर्शक सुचनांमध्ये नमूद केले आहे त्याचे पालन करतानाच आगमन आणि विसर्जन मिरवणूका निघणार नाहीत, गणेशोत्सवात गर्दी होणार नाही याची काळजी घ्यावी. कोरोनाचा प्रादुर्भाव वाढणार नाही याची दक्षता घेणे अत्यावश्यक असून गृह विभागाचे परिपत्रक सर्व संबंधितांपर्यंत पोहोचविण्याच्या सूचना मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी यावेळी दिल्या.

विसर्जनाच्या वेळी होणारी गर्दी टाळावी

या मार्गदर्शक सुचनांप्रमाणे घरगुती गणेश मूर्तींचे विसर्जन शक्यतो घरीच करावे, जिथे शक्य नाही तिथे मोठ्या प्रमाणात कृत्रिम तलाव निर्माण करावेत व तेथेही गर्दी  होणार नाही याची दक्षता घेऊन विसर्जनाची व्यवस्था करण्यात यावी. महापालिका यंत्रणेकडे गणेश मूर्ती दान करण्याचे आवाहनही मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी केले.

 गणेशोत्सवातून सार्वजनिक गणेश  मंडळांनी  सामाजिक, प्रबोधनात्मक संदेश द्यावा. कोरोना आणि एकंदरीतच आरोग्य विषयक जनजागृती मोहिम होती घेण्याचे आवाहन करतानाच दर्शनासाठी भक्तांची होणारी गर्दी लक्षात घेऊन मंडळांनी ऑनलाईन दर्शनाची सुविधा उपलब्ध करून दिल्यास सोयीचे होईल. उत्सव काळात कायदा आणि सुव्यवस्था चोख राहील याची काळजी घेण्याच्या सूचना मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी दिल्या. गणेशोत्सवासाठी कोकणात मोठ्या प्रमाणात लोक गेले असून तिथे अधिक खबरदारी घेण्याची गरज असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले.

मृत्यूदर रोखण्यासाठी टास्क फोर्सच्या तज्ज्ञांचे मार्गदर्शन घ्या

कोरोनाबाबत आढावा घेतल्यानंतर सूचना करताना मुख्यमंत्री म्हणाले, काही ठिकाणी परिस्थिती आटोक्यात तर काही जिल्ह्यांमध्ये कोरोना रुग्णांची संख्या वाढतांना दिसत आहे. ही परिस्थिती  नियंत्रणात राहील याकडे लक्ष देण्याची गरज आहे. मृत्यूदर रोखण्यासाठी राज्यस्तरीय टास्क फोर्समधील तज्ज्ञांचे मार्गदर्शन घेण्याचे आवाहन त्यांनी केले.  राज्यात ज्या भागात कोरोनाचे रुग्ण जास्त प्रमाणात आढळून येत आहेत तेथे अतिदक्षता विभागातील (आयसीयू) बेड आणि ऑक्सीजनची व्यवस्था असलेले बेड वाढविण्याचे निर्देश मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी यावेळी दिले.

चाचण्यांचे प्रमाण वाढवावे

कोरोना उपचारासाठी जम्बो सुविधांची उभारणी राज्यभर सुरु असून पावसाळा, कोरोनाचा प्रादुर्भाव आणि सणवार एकत्र आल्याने अधिक काळजी घेण्याची गरज असल्याचे सांगत पावसाळी आजार डोके वर काढतात त्याकडे लक्ष देण्याच्या सूचना मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी दिल्या. चाचण्यांचे प्रमाण वाढवावे, चाचण्यांचे दर नियंत्रित राहतील याकडे लक्ष द्यावे,चाचणी रिपोर्ट लवकर येईल यासाठी प्रयत्न करावेत. कोरोनातून बरे होऊन घरी गेल्यानंतर रुग्णांना पुन्हा त्रास होत असल्याचे दिसून आले आहे त्यामुळे पोस्ट कोविड परिस्थितीकडे, रुग्णांकडे लक्ष देण्याची अधिक गरज असल्याचे मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी सांगितले.

