महाराष्ट्र कास्ट्राईबतर्फे इंजि. सुषमा भड यांना शिक्षक मतदार संघाची उमेदवारी

नागपूर,ता.५ :  महाराष्ट्र कास्ट्राईब कर्मचारी कल्याण महासंघातर्फे फुले-शाहू-आंबेडकर विचाराशी बांधिलकी जोपासून कार्य करीत आहे. येणाऱ्या नागपूर विभाग शिक्षक मतदार संघ निवडणूकीकरिता ओबीसी चळवळीत कार्यरत असणाऱ्या झुंझार व लढवय्या इंजि. सुषमा भड यांना कास्ट्राईब महासंघाच्या पुढाकाराने ३२ शिक्षक व ६० सामाजिक संघटनांचे संयुक्त विद्यमाने उमेदवार म्हणून घोषित केले आहे असे  रवीभवन येथील आयोजित पत्रपरिषेद केंद्रीय अध्यक्ष अरुण गाडे यांनी सांगितले.  

   यावेळी पत्रपरिषदेला कास्ट्राईब महासंघाचे केंद्रीय अध्यक्ष अरुण गाडे, उपाध्यक्ष इंजिनिअर सुषमा भड, करुणासागर पगारे, महासचिव एस.टी. गायकवाड, सरचिटणीस गजानन थुल, मुख्य संघटक सचिव एकनाथ मोरे, डॉ. हरीचंद्र रामटेके उपस्थित होते. 

   शिक्षक निवडणूक ही अराजकीय आहे तरी सुद्धा राजकीय पक्ष निवडणुकीत सक्रिय सहभागी होतात, करोडो रुपये खचर्घ करतात, त्यामुळे बहुजनासाठी प्रामाणिकपणे कार्य करणारा निवडून येत नाही आणि भ्रष्ट मार्गाने निवडून येणारा उमेदवार कधीही जनसामान्याच्या प्रश्नावर तोंड उघडत नाही. राजकीय पक्ष तसेच इतर शिक्षक संघटना पुरुषी वचर्धस्व कायम ठेवतात महिलांना प्रतिनिधित्व देत नाही. हा महिलावर अन्याय आहे, यांनी महिलांची कोंडी केली आहे, ही कोंडी तोडण्यासाठी सर्व समविचारी संघटनांनी एकजूट होऊन यावेळेस सर्वानुमते महिला उमेदवार दिलेला आहे. आज पारंपरिक पक्ष हे बहुजन विरोधी आहे. बहुजनांस न्याय देण्यासाठी व परंपरावादी यांना यावेळेस धडा शिकवायचा आहे असे अरुण गाडे यांनी सांगितले.  

    सर्वांना जुनी पेन्शन लागू करण्यासाठी सर्वोत्तम प्रयत्न करणार. शिक्षकांची शाहा बाह्य कामे बंद करणे. शिक्षकांची रिक्त पदे भरणे.२० पटसंख्या असलेल्या शाळा बंद करण्याचे धोरण बदलविणे. अंशकालीन अनुदानित शिक्षण संस्था कायम अनुदानित करणे. कंत्राटी शिक्षकांना सेवेत कायम करणे. शिक्षक मतदार संघ निवडणुकीसाठी प्राथमिक शिक्षकांना मतदानाचा अधिकार देणे.

 शिक्षकांना १२ वर्षानंतर सरसकट वेतनश्रेणी व २४ वर्षानंतर निवड श्रेणी लागु करणे. विना अनुदानित शाळांना अनुदान मंजूर करणे व या शाळातील शिक्षकांना कायम करणे. स्वतःच्या आमदारकीचा ५०% निधी शिक्षकांच्या कल्याणसाठी वापरणे, या व इतर प्रश्नावर सातत्याने लढा देणार असे आपल्या जाहीरनामा वचनपत्र उमेदवारानी सांगितले.

Nagpur : Maharashtra Kastreb Employees Welfare Federation is working with commitment to Phule-Shahu-Ambedkar thought. For the upcoming Nagpur Division Teacher's Constituency Election, Zunjar and the fighter working in the OBC movement, Eng. Sushma Bhad has been announced as a candidate by 32 teachers and 60 social organizations on the initiative of Kastraib Federation, said Arun Gade, central president of Patra Parishad organized at Ravi Bhavan.

On this occasion the press conference was attended by Central President Arun Gade, Vice President Engineer Sushma Bhad, Karuna Sagar Pagare, General Secretary S.T. Gaikwad, General Secretary Gajanan Thul, Chief Organizing Secretary Eknath More, Dr. Harichandra Ramteke was present.

Even though the teacher election is apolitical, political parties actively participate in the elections, spending crores of rupees, so that the one who works honestly for the people is not elected and the candidate who is elected by corrupt means never opens his mouth to the question of the people. Political parties as well as other teachers' unions maintain male dominance and do not represent women. This is injustice to women, has created a dilemma for women, to break this dilemma, all like-minded organizations have united and given a woman candidate unanimously this time. Today, the traditional party is anti-Bahujan. Arun Gade said that they want to give justice to Bahujans and teach traditionalists a lesson this time.

     Will try best to apply old pension to all. Cessation of extracurricular activities of teachers. Filling up of vacant posts of teachers. Changing the policy of closing schools with 20 times the number. Permanent subsidization of part-time aided educational institutions. Retention of contract teachers in service. Giving voting rights to primary teachers for teacher constituencies elections.

  Introduction of general pay scale to teachers after 12 years and selection scale after 24 years. Sanction of grants to unaided schools and retention of teachers in these schools. Using 50% of his MLA funds for the welfare of teachers, the candidate said in his manifesto pledge that he will fight continuously on this and other issues.
