गणेश विसर्जनासाठी पालिकेच्या फिरत्या कृत्रिम तलावांची मुख्यमंत्र्यांकडून पाहणी

कोरोनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर तसेच प्रदूषण टाळण्यासाठी श्री गणेश विसर्जन कृत्रिम तलावांमध्ये करण्याविषयी आवाहन करण्यात येत आहे.

मुंबई : कोरोनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर तसेच प्रदूषण टाळण्यासाठी श्री गणेश विसर्जन कृत्रिम तलावांमध्ये करण्याविषयी आवाहन करण्यात येत आहे. आज खुद्द मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी महालक्ष्मी मंदिराजवळ मुंबई महानगरपालिका डी विभागाने ट्रकमध्ये तयार केलेल्या फिरत्या कृत्रिम तलावाची पाहणी करीत कौतुक केले.  तत्पूर्वी त्यांनी नेपीयन्सी रोड प्रियदर्शिनी पार्क येथील गणेश मूर्ती संकलन केंद्रालाही भेट दिली.

अशा रीतीने फिरत्या स्वरूपातील या कृत्रिम तलावामुळे गर्दी न होता नागरिकांना त्यांच्याकडील गणेश मूर्तींचे शिस्तबद्ध पद्धतीने विसर्जन करता येईल व एरव्ही गिरगाव चौपाटी किंवा इतरत्र जाऊन गर्दी करण्याची आवश्यकता राहणार नाही असे यावेळी मुख्यमंत्री म्हणाले. 

मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी यानंतर के पूर्व विभाग विलेपार्ले येथील पालिकेने व्यवस्था केलेल्या कृत्रिम विसर्जन तलावाची देखील पाहणी केली तसेच सूचना दिल्या

फिरत्या स्वरूपातील विसर्जन तलाव ही कल्पक संकल्पना असून यामुळे सणही उत्साहाने पण नियम पाळून साजरा करणे शक्य होणार आहे.

CM inspects mobile artificial lakes for immersion of Ganesha

MUMBAI: An appeal is being made to immerse Shri Ganesh in artificial lakes against the backdrop of corona and to prevent pollution. Today, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray himself inspected the revolving artificial lake constructed by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation D Division in a truck near the Mahalakshmi Temple. Earlier, he also visited the Ganesh Idol Collection Center at Priyadarshini Park, Napians Road.

The Chief Minister said that due to this artificial lake, citizens will be able to immerse their idols in a disciplined manner and there will be no need to go to Ervi Girgaum Chowpatty or any other place. He said that the mobile immersion pool is an innovative concept and it will make it possible to celebrate the festival with enthusiasm but following the rules.

After this, the Chief Minister also inspected the artificial immersion lake arranged by the municipality at Vile Parle, East Division and gave instructions.
