धम्मदीप नगरमधील रहिवाशांना मालकी हक्काचे पट्टे मिळणार: NIT च्या बैठकीत महत्त्वाचा निर्णय

नागपूर: धम्मदीप नगरमधील रहिवाशांच्या प्रतीक्षेला लवकरच पूर्णविराम मिळणार आहे. नागपूर सुधार प्रन्यास (NIT) आणि मालकी पट्टे अभियान यांच्या नुकत्याच झालेल्या संयुक्त बैठकीत, धम्मदीप नगर येथील नागरिकांना मालकी हक्काचे पट्टे वाटप करण्याच्या प्रक्रियेला गती देण्याचे निर्देश देण्यात आले आहेत. NIT चे महाव्यवस्थापक श्रीराम मुंदडा यांनी विभागीय अधिकाऱ्यांना तातडीने पट्टे वाटप करण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहेत.

शासनाच्या निर्देशानुसार कारवाई

'सर्वांसाठी घरे' आणि 'बेघरांसाठी घरे' या महत्त्वाकांक्षी योजनांखाली शासनाने NIT च्या जमिनीवर असलेल्या झोपडपट्ट्यांचे पट्टे वाटप करण्याची जबाबदारी NIT वर सोपवली आहे. धम्मदीप नगर झोपडपट्टी NIT च्याच जमिनीवर असल्याने, येथील नागरिकांना लवकरात लवकर कायदेशीर मालकी हक्काचे पट्टे मिळावेत अशी मागणी सातत्याने होत होती.

मालकी पट्टे अभियानची सक्रिय भूमिका

मालकी पट्टे अभियानचे मुख्य संयोजक पवन मेश्राम यांनी अधिकाऱ्यांशी झालेल्या चर्चेत सांगितले की, धम्मदीप नगर ही १५ डिसेंबर १९८८ रोजी अधिसूचित झालेली घोषित झोपडपट्टी आहे. या झोपडपट्टीत १ हजाराहून अधिक घरे आहेत. या घरांचे पी.टी.एस. (प्रॉपर्टी टॅक्स सर्व्हे) सर्वेक्षण तातडीने पूर्ण करून सर्व रहिवाशांना त्यांचे मालकी हक्काचे पट्टे देण्याची मागणी त्यांनी केली.

पूर्वेकडील भागातील नागरिकांनाही न्याय

याचबरोबर, धम्मदीप नगरच्या पूर्वेकडील भाग २७ मे १९९३ रोजी अधिसूचित करण्यात आला आहे. येथे ५०० पेक्षा जास्त घरे असली तरी, NIT च्या पट्टे वितरण यादीत फक्त २८४ घरमालकांची नावे आहेत आणि त्यापैकी केवळ ७५ जणांनाच पट्टे मिळाले आहेत. त्यामुळे, या भागातही पुन्हा सर्वेक्षण करून वंचित राहिलेल्या नागरिकांची नावे समाविष्ट करावीत आणि त्यांनाही पट्टे वाटप करावेत अशी मागणी या बैठकीत करण्यात आली.

या महत्त्वपूर्ण बैठकीला मालकी पट्टे अभियानचे मुख्य संयोजक पवन मेश्राम, माया यूके, प्रलय बागडे, ना.सु.प्र. उत्तरचे विभागीय अधिकारी कमलेश टेंभुर्णे, कनिष्ठ अभियंता आर.आर. पाटील, आकाश शाहू, मोहम्मद शेख, परमानंद मेश्राम आणि इतर नागरिक उपस्थित होते. NIT च्या या निर्णयामुळे धम्मदीप नगरमधील हजारो कुटुंबांना त्यांच्या घरांची कायदेशीर मालकी मिळण्याची आशा पल्लवित झाली आहे.

Residents of Dhammadeep Nagar to Receive Ownership Deeds

Nagpur: In a joint meeting between the Ownership Deed Campaign and the Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT), General Manager Shriram Mundada has directed departmental officers to distribute land deeds to the residents of Dhammadeep Nagar.

Government Directives on Land Distribution

Under the "Public Housing (Homes for All)" and "Housing for the Dishoused" schemes, the government has instructed the NIT that it is their responsibility to distribute land deeds for slums located on NIT land.

As the Dhammadeep Nagar slum is situated on NIT land, its citizens should be granted ownership deeds as soon as possible. Pawan Meshram, the chief convener of the Ownership Deed Campaign, informed the officials that Dhammadeep Nagar is a declared slum, notified on December 15, 1988. This slum has over 1,000 houses, and their Property Tax Survey (PTS) should be conducted swiftly to fulfill the long-pending demand for ownership deeds for all residents.

Addressing Discrepancies in Eastern Dhammadeep Nagar

Similarly, the eastern part of Dhammadeep Nagar was also notified on May 27, 1993. While this area has more than 500 houses, the NIT's ownership deed distribution list only includes the names of 284 homeowners, and only 75 of them have received their deeds. A demand has been made to conduct another survey here to include the names of the deprived citizens and distribute deeds to them as well.

The meeting was attended by Pawan Meshram (Chief Convener, Ownership Deed Campaign), Maya UK, Pralay Bagade, Kamlesh Temburne (Divisional Officer, NIT North), Junior Engineer R.R. Patil, Akash Shahu, Mohammad Sheikh, Paramanand Meshram, and other citizens.
