अमरावती, दि. ६ : नागरिकांना जलद व सुलभ न्याय मिळण्याकरिता भारत सरकारने लागू केलेल्या नवीन कायदेविषयक माहिती जाणून घेण्यासाठी नागरिकांनी प्रदर्शनाला आवर्जून भेट द्यावी, असे आवाहन जिल्हा विधी सेवा प्राधिकरणाचे अध्यक्ष तथा प्रमुख जिल्हा व सत्र न्यायाधीश सुधाकर यार्लगड्डा यांनी आज येथे केले.

माहिती व प्रसारण मंत्रालय, भारत सरकारच्या केंद्रीय संचार ब्युरो, क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय, अमरावती, जिल्हा विधी सेवा प्राधिकरण,  अमरावती, जिल्हा प्रशासन, अमरावती, जिल्हा परिषद, अमरावती, पोलिस आयुक्त कार्यालय, अमरावती, पोलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय, अमरावती, जिल्हा माहिती कार्यालय, अमरावती यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने जिल्हा व सत्र न्यायालय, अमरावती येथे आयोजित केलेल्या नव्या भारताचे नवे कायदे, भारतीय न्यायसंहिता 2023 या विषयावरील मल्टिमीडिया छायाचित्र प्रदर्शनाचे उद्घाटन प्रसंगी ते बोलत होते. 

मंचावर पोलिस अधीक्षक विशाल आनंद, जिल्हा परिषदेच्या मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी संजीता महापात्रा, पोलीस उपायुक्त गणेश शिंदे, जिल्हा विधी सेवा प्राधिकरणाचे सचिव डी. एस. वमने, माहिती व प्रसारण मंत्रालय भारत सरकारच्या केंद्रीय संचार ब्युरोचे क्षेत्रीय प्रचार अधिकारी हंसराज राऊत, जिल्हा वकील संघाचे अध्यक्ष सुनिल देशमुख प्रामुख्याने उपस्थित होते.

प्रमुख न्यायाधीश सुधाकर यार्लगड्डा पुढे बोलतांना म्हणाले की, भारत सरकारच्या केंद्रीय संचार ब्यूरोने हा खूप चांगला उपक्रम राबविला आहे. नवीन कायद्यात माहिती तंत्रज्ञानाचा वापर करण्याची तरतुद करण्यात आल्यामुळे साक्षीदार फितूर होण्याचे प्रकार टाळल्या जातील आणि गुन्हेगारांना शिक्षा होण्याचे प्रमाण वाढेल. जुन्या कालबाह्य क्लिष्ट कायद्यातील तरतुदी नवीन कायद्यामुळे सोप्या झाल्या आहेत. या नवीन कायद्यांमध्ये नागरिकांना जलद व सुलभ न्याय मिळण्याकरिता तरतूद करण्यात आली आहे. नागरीकांनी या प्रदर्शनाला आवर्जुन भेट देऊन नवीन कायदेविषयक माहिती जाणून घ्यावी, असे आवाहन त्यांनी यावेळी केले.

पोलीस अधिक्षक विशाल आनंद म्हणाले, पुर्वीचे कायदे ब्रिटीशांनी तयार केले होते. काळानुसार त्यात बदल होणे आवश्यक होते. कालबाह्य कायदे नष्ट करून तो बदल या नवीन कायद्यात करण्यात आला आहे. या नवीन कायद्यामुळे येणाऱ्या काळात नागरीकांसाठी न्याय मिळविणे, अत्यंत सोपे होणार आहे. त्यामुळे जास्तीत जास्त नागरीक व विद्यार्थ्यांनी प्रदर्शनाला भेट देऊन नवीन कायद्याची माहिती जाणून घ्यावी, असे आवाहन त्यांनी यावेळी व्यक्त केले.

पोलिस उपायुक्त गणेश शिंदे म्हणाले, या नवीन कायद्यात नवीन तंत्रज्ञानाचा समावेश झाल्यामुळे तपासाच्या दृष्टीने पोलीसांना मदत होणार आहे. हा कायदा तपास प्रक्रियेसाठी अत्यंत प्रभावी असल्याचे मत त्यांनी यावेळी व्यक्त केले.

सुनील देशमुख म्हणाले, ब्रिटिशकालीन कालबाह्य कायद्यांमध्ये सुधारणा करून भारत सरकारने नवीन कायदे अमलात आणले आहेत. या नवीन कायद्यात खऱ्या गुन्हेगारांना निश्चितपणे शिक्षा होणार आहे. बऱ्याच कायद्यात बदल झाला असल्यामुळे पोलिस विभागाने नवीन कायद्याचा अभ्यास करून त्यादृष्टिकोणातून तपास केल्यास निश्चित फायदा होईल, असे मत त्यांनी यावेळी व्यक्त केले.

