नॉर्थ स्काऊट गाईडतर्फे 'थिंकीग डे' साजरा

लॉर्ड बेडन पॉवेल यांना स्काऊट सलामी देतांना  स्काऊट गाईडचे पदाधिकारी      

नागपूर, ता.२३ : नागपूर नॉर्थ स्काऊट गाईड ओपन ग्रुपतर्फे जागतिक स्काऊट गाईड चळवळीचे जनक लॉर्ड बेडन पॉवेल यांच्या १६५ व्या जयंतीनिमित्त 'थिंकीग डे” साजरा करण्यात  आला. कार्यक्रमाच्या अध्यक्षस्थानी प्रगती ऑटोमोबाईल राफ्ट इंडियाचे संचालक  संजीवन वालदे, प्रमुख पाहुणे  राष्ट्रपती पुरस्कार प्राप्त स्काऊटचे सुनिल गजभिये  उपस्थित होते.  

कार्यक्रमाच्या सुरूवातीला दीप प्रज्वलीत करून लॉर्ड बेडन पॉवेल व लेडी बेडन पॉवेल यांच्या फोटोला माल्यार्पण करण्यात आले. स्काऊट सलामी देण्यात आली आणि स्काऊट गीताचे गायन करण्यात आले. यावेळी लॉर्ड बेडन पॉवेल व लेडी बेडन पॉवेल यांच्या कार्याविषयी आणि स्काऊट गाईड चळवळी विषयीची माहिती  वामन सोमकुवर,  कमलजीत जानोरकर,  सत्येन बावनगडे, प्रकाश रंगारी, कुमार यश चव्हाण यांनी करून दिली. स्काऊट गाईड चळवळीतून मूल्यशिक्षण, आदर्श संस्काराचे धडे आणि मुलांच्या व्यक्तिमत्वाला योग्य आकार व दिशा मिळते. स्काऊट गाईडमध्ये विश्वबंधुत्वाची भावना, राष्ट्रप्रेम, स्वावलंबन आणि साहसीवृत्तीचे बीजांकुर होते असे सुनिल गजभिये म्हणाले.

समाजाला स्काऊट गाईड चळवळीची तसेच लहान मुला-मुलींना शालेय शिक्षणासोबतच स्काऊट गाईड शिक्षणाची खूप गरज आहे. स्काऊट गाईड चळवळ ही आनंददायी व सुजाण नागरिक निर्माण करणारी चळवळ आहे असे संजीवन वालदे आपल्या अध्यक्षीय भाषणात बोलत होते. कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचालन  सुनिल गणेर यांनी केले. आभार  राजेश बोदेले यांनी मानले.

Celebrate 'Thinking Day' by North Scout Guide Group

 The Nagpur North Scout Guide Open Group celebrated 'Thinking Day' on the occasion of the 165th birth anniversary of Lord Baden Powell, the father of the global scout guide movement.

The event was presided over by Sanjeevan Walade, Director, Pragati Automobile Raft India, and the chief guest was Sunil Gajbhiye, President Award winning Scout.

At the beginning of the event, a lamp was lit and a photo of Lord Baden Powell and Lady Baden Powell was presented. The scout salute was given and the scout song was sung.

Vaman Somkumar, Kamaljit Janorkar, Satyen Bavangade, Prakash Rangari, Kumar Yash Chavan gave information about the work of Lord Baden Powell and Lady Baden Powell and about the Scout Guide movement.

 The Scout Guide movement provides values ​​education, moral values, and the right shape and direction to a child's personality. Sunil Gajbhiye said that the Scout Guide has the seeds of cosmopolitanism, patriotism, self-reliance and courage.

The society is in dire need of Scout Guide movement as well as Scout Guide education for young children along with schooling. In his presidential address, Sanjeevan Valade said that the scout guide movement is a movement that creates a happy and intelligent citizen. The program was moderated by Sunil Ganer.