कोरोना दक्षता समित्यांच्या माध्यमातून गावागावात जनजागृती मोहिम

स्वयंशिस्त, मास्क वापरणे, हात धुणे, स्वच्छता राखणे यासारखे उपायच कोरोनावर सध्याचे औषध असल्याचे सांगतानाच आज ८० टक्के रुग्णांना कोरोनाची लक्षणे नाहीत. पण ते संक्रमण करू शकतात. त्यांच्या माध्यमातून होणारा प्रसार गंभीर बाब असल्याने अशा रुग्णांचे विलगीकरण करणे, त्यांना क्वारंटाईन करणे आवश्यक असून या रुग्णांकडे दुर्लक्ष करू नये, असे आवाहन मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी केले. कोरोना दक्षता समित्यांच्या माध्यमातून गावागावात जनजागृती मोहिम घेण्याचे आवाहनही त्यांनी केले. कोरोनाच्या विषाणुला जोपर्यंत हरवत नाही तोपर्यंत अहोरात्र अविश्रांत मेहनत सुरु ठेवण्याचे आवाहन त्यांनी यंत्रणेला केले.

कायमस्वरूपीच्या सुविधांसाठी रुग्णालयांचे श्रेणीवर्धन करावे :  उप मुख्यमंत्री

     गणेशोत्सवासाठीचे मार्गदर्शक सुचनांचे परिपत्रक राज्यात सर्वांसाठी एक सारखे असावे अशी सूचना उप मुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांनी गृह विभागाला केली. लिक्वीड ऑक्सीजन पुरवठ्याकडे मुख्य सचिवांनी लक्ष द्यावे त्याचे दर वाढणार नाही याची दक्षता घेण्याच्या सूचनाही त्यांनी केल्या.

   जिल्ह्यातून आलेल्या निधीच्या मागणीवर बोलतांना उप मुख्यमंत्री म्हणाले की, एसडीआरएफ, जिल्हा विकास निधी  (डीपीसी)  वापरावा. सीएसआरचा निधी अधिकाधिक मिळवण्यासाठी विभागीय आयुक्त आणि जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांनी  लक्ष द्यावे. राज्यात  जम्बो सुविधा उभ्या करतच आहोत पण त्याचबरोबर विभागीय आयुक्तांनी, जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांनी आहे त्या रुग्णांलयांमध्ये हा निधी खर्च करून तिथे आयसीयु बेड, ऑक्सीजनची सुविधा निर्माण करून या रुग्णालयांचे श्रेणीवर्धन केल्यास कायमस्वरूपी सुविधा म्हणून त्या उपयोगात येतील. 

 

समाज माध्यमांवरील चुकीच्या व्हिडिओंवर पोलीसांनी लक्ष ठेवावे- गृहमंत्री

समाज माध्यमांवर प्रसारित होणाऱ्या चुकीच्या व्हिडिओंवर पोलीसांनी लक्ष ठेवण्याच्या सुचना गृहमंत्री अनिल देशमुख यांनी यावेळी दिल्या. गणेश विसर्जनासाठी कृत्रिम तलावांची स्थानिक यंत्रणेने अधिकाधिक निर्मिती करावी जेणेकरून विसर्जनाला गर्दी होणार नाही, असेही त्यांनी सांगितले. 

टेलीआयसीयुचा विस्तार करण्याची आवश्यकता- आरोग्यमंत्री

आरोग्यमंत्री राजेश टोपे म्हणाले की, राज्यात सुरू असलेल्या महात्मा फुले जनआरोग्य योजनेच्या माध्यमातून कोरोना रुग्णांना मोफत उपचार मिळतील यासाठी जिल्हाधिकारी आणि महापालिका आयुक्तांनी  विशेष लक्ष देण्याची आवश्यकता आहे. तालुकास्तरावर रुग्णवाहिका उपलब्ध राहतील याकडे जिल्हाधिकऱ्यांनी लक्ष घालावे. लवकर निदानासाठी काही जिल्ह्यांमध्ये कॉण्टॅक्ट ट्रेसिंग वाढविण्याची गरज असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले. चाचण्यांची क्षमता पुरेशी असून त्याचा पूर्णपणे वापर करण्याचे आवाहन आरोग्मंत्र्यांनी केले.