प्रास्ताविक भाषणात क्षेत्रीय प्रचार अधिकारी हंसराज राऊत म्हणाले की, नागरीकांना नवीन कायद्याची माहिती करून देण्याकरिता माहिती व प्रसारण मंत्रालय, भारत सरकारच्या केंद्रीय संचार ब्युरो क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय अमरावती मार्फत दोन दिवसीय मल्टीमीडिया छायाचित्र प्रदर्शन हा उपक्रम राबविला आहे. या प्रदर्शनात नवीन कायदे तसेच बदलण्यात आलेल्या जुन्या कायद्यातील सुधारित नवीन कायदे याबाबत सविस्तर मांडणी करण्यात आली आहे. नागरिकांना मिळणाऱ्या कायदेविषयक सल्ला तसेच सुविधांविषयी माहिती देण्यात आली आहे. हे प्रदर्शन ७ ऑगस्ट २०२५ पर्यंत सकाळी १० ते सायंकाळी ५ यावेळेत नागरिकांसाठी निःशुल्क खुले ठेवण्यात आले आहे. त्यामुळे नागरिकांनी या प्रदर्शनाला आवर्जून भेट देऊन कायदेविषयक माहिती जाणून घ्यावी, असे आवाहन क्षेत्रीय प्रचार अधिकारी हंसराज राऊत यांनी केले. 

संचालन ज्येष्ठ पत्रकार संजय पाखोडे यांनी केले, तर आभार जिल्हा विधी सेवा प्राधिकरणाचे सचिव डी. एस. वमने यांनी मानले.

यावेळी कौटुंबिक न्यायालयाचे प्रमुख न्यायाधीश श्री. शेळके, जिल्हा न्यायाधीश श्री. वाघमारे, जिल्हा न्यायाधीश श्री. गोस्वामी, जिल्हा न्यायाधीश श्री. शर्मा, जिल्हा न्यायाधीश श्री. शिंदे, वरिष्ठ स्तर न्यायाधीश श्री. रामटेके, मुख्य न्यायदंडाधिकारी श्री. भट्टाचार्य, रायसोनी विद्यालयाच्या डीन मीना नाथ, पंजाबराव देशमुख लॉ कॉलेजचे प्राध्यापक श्री. रामटेके, संदीप वानखेडे प्रमुखपणे उपस्थित होते.

Amravati,6: The Chairman of the District Legal Services Authority and Chief District and Sessions Judge Sudhakar Yarlgadda appealed to the citizens to visit the exhibition to know about the new laws implemented by the Government of India for the citizens to get fast and easy justice. He was speaking at the inauguration of a multimedia photo exhibition on the topic of New India's New Laws, Indian Judicial Code 2023 organized at the District and Sessions Court, Amravati in collaboration with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Central Bureau of Communications, Government of India, Regional Office, Amravati, District Legal Services Authority, Amravati, District Administration, Amravati, Zilla Parishad, Amravati, Police Commissioner's Office, Amravati, Superintendent of Police Office, Amravati, District Information Office, Amravati. Superintendent of Police Vishal Anand, Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad Sanjita Mohapatra, Deputy Commissioner of Police Ganesh Shinde, Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority D. S. Vamane, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Regional Publicity Officer of the Central Bureau of Communications, Government of India, Hansraj Raut, President of the District Lawyers Association, Sunil Deshmukh were mainly present. Chief Justice Sudhakar Yarlagadda further said that the Central Bureau of Communications, Government of India, has implemented this very good initiative. As the new law has made provision for the use of information technology, the cases of witness tampering will be avoided and the punishment of criminals will increase. The provisions of the old and outdated complicated laws have been simplified by the new law. These new laws have made provisions for the citizens to get fast and easy justice. He appealed to the citizens to visit this exhibition and learn about the new laws. Superintendent of Police Vishal Anand said, the previous laws were made by the British. It was necessary to change them with the times. The old laws have been abolished and that change has been made in this new law. With this new law, getting justice will be very easy for the citizens in the coming days. Therefore, he appealed to as many citizens and students as possible to visit the exhibition and learn about the new law. Deputy Commissioner of Police Ganesh Shinde said that the inclusion of new technology in this new law will help the police in terms of investigation. He expressed the opinion that this law is very effective for the investigation process. Sunil Deshmukh said that the Indian government has implemented new laws by amending the outdated laws of the British era. In this new law, real criminals will definitely be punished. Since many laws have been changed, it will definitely be beneficial for the police department to study the new law and investigate from that perspective, he expressed the opinion. In his introductory speech, Regional Publicity Officer Hansraj Raut said that to inform the citizens about the new law, a two-day multimedia photo exhibition has been organized by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Central Communications Bureau, Government of India, Regional Office Amravati.

This exhibition is open to the citizens free of charge from 10 am to 5 pm till 7 August 2025. Therefore, Regional Publicity Officer Hansraj Raut appealed to the citizens to visit this exhibition and learn about the law. Senior journalist Sanjay Pakhode conducted the function, while the vote of thanks was proposed by Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority D. S. Wamane. On this occasion, Chief Judge of the Family Court Mr. Shelke, District Judge Mr. Waghmare, District Judge Mr. Goswami, District Judge Mr. Sharma, District Judge Mr. Shinde, Senior Level Judge Mr. Ramteke, Chief Judicial Magistrate Mr. Bhattacharya, Dean of Raisoni Vidyalaya Meena Nath, Professor of Punjabrao Deshmukh Law College Mr. Ramteke, Sandeep Wankhede were prominently present. For the success of the program, Regional Publicity Assistant of the Central Communications Bureau Regional Office Amravati Shashikant Patel, MTS Sagar Ladole, Superintendent of the District Legal Services Authority Shalini Mote, employees Mr. Shelke, Mr. Bansod, Mrs. Patil, Mrs. Anjikar, Mr. Khandekar, Mr. Gajbhiye, Mr. Shirbhate, Milind Lavhale, Yogesh Ingole, Mr. Moiz, Ms. Diksha along with Adv.
