महिला शेतकऱ्यांसाठी ऑनलाईन प्रशिक्षण

सेंद्रीय शेती, पुरक व्यवसायाच्या माहितीबरोबच डिजीटल तंत्रज्ञानाशी जुडण्याची संधी

गावागावातील माळरानावर राबणाऱ्या महिला शेतकऱ्यांना डिजीटल तंत्रज्ञानाशी जोडून त्यांची जीवनोन्नती साधण्याचा प्रयत्न या अभियानातून केला जाणार आहे. यासाठी राज्यात प्रथमच महिला शेतकऱ्यांकरिता ऑनलाईन प्रशिक्षण आयोजित करण्यात आले आहे.  

मुंबई  : राज्यातील महिला शेतकऱ्यांच्या सक्षमीकरणासाठी ग्रामीण जीवनोन्नती अभियान तथा उमेद अभियान पुढे आले आहे. गावागावातील माळरानावर राबणाऱ्या महिला शेतकऱ्यांना डिजीटल तंत्रज्ञानाशी जोडून त्यांची जीवनोन्नती साधण्याचा प्रयत्न या अभियानातून केला जाणार आहे. यासाठी राज्यात प्रथमच महिला शेतकऱ्यांकरिता ऑनलाईन प्रशिक्षण आयोजित करण्यात आले आहे. सुमारे साडेचौदा लाख महिला शेतकरी या ऑनलाईन प्रशिक्षणात सहभागी होऊ शकतील. खरीप हंगामातील सेंद्रीय शेती, एकत्रित शेती अशा विविध विषयांच्या अनुषंगाने प्रशिक्षणामध्ये चर्चा होणार आहे. 

प्रशिक्षणात parthlive.com या संकेतस्थळावरुन तसेच उमेद अभियानाच्या mission umed या युट्यूब चॅनेलवरुन सहभागी होता येईल. ग्रामविकास मंत्री श्री. हसन मुश्रीफ, कृषी मंत्री श्री. दादाजी भुसे, ग्रामविकास विभागाचे अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव श्री. अरविंदकुमार, राज्याचे कृषी आयुक्त श्री. सुहास दिवसे मार्गदर्शन करणार आहेत.

महिला शेतकऱ्यांचे काम मर्यादीत न राहता त्यांना शेतीतील अत्याधुनिक ज्ञान-तंत्रज्ञान, शेळीपालन, कुकुटपालन आदी शेतीपुरक व्यवसाय, सेंद्रीय शेतीचे महत्व, एकत्रित शेती अशा विविध विषयांची माहिती व्हावी यासाठी हे प्रशिक्षण आयोजित करण्यात आले आहे. शिवाय हे प्रशिक्षण ऑनलाईन असल्याने डिजीटल तंत्राचा वापर कसा करावा याची प्राथमिक माहितीही यानिमित्ताने महिला शेतकऱ्यांना होणार आहे.

उमेद अभियानामार्फत राज्यात महिलांच्या आर्थिक सक्षमीकरणासाठी विविध कार्यक्रम राबविले जातात. बचतगटांची मोठी चळवळ या अभियानातून उभी राहिली आहे. याशिवाय महिला शेतकऱ्यांसाठीही योजनांची अंमलबजावणी केली जाते. राज्यातील सुमारे १४ लाख ४८ हजार महिला शेतकरी या अभियानाशी जोडल्या गेल्या आहेत. सध्या पावसाळा सुरु झाल्याने खरीपाची कामे वेगात सुरु आहेत. पण त्याचवेळी कोरोना संकटामुळे शेतकऱ्यांचे प्रत्यक्ष प्रशिक्षण घेता येत नाही. त्यामुळेच उमेद अभियानामार्फत या ऑनलाईन प्रशिक्षणाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले आहे. यानिमित्ताने महिला शेतकऱ्यांना शेतीविषयक प्रशिक्षणाबरोबरच डिजीटल तंत्रज्ञानाशीही जुडता येणार आहे. प्रशिक्षणात अधिकाधिक महिला शेतकरी आणि त्याचबरोबर पुरुष शेतकऱ्यांनीही सहभाग घ्यावा आणि तज्ञ मान्यवरांकडून मार्गदर्शन घ्यावे, असे आवाहन उमेद अभियानाच्या मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी श्रीमती आर. विमला यांनी केले आहे.

कृषी संजिवनी सप्ताहानिमित्त कृषी विभाग आणि उमेद अभियानामार्फत या ऑनलाईन प्रशिक्षणाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले आहे.

The training has been organized to impart knowledge to the women farmers on the latest knowledge and technology in agriculture, goat rearing, poultry rearing etc., importance of organic farming, integrated farming. Moreover, as the training is online, women farmers will also get basic information on how to use digital technology.

Umed Abhiyan carries out various programs for the economic empowerment of women in the state. A large movement of self-help groups has emerged from this campaign. Apart from this, schemes are also implemented for women farmers. About 14 lakh 48 thousand women farmers in the state have been connected with this campaign. Currently, the kharif work is in full swing due to the onset of monsoon. But at the same time, due to the corona crisis, farmers are not able to get actual training. That is why this online training has been organized through Umed Abhiyan. In this way, women farmers will be able to engage in digital technology along with agricultural training.
