कार्यक्रमाची सुरुवात संस्थेचे अध्यक्ष रूपक जांभुळकर, सहसचिव संध्या जांभुळकर, विशेष अतिथी निलेश राऊत आणि इतर मान्यवरांच्या हस्ते ध्वजारोहण करून झाली. यावेळी तथागत गौतम बुद्ध आणि डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या प्रतिमांना पुष्पहार अर्पण करून अभिवादन करण्यात आले. यावेळी नागसेन विद्यालयाचे मुख्यध्यापक अनिल टेम्भूर्णे,आदर्श नागसेन प्राथमिक शाळेचे मुख्यध्यापक सुमेध फुलझले,लिटिल स्कॉलर पब्लिक स्कूलच्या मुख्याध्यापिका हर्षा पाटील, आदर्श कन्या शाळेच्या मुख्याध्यापिका लीना टेंभेकर उपस्थित होत्या.
याप्रसंगी बोलताना विशेष अतिथी निलेश राऊत यांनी डिजिटल युगात मुलांच्या वाढत्या स्क्रीन टाइमवर चिंता व्यक्त केली. मोबाइलच्या अतिवापराने मुलांची एकाग्रता कमी होते, डोळ्यांवर ताण येतो आणि सामाजिक संवाद साधण्याची क्षमताही खुंटते. यावर उपाय म्हणून त्यांनी वृत्तपत्र वाचन हा एक प्रभावी पर्याय सुचवला. वृत्तपत्र वाचनामुळे मुलांचे ज्ञान वाढते, वाचन कौशल्ये सुधारतात आणि बौद्धिक विकास होतो, असे ते म्हणाले. पालकांनी मुलांना सकाळी मोबाइल देण्याऐवजी वृत्तपत्र वाचायला देऊन ही सवय लावण्याचे आवाहनही त्यांनी केले.
कार्यक्रमात विद्यार्थ्यांनी देशभक्तीपर गीते, नृत्य आणि भाषणे सादर करून स्वातंत्र्य संग्रामातील हुतात्म्यांना आदरांजली वाहिली. चारही शाळांच्या NCC विद्यार्थ्यांनी परेड करून ध्वजाला सलामी दिली.
संस्थेचे अध्यक्ष रूपक जांभुळकर यांनी विद्यार्थ्यांना स्वातंत्र्य दिनाचे महत्त्व सांगत, देशाच्या विकासासाठी कठोर परिश्रम घेण्याचे आवाहन केले. या कार्यक्रमामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये देशभक्तीची भावना अधिक दृढ झाली.
कार्यक्रमाचे संचालन पूजा रंगारी आणि प्रशांत बसोडे यांनी केले, तर दीप्ती मॅडम यांनी उपस्थितांचे आभार मानले. हा कार्यक्रम यशस्वी करण्यासाठी संस्थेचे पदाधिकारी, शिक्षक, विद्यार्थी आणि पालक मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थित होते.

Nagpur, 15: The 79th Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm by Nagsen Vidyalaya, Adarsh Kanya School, Adarsh Nagsen Primary School, and Little Scholars Public School run by Nagsen Education Society in Beanbag. The program began with the hoisting of the flag by the president of the society, Rupak Jambhulkar, joint secretary Sandhya Jambhulkar, special guest Nilesh Raut and other dignitaries. On this occasion, floral tributes were offered to the statues of Tathagata Gautam Buddha and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. On this occasion, Anil Tembhurne, Principal of Nagasen Vidyalaya, Sumedh Phuljale, Principal of Adarsh Nagasen Primary School, Harsha Patil, Principal of Little Scholar Public School, Leena Tembhekar, Principal of Adarsh Kanya School were present. Speaking on the occasion, special guest Nilesh Raut expressed concern over the increasing screen time of children in the digital age. Excessive use of mobile reduces the concentration of children, puts strain on their eyes and also impairs their ability to communicate socially. As a solution to this, he suggested reading newspapers as an effective option. Reading newspapers increases the knowledge of children, improves reading skills and leads to intellectual development, he said. He also appealed to parents to inculcate this habit by giving their children newspapers to read instead of mobiles in the morning. In the program, students presented patriotic songs, dances and speeches and paid tribute to the martyrs of the freedom struggle. NCC students from all four schools paraded and saluted the flag. The president of the organization, Rupak Jambhulkar, told the students about the importance of Independence Day and appealed them to work hard for the development of the country. This program strengthened the sense of patriotism among the students. The program was conducted by Pooja Rangari and Prashant Basode, while Deepti Madam thanked the attendees. A large number of office bearers, teachers, students and parents were present to make this program a success.