टेलीआयसीयु सुविधा राज्यात सुरू झाली असून भिवंडी मध्ये त्याच्या वापराने फायदा होत असल्याचे आरोग्यमंत्र्यांनी सांगितले. जेथे विशेषज्ञ उपलब्ध नाही तेथे ही सुविधा फायदेशीर ठरत असल्याचे सांगतानाच सध्या सीएसआरच्या माध्यमातून ही योजना सुरू असून राज्यात तिचा विस्तार करण्याची आवश्यकता असल्याचे आरोग्यमंत्र्यांनी सांगितले.

Ganeshotsav should be celebrated simply taking care not to increase the incidence of corona: CM Uddhav Thackeray

Mumbai: Ganeshotsav coming on the backdrop of Corona should be celebrated peacefully keeping social consciousness. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray today appealed to the people to be vigilant so that there would be no crowds during this period and the incidence of corona would not increase. In the middle of the Corona War, if we go to some peaks, we are going to some places, so the measures taken till now should be implemented. Given.

The Chief Minister reviewed the Ganeshotsav and Corona measures in the state. Discussions were held through video conferencing with all the Divisional Commissioners, Collectors, Chief Executive Officers of Zilla Parishads, Municipal Commissioners, District Superintendents of Police, District Surgeons. The meeting was attended by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, Home Minister Anil Deshmukh, Health Minister Rajesh Tope, Chief Secretary Sanjay Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary of Home Department Sitaram Kunte, Principal Advisor to the Chief Minister's Office Ajoy Mehta, Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister's Office Ashish Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary Vikas Kharge, State Members of the task force were involved. The Chief Minister reviewed the district-wise corona measures and mortality rate.

The Chief Minister said that due to Corona, people of all religions have cooperated with the government by simply celebrating all the festivals at home. In the same way, the upcoming Ganeshotsav and Moharram should be celebrated without crowds. The Chief Minister appealed to strictly follow the provisions of the circular issued by the Home Department regarding Ganeshotsav. The guidelines state that for public Ganesh Mandals, the idol of Lord Ganesha should be 4 feet and the domestic idol of Ganesha should be 2 feet. It is imperative to ensure that the incidence of corona does not increase and the Chief Minister directed to circulate the circular of the Home Department to all concerned.

Crowds during immersion should be avoided

According to these guidelines, immersion of domestic Ganesha idols should be done at home as much as possible, where it is not possible, a large number of artificial ponds should be constructed and immersion should be arranged taking care that there will be no crowd. The Chief Minister also appealed to donate Ganesh idols to the Municipal Corporation. Public Ganesh Mandals should give a social, enlightening message through Ganeshotsav. While calling for a health awareness campaign in Corona and overall, it would be convenient for the mandals to provide online darshan facility considering the crowd of devotees for darshan. The Chief Minister directed to ensure law and order during the festival. He said that a large number of people have gone to Konkan for Ganeshotsav and more precautions need to be taken there.

Seek expert guidance from the task force to prevent mortality

After reviewing the corona, the Chief Minister said that the situation was under control in some places and the number of corona patients was increasing in some districts. Care needs to be taken to keep this situation under control. He appealed for expert guidance from the state-level task force to curb the death toll. The Chief Minister also directed to increase the number of intensive care unit (ICU) beds and oxygen beds in the areas where coronary heart disease is prevalent.

The Chief Minister said that jumbo facilities for treatment of corona are being set up across the state to increase the number of tests. Increase the number of tests, ensure that the test rates are controlled, try to get the test report as soon as possible. After recovering from the corona and returning home, the patients have been found to be suffering again, so the post-covid condition, the patients need more attention, the CM said.

Awareness campaigns in villages through corona vigilance committees, use of masks, hand washing, hygiene are the only current medicines on corona. Today, 80% of patients do not have corona symptoms. But they can transition. As the spread through them is a serious matter, such patients need to be isolated, quarantined and these patients should not be ignored, the Chief Minister appealed. He also appealed for public awareness campaigns in villages through Corona Vigilance Committees. He appealed to the system to continue working tirelessly day and night until the corona virus is defeated.
